The feeding gland is arranged in the filtering spray can 2, the spherical bulge 37 on the feeding column 36 jacks up the feeding gland in the filtering spray can 2, paint flows out of the filtering spray can 2 and enters the feeding joint 39, and then flows out of the annular discharge port 35 through the filtering of the uniform filter screen 32 and enters the spray gun 1.
A valve switch 4, wherein the valve switch 4 is arranged on the gun body 11 close to one side of the control area 19 in a manner of opening or closing a passage between the upper pipeline 16 and the lower pipeline 17, and the valve switch 4 is rotatably connected with the gun body 11;
as shown in fig. 7 to 10, a cavity 13 is formed on the gun body 11, the cavity 13 is rotatably connected with the valve switch 4, and the valve switch 4 comprises a switch member 41 which is connected with an air volume adjusting knob 43 and an O-ring 42 at the same time.
The air volume adjusting knob 43 is a hollow cylinder, a round protrusion 44 is arranged at the upper part of the air volume adjusting knob 43, a square protrusion 45 is arranged on the round protrusion 44, and an air hole 46 is arranged on the outer wall of the air volume adjusting knob 43;
the upper part of the switch element 41 is provided with a rotating element 47 which is used for providing a holding point for twisting the valve switch 4; the middle part of the switch piece 41 is a solid cylinder; a notch 48 is arranged on the outer wall of the switch member 41 in the radial direction; the lower part of the inner wall of the valve switch 4 is provided with a circular groove 49, the circular groove 49 is matched and connected with the circular protrusion 44, the center of the circular groove 49 is provided with a square groove 491, and the square groove 491 is clamped and connected with the square protrusion 45.
The slot 48 is an arc slot, and when the air volume adjusting knob 43 is connected with the switch part 41, the air hole 46 is aligned with the arc end face of any side of the arc slot 48.
The tolerance adjust knob 43 adopts the material of Hpb59-1, tolerance adjust knob 43 surface chromium plating, the gas pocket 46 is circular gas pocket, O type circle 42 adopts rubber materials, valve switch 4 adopts the material of Hpb59-1, it is equipped with protruding line to rotate piece 47, solid cylinder surface is equipped with sunken perpendicular line.
A rotary air inlet part 5, wherein the rotary air inlet part 5 is arranged on the gun handle 12 close to one side of the air inlet 14 in a manner that the spray gun 1 and an external air pipe can rotate mutually.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the rotary air intake part 5 includes a core tube 51, an upper screw 52, a lower screw 53, and two sealing rings 54;
the lower part of the core pipe 51 is provided with an external thread, the middle part of the outer surface of the core pipe 51 is provided with two sealing grooves 55, and the sealing ring 54 is arranged in the sealing grooves 55;
the upper screw rod 52 is arranged on the outer diameter of the core pipe 51 in a sleeved mode; the upper part of the lower screw 53 is provided with internal threads, and the lower screw 53 is connected with external threads on the lower part of the core pipe 51 through the internal threads; the lower part of the lower screw 53 is provided with an external thread, and the upper end of the thread is provided with a sealing ring 54.
The upper end of the inner diameter of the core pipe 51 is communicated with an external air source, and the top end of the outer diameter of the core pipe 51 protrudes outwards.
The diameter of the upper part of the upper screw rod 52 is smaller than that of the lower part of the upper screw rod 52, the upper part of the upper screw rod 52 is provided with external threads, and the outer surface of the lower part of the upper screw rod 52 is hexagonal;
the diameter of the upper part of the lower screw 53 is larger than that of the lower part, the outer surface of the lower part of the lower screw 53 is hexagonal, and the lower part of the upper screw 52 is connected with the upper part of the lower screw 53 in a clamping way.
The sealing ring 54 is a rubber ring-shaped sealing ring, a thread locking agent is coated when the external thread on the lower part of the core pipe 51 is connected with the internal thread on the upper part of the lower screw 53, and the core pipe 51, the upper screw 52 and the lower screw 53 are made of stainless steel.

