Because of the particularity of the sand lined iron mold casting process, various problems are encountered in the mechanized production and development process, the mechanization degree is higher at present, but the problem of casting is always a bottleneck, and the reason is that: 1. after pouring solidification, the casting is locked on the iron mold due to solidification, cooling and shrinkage of molten iron, and according to the shape and pouring process of the casting, the casting is different in the upper iron mold or the lower iron mold due to different casting and different process, and the casting cannot be separated from the iron mold by grabbing through a hydraulic ram and a mechanical arm after the casting is locked through production and experiments; 2. the iron mold has slight vibration in the process of conveying or overturning on a production line, when the casting is 'embraced' on the iron mold, the iron mold is possibly separated from the casting at any time due to the weight action of the casting and a pouring system and the loosening of sand covered with sand, and in the normal production process, the temperature of the casting and the pouring system is very high, generally about 600 ℃ or even higher, and the treatment of the dropped casting is also very difficult.
