When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of one or more embodiments of the specification, as detailed in the claims which follow.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding methods are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described herein. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps for description in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, a number of electronic devices such as a cell phone 13, a cell phone 14, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. During operation, the server 11 may operate a server-side program of the communication application to be implemented as a server of the communication application.
Cell phones 13-14 are just one type of electronic device that a user may use. In fact, it is obvious that the user can also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), Personal Computers (PCs), etc., to which one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited. During operation, the electronic device may run a program on a client side of the communication application to be implemented as a client of the communication application. It should be noted that: an application program of a client of a communication application can be pre-installed on the electronic equipment, so that the client can be started and run on the electronic equipment; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-14 and the server 11 may include various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the Network 12 may include the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and the Internet.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step 202, a receiving party client displays a receiving notification aiming at the communication message according to the received communication message, wherein the receiving notification comprises at least one part of content of the communication message.
In one embodiment, when any user sends a communication message to another user, the any user plays the communication role of the sender and the another user plays the communication role of the receiver, so that the communication application client running on the electronic device used by the any user is the sender client and the communication application client running on the electronic device used by the another user is the receiver client. When another user sends the communication message to any user, the communication roles of the two users are exchanged, the other user corresponds to the client of the sending party, and the any user corresponds to the client of the receiving party.
In an embodiment, although the sender and the receiver are characterized by "user", the sender and the receiver of the communication message are not necessarily individuals, but may also be a group such as an enterprise, an organization, or a platform, a service provider, and the like, and this specification does not limit this.
In one embodiment, the communication message may include any information communicated based on communication means, such as chat information sent between individuals, notification information sent by a business to employees, prompt information sent by a service provider to customers, and the like, and the description is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment, the technical solution of the present specification may be applied to any type of application having a communication function, such as an instant messaging application, a short message application, a mailbox application, or a platform having the above functions of instant messaging, short message, and mailbox, and the like, and the present specification does not limit this application
In an embodiment, the receiving client may present the receiving notification in any manner, which is not limited in this specification. For example, the presentation of the received notification may include at least one of: the receiving party client displays the receiving notification on a screen locking interface; the receiving party client displays the receiving notification on a non-screen-locking interface; the receiver client displays the reception notification in a notification center or the like.
In one embodiment, the receipt notification may be presented or presented continuously until the recipient user views the corresponding communication or manually deletes the receipt notification. In another embodiment, the received notification may be presented or automatically disappear after a preset length of time.
And 204, when the receiving-side client determines that the receiving-side user interacts the receiving notification, returning a first state change indication message to the sending-side client corresponding to the communication message, wherein the first state change indication message is used for indicating the sending-side client to change the reading state of the receiving side of the communication message.
In one embodiment, the recipient user may interact with the received notification in a number of ways to learn the at least a portion of the content contained in the received notification. For example, the interaction means may include viewing, listening, and the like, which is not limited by the present specification.
In an embodiment, the recipient client may detect a gaze focus position of the recipient user; and the client of the receiving party determines whether the user of the receiving party interacts with the received notification by comparing the position of the sight focus with the display position of the received notification. For example, when a reception notification is displayed on a screen of an electronic device used by a recipient user, if there is at least a partial overlap between a position of a focal point of a line of sight of the recipient user and a display position of the reception notification, it may be determined that the recipient user viewed the reception notification; for another example, the duration that at least a part of the sight line focus position of the receiving user coincides with the display position of the received notification may be recorded, and when the duration reaches a preset duration, it may be determined that the receiving user views the received notification. The focal position of the line of sight of the receiving user may be captured by a camera on the electronic device, or in other manners, which is not limited in this specification.
In an embodiment, the recipient client may detect action information of the recipient user; when the action information matches a predefined read action and the reception notification is shown on a screen of an electronic device to which the recipient client belongs, the recipient client determines that the recipient user interacted with the reception notification. For example, when a reception notification is presented on a screen, if a recipient user wishes to read the reception notification, it is generally necessary to pick up the electronic device and take a vertical or substantially vertical posture, and thus by detecting spatial posture information of the electronic device, it can be determined whether the recipient user has viewed the presented reception notification.
In an embodiment, the first status change indication message is used to instruct the sender client to change the recipient reading status of the communication message to a previewed status, which indicates that the recipient user has interacted with the at least part of content in the reception notification and has learned at least part of information to be conveyed by the communication message.