Claims (9)
1. A spray gun with integrated function comprises a gun body, a gun handle and a trigger, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on the spray gun, an upper pipeline and a lower pipeline which are mutually communicated are arranged inside the spray gun, the air inlet is arranged on the gun handle in a way of being communicated with the lower pipeline, an external air pipe is connected onto the air inlet, the air outlet is arranged on the gun body in a way of being communicated with the upper pipeline, the gun body part close to the air inlet forms a control area, the gun body part far away from the air inlet forms a compression area, and the trigger is rotatably connected onto the gun body;
the method is characterized in that: the spray gun also comprises
A filter watering can disposed on the gun body above the compression zone in a manner to fill the compression zone with filtered paint;
the uniform leakage body is arranged on the gun body between the compression area and the filtering spray can in a mode of uniformly filling the paint flowing out of the filtering spray can into the compression area;
the valve switch is arranged on the gun body close to one side of the control area in a mode of opening or closing a passage between the upper pipeline and the lower pipeline and is rotationally connected with the gun body; the gun body is provided with a through hole which is rotationally connected with a valve switch, the valve switch comprises a switch piece which is simultaneously connected with an air quantity adjusting knob and an O-shaped ring, and the O-shaped ring is sleeved at the joint of the air quantity adjusting knob and the valve switch;
the rotary air inlet part is arranged on the gun handle close to one side of the air inlet in a manner that the spray gun and the external air pipe can rotate mutually.
2. The spray gun of claim 1, wherein: the uniform leakage body comprises a shell and a uniform filter screen arranged in the shell;
the shell comprises a circular top surface, a plurality of fixed pillars vertically connected with the outer edge of the circular top surface and an annular discharge hole; the annular discharge hole is parallel to the round top surface and the circle center of the annular discharge hole is opposite to that of the round top surface; one end of the fixed strut is connected with the outer edge of the circular top surface, the other end of the fixed strut is connected with the annular discharge port, and the outer edge of the annular discharge port is provided with a plurality of layers of sealing snap springs;
even filter screen encloses into a cylinder, and the one end and the laminating of circular top surface of even filter screen cylinder, the other end and the laminating of the internal surface of cyclic annular discharge gate, just even filter screen cylinder is tangent with the fixed bolster.
3. The spray gun of claim 2, wherein: the center of circular top surface is kept away from cyclic annular discharge gate direction and is equipped with the feeding post, the one end of keeping away from circular top surface of feeding post is equipped with spherical bulge.

The spray gun of claim 1, wherein: the air quantity adjusting knob is a hollow cylinder, a round protrusion is arranged at one end of the air quantity adjusting knob, a square protrusion is arranged on the round protrusion, and an air hole is formed in the outer wall of the other end of the air quantity adjusting knob;
a rotating piece is arranged at one end of the switch piece and used for providing a holding point for twisting the valve control switch; the middle part of the switch part is a solid cylinder; a notch is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the switch part close to the rotating part; the lower part of the inner wall of the other end of the switch piece is provided with a circular groove, the circular groove is connected with the circular protrusion in a matched mode, the center of the circular groove is provided with a square groove, and the square groove is connected with the square protrusion in a clamped mode.
5. The spray gun of claim 4, wherein: the air hole is aligned with the arc-shaped end face of any side of the arc-shaped notch when the air volume adjusting knob is connected with the switch piece.
6. The spray gun of claim 1, wherein: the rotary air inlet part comprises a core pipe, an upper screw rod, a lower screw rod and a plurality of sealing rings;
the top end of the core pipe protrudes outwards, the lower part of the outer diameter of the core pipe is provided with external threads, the middle part of the outer diameter of the core pipe is provided with a plurality of sealing grooves, and the sealing rings are arranged in the sealing grooves;
the upper screw rod is hollow and is rotatably sleeved on the outer diameter of the core pipe, and the upper part of the outer side of the upper screw rod is provided with an external thread;
the lower screw rod is hollow, an internal thread is arranged at the upper part of the lower screw rod, and the lower screw rod is connected with the external thread at the lower part of the core pipe through the internal thread; and the lower part of the lower screw rod is provided with an external thread.
7. The spray gun of claim 6, wherein: the upper end of the inner diameter of the core pipe is communicated with an external air source, and the top end of the outer diameter of the core pipe protrudes outwards to block the top end face of the upper screw rod.
8. The spray gun of claim 7, wherein: the lower part of the outer surface of the upper screw is hexagonal, the bottom of the inner side of the upper screw is concave upwards, and the inner surface of the upper screw is smooth;
the upper portion of the outer surface of the lower screw rod is hexagonal, the top of the inner side of the lower screw rod protrudes upwards, and the bottom of the inner side of the upper screw rod is sunken upwards and is meshed with the upward protrusion of the bottom of the inner side of the lower screw rod.

The spray gun of claim 1, wherein: the filtering sprinkling can comprises an oil can body and a filtering net, the oil can body comprises an upper cylindrical part and a lower conical part, and the cylindrical part and the conical part are integrally connected; an oil pot cover is screwed on an opening at the upper end of the cylindrical part, and an oil pot nozzle is arranged in the center of the oil pot cover; a discharge hole is formed below the conical part;
the filter screen is arranged on the inner wall of the conical part of the oil can body, the edge of the filter screen is provided with a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the conical part; the closed ring is provided with a plurality of convex handles on the upper surface.
