In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central," "longitudinal," "lateral," "length," "width," "thickness," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," "clockwise," "counterclockwise," "axial," "radial," "circumferential," and the like are used in the orientations and positional relationships indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the invention and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be considered limiting of the invention.
Furthermore, features defined as "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features for distinguishing between descriptive features, non-sequential, non-trivial and non-trivial. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The specific structure of the electrode fixing holder of the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the electrode fixing holder of the present invention includes a fixed block 1, a connecting rod 3 and a movable block 2, wherein an electrode slot 11 is provided on the fixed block 1, one end of the electrode slot 11 is opened, one end of the connecting rod 3 is connected to the fixed block 1, and the movable block 2 is movably provided on the connecting rod 3 to hold an electrode between the inner side wall of the electrode slot 11 and the movable block 2.
It can be understood that, in the actual use process, after the electrode is placed in the electrode groove 11, the position of the movable block 2 is adjusted to stop against the electrode, so that the electrode is clamped between the inner side wall of the electrode groove 11 and the movable block 2. The clamping mode can stably clamp the electrode, operations such as winding adhesive tapes and coating glue are not needed, and the clamping operation is very simple and convenient.
The electrode fixing clamp disclosed by the invention realizes clamping and fixing of the electrode by adopting a mode that the movable blocks 2 are abutted, so that the clamping stability of the electrode is ensured, and the clamping operation of an operator is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the movable block 2 is provided with a groove 21, and the groove 21 is disposed corresponding to the electrode slot 11. It can be understood that, after the electrode is installed, the two opposite side walls respectively abut against the inner side wall of the electrode groove 11 and the inner side wall of the groove 21, and the movable block 2 and the fixed block 1 are provided with clamping schemes of groove body structures matched with the electrode, so that the stability of the electrode can be better ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, there are two links 3, and the two links 3 are spaced apart. It can be understood that the number of the connecting rods 3 is two, and the two connecting rods 3 are arranged at intervals, so that the phenomenon that the movable block 2 rotates by taking the connecting rods 3 as rotating shafts is well avoided, and the phenomenon that the electrode falls off from the electrode groove 11 due to the rotation of the movable block 2 is avoided. In addition, the two connecting rods 3 can better limit the moving direction of the movable block 2, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the movable block 2 is blocked. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the connecting rods 3 may be selected according to actual situations, and is not limited to two in this embodiment.
In some optional embodiments, the connecting rod 3 is sleeved with a first elastic element, one end of the first elastic element is connected to the fixed block 1, the other end of the first elastic element is connected to the movable block 2, and the length of the first elastic element in a natural state is smaller than that of the electrode. It can be understood that, in practical use, stir the movable block 2 towards the direction of keeping away from fixed block 1, and first elastic component is elongated in the motion process of movable block 2, withdraws the external force that acts on movable block 2 after putting into electrode slot 11 with the electrode, and movable block 2 moves towards the direction of being close to fixed block 1 under the effort of first elastic component for movable block 2 ends on the electrode, thereby realizes the centre gripping electrode. The structure of clamping the electrode is realized by adopting the elastic piece, the clamping operation is further simplified, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved. It should be additionally noted that the natural state is a length of the first elastic member that is not deformed by an external force. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, when there are two connecting rods 3, the two connecting rods 3 may be respectively sleeved with the first elastic member, or only one connecting rod 3 may be sleeved with the first elastic member.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the electrode fixing holder further includes a limiting block 4, the limiting block 4 is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 3, a second elastic member 5 is sleeved on the connecting rod 3, and the second elastic member 5 is disposed between the limiting block 4 and the movable block 2.
It can be understood that, in the in-service use, stir the movable block 2 towards the direction of keeping away from fixed block 1, and second elastic component 5 is compressed in the motion process of movable block 2, withdraws the external force of being used on movable block 2 after putting into electrode slot 11 with the electrode, and movable block 2 moves towards the direction of being close to fixed block 1 under the effort of second elastic component 5 for movable block 2 ends to support on the lateral wall of electrode, thereby realizes the centre gripping electrode. Since the second elastic member 5 is compressed during the movement of the movable block 2, one end of the second elastic member 5 does not need to be connected to the movable block 2. Compare the scheme that is equipped with the elastic component between movable block 2 and fixed block 1, the scheme that is equipped with second elastic component 5 between movable block 2 and stopper 4 need not to fix the one end of second elastic component 5 on movable block 2, has simplified the structure of movable block 2 to the structure of the fixed holder of whole electrode has been simplified. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, when there are two connecting rods 3, the two connecting rods 3 may be respectively sleeved with the second elastic element 5, or only one connecting rod 3 may be sleeved with the second elastic element 5.
It should be additionally noted that the first elastic member and the second elastic member 5 in the embodiment of the present invention may be springs, and may also be other elastic bodies. Here, the specific type of the first and second elastic members 5 is not limited, and the first and second elastic members 5 may be selected according to actual needs.
In some preferred embodiments, the limiting block 4 is a nut, and the connecting rod 3 is provided with a thread matched with the nut. It can be understood that when the electrode is too long, which may cause the second elastic member 5 between the stopper 4 and the movable block 2 to be compressed to the extreme, the electrode still cannot be placed in the electrode groove 11. At the moment, the position of the limiting block 4 on the connecting rod 3 can be adjusted, so that the electrode fixing clamp holder can clamp electrodes with longer length, and the application range of the electrode fixing clamp holder is expanded.
In some alternative embodiments, the connecting rod 3 is a screw rod, and the movable block 2 is a nut. It will be appreciated that in practice, after the electrode is placed in the electrode tank 11, the movable block 2 is rotated to stop against the side wall of the electrode to clamp the electrode. The adoption of the matching mode of the nut and the screw rod not only facilitates the clamping operation, but also ensures the stability of the electrode. It should be added that the specifications of the screw and the nut in the present invention can be selected according to actual needs, and the specifications of the screw and the nut are not specifically limited herein.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing block 1 is provided with a fixing hole 12. Therefore, the fixing block 1 can be fixed on external equipment through the fixing hole 12, and the phenomenon that the electrode is clamped unstably due to shaking of the fixing block 1 is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, there are two electrode tanks 11, and the two electrode tanks 11 are communicated with each other. Therefore, the electrode fixing clamp of the invention can simultaneously clamp two electrodes and can realize that the two electrodes do not interfere with each other.
In some specific embodiments, the cross sections of the two electrode grooves 11 are both rectangular, and the cross sections of the two electrode grooves 11 are different in size. Because the cross sections of the two electrode grooves 11 are different in size, the electrode fixing clamp can simultaneously clamp two electrodes with different specifications, and therefore the application range of the electrode fixing clamp is expanded.
Example (b):

Connecting rod 3 is two, and the one end of every connecting rod 3 is connected on fixed block 1, and the other end is connected on stopper 4, and movable block 2 movably establishes on connecting rod 3, and establishes between fixed block 1 and stopper 4. The diameters of the two connecting rods 3 are different, the connecting rod 3 with the larger diameter is sleeved with a second elastic piece 5, and the second elastic piece 5 is a spring and is positioned between the movable block 2 and the limiting block 4.
The electrode fixing holder of the embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the invention adopts the scheme that the tightness is controlled by the spring, thereby improving the stability of the electrode.