In an embodiment, when it is determined that the communication message is interacted by the user of the receiving party, the client of the receiving party may return a second state change indication message to the client of the sending party, where the second state change indication message is used to indicate that the client of the sending party changes the reading state of the receiving party of the communication message into a read state, which indicates that the user of the receiving party has viewed all information of the communication message.
In one embodiment, the recipient client determines whether the at least a portion of the content comprises the entire content of the communication message; when the at least part of content comprises all content of the communication message, the first state change indication message is used for indicating the sender client to change the reading state of the receiver of the communication message into a read state; when the at least part of content does not contain all content of the communication message, the first state change indication message is used for indicating the sender client to change the reading state of the receiver of the communication message into a previewed state, so that the understanding condition of the receiver user on the message content of the communication message can be more accurately represented.
For convenience of understanding, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present specification are described by taking an instant messaging application "WeChat" as an example. It is assumed that a wechat client operates on the mobile phone 13 and the mobile phone 14, and a wechat service terminal operates on the server 11, wherein the wechat clients on the mobile phone 13 and the mobile phone 14 respectively log in registration accounts of different users, for example, the registration account of the user a logs in on the mobile phone 13, so that the mobile phone 13 is configured as a wechat client 1 corresponding to the user a, and the registration account of the user B logs in on the mobile phone 14, so that the mobile phone 14 is configured as a wechat client 2 corresponding to the user B.
Fig. 3 is a diagram of a communication session interface on the sender side according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, assume that the handset 13 shows the user a communication session interface 300 within the wechat client 1, which communication session interface 300 corresponds to a communication session between the user a and the user B. The communication session interface 300 contains two communication messages that the user a has sent to the user B, namely a communication message 31 and a communication message 32; the communication session interface 300 further shows a receiver reading state 311 corresponding to the communication message 31 and a receiver reading state 321 corresponding to the communication message 32, where when the user B has read the communication message 31 and has not read the communication message 32, the receiver reading state 311 is shown as "read", that is, in a read state, and the receiver reading state 321 is shown as "unread", that is, in an unread state.
Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating a notification of receipt of a communication message on a lock screen interface according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, when the mobile phone 14 receives the communication message 32 sent by the user a to the user B, if the mobile phone 14 is in the screen-locked state, the wechat client 2 running on the mobile phone 14 may display a receiving notification 41 for the communication message 32 on the screen-locked interface 400, and the receiving notification 41 includes the preview content 411 of the communication message 32, which is available for the user B to view to know at least a part of the content of the communication message 32.
The wechat client 2 may determine whether the user B has viewed the preview content 411 in a variety of ways, which the specification is not limited to. For example, the mobile phone 14 may include a camera 42 as shown in fig. 4, and the camera 42 (independently implementing the related function; or possibly in combination with other components to implement the related function) may capture the focus of the line of sight of the user B by capturing an image of the eye of the user B. Then, when there is at least a partial overlap between the position of the line-of-sight focus formed by the line-of-sight focus of the user B on the lock screen interface 400 and the display position of the reception notification 41 on the lock screen interface 400, the user B may be considered to have viewed the preview content 411. Further, in order to exclude the situation that the gaze focus of the user B only swiftly sweeps across the reception notification 41 and does not perform the viewing, a timer may be started when there is at least a partial coincidence between the gaze focus position formed by the gaze focus of the user B on the lock screen interface 400 and the display position of the reception notification 41 on the lock screen interface 400, and when the duration of the at least partial coincidence reaches a preset duration, it is confirmed that the user B has viewed the preview content 411.
For another example, before the mobile phone 14 receives the communication message 32, the user B may place the mobile phone 14 on a desk, in a pocket, or the like, and after receiving the communication message 32, may send a receiving prompt, show a receiving notification 41 to the user B, and if the user B wishes to view the preview content 411, the user B may take the mobile phone 14 to an in-front position from the desk or the pocket, so that the spatial posture of the mobile phone 14 changes accordingly. Therefore, the spatial orientation of the mobile phone 14 can be detected by a spatial orientation detection component such as a gyroscope built in the mobile phone 14, and when the spatial orientation of the mobile phone 14 changes accordingly, it is determined that the preview content 411 is viewed by the user B. Of course, the determination scheme of the gaze focal position of the user B may be combined with the determination scheme of the spatial posture of the mobile phone 14, so that when the spatial posture of the mobile phone 14 changes correspondingly and the gaze focal position formed by the gaze focal point of the user B on the lock screen interface 400 and the display position of the reception notification 41 on the lock screen interface 400 at least partially overlap, it is determined that the user B has viewed the preview content 411.
After determining that the user B viewed the preview content 411, the wechat client 2 running on the cell phone 14 may send first status change indication information to the wechat client 1. FIG. 5 is a schematic illustration of an alternate sender-side communication session interface provided by an exemplary embodiment; as shown in fig. 5, after receiving the first status change instruction information, the wechat client 1 may change the reading status 321 of the receiving party corresponding to the communication message 32 from "unread" shown in fig. 3 to "previewed", so that the user a may determine that the user B has read the preview content 411 shown in fig. 4. Further, if the user B triggers the reception notification 41 to enter the wechat client 2 and check the complete communication message 32, the wechat client 2 may send second state change indication information to the wechat client 1, so that the wechat client 1 changes the receiver reading state 321 corresponding to the communication message 32 to "read". The wechat client 2 can send the first state change indication information or the second state change indication information to the wechat server, and the wechat server pushes the first state change indication information or the second state change indication information to the wechat client 1; alternatively, the wechat client 2 may directly send the first status change instruction information or the second status change instruction information to the wechat client 1; alternatively, the wechat client 2 may transmit the first state change instruction information or the second state change instruction information to the wechat client 1 by another method, which is not limited in this specification.
In addition to being shown in the lock screen interface 400 shown in fig. 4, the notification received may also be shown in other interfaces, which is not limited in this specification.
For example, FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a notification of receipt of a communication message on a non-lock screen interface, according to an exemplary embodiment; as shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the originally displayed application interface of the mobile phone 14 is a navigation interface 600, and after receiving the communication message 32, a receiving notification 61 and its preview content 611 can be displayed on the top of the navigation interface 600 for the user B to view. Of course, besides the reception notice 61 in the form of banner, the reception notice may be presented in the form of banner, floating window, or the like, which is not limited in this specification. The display duration of the received notification 61 may be a preset duration, and the display duration automatically disappears after the preset duration is exceeded, so as to reduce the display influence on the navigation interface 600. In this embodiment, in a manner similar to the above-described embodiment shown in fig. 4-5, it may be determined whether the user B has viewed the preview content 611, and the recipient reading status 321 corresponding to the communication message 32 is changed.
For another example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a notification of a receipt of a communication message in a notification center according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the user B may call up the notification center interface 700 by performing a downward sliding gesture from the top of the navigation interface 600, although other call-out manners may be adopted in other embodiments, and this description is not limited thereto. The notification center interface 700 is used to collectively display the reception notifications corresponding to the messages received by the respective applications on the mobile phone 14, for example, the reception notification 71 corresponding to the communication message 32 and the preview content 711 thereof are shown in fig. 7, so as to be viewed by the user B. In this embodiment, in a manner similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 4-5, it may be determined whether the user B has viewed the preview content 711, and the reading status 321 of the receiver corresponding to the communication message 32 is changed.
In an embodiment, the wechat client 2 may determine a change manner of the reading status of the receiver corresponding to the notification message according to the information amount of the notification message and the preview content thereof. For example, as shown in fig. 7, for the reception notification 71, since the amount of information of the communication message 32 is large, the preview content 711 includes only a part of the content of the communication message 32, and thus the user B cannot know the complete content of the communication message 32 based on the preview content 711, when the user B views the preview content 711, the wechat client 2 may send the first state change instruction information to the wechat client 1, so that the recipient reading state 321 corresponding to the communication message 32 is changed to "previewed". However, for the received notification 72, since the amount of information of the communication message 33 is small as shown in fig. 8, so that the preview content 721 can include all the content of the communication message 33, the user B can know the complete content of the communication message 33 based on the preview content 721, and therefore when the user B views the preview content 721, the wechat client 2 can send the second status change indication information to the wechat client 1, so that the recipient reading status 331 corresponding to the communication message 33 is changed to "read".
FIG. 9 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, at the hardware level, the apparatus includes a processor 902, an internal bus 904, a network interface 906, a memory 908, and a non-volatile memory 910, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor 902 reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory 910 into the memory 908 and then runs the computer program to form a communication device on a logical level. Of course, besides software implementation, the one or more embodiments in this specification do not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or combinations of software and hardware, and so on, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or logic devices.
