Description

Method for automatically allocating addresses to air conditioning unit and air conditioning system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a central air-conditioning system, in particular to a method for automatically allocating addresses for a central air-conditioning unit.
Background
In the field of the current household central air conditioner, due to the characteristics of simple system installation, low cost and the like, the household central air conditioner is widely applied to occasions such as villas, hotels, office buildings, small and medium-sized markets and the like; therefore, the number of the units is determined to be large, and if functions such as centralized control or remote monitoring can be required, different addresses need to be set for each unit.
The address setting method of the existing unit type central air conditioning system is generally realized by two methods: one is that the main board of the machine set has an address dial; the other is that although the units have the function of setting addresses, the addresses of each unit need to be set through a line controller or a remote controller. Therefore, in the two existing methods, each unit needs to be set after all units are installed, and manpower is wasted to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for automatically allocating addresses to air conditioning units and an air conditioning system, and aims to solve the technical problem that all the addresses of all the air conditioning units in the prior art need to be manually set.
The invention provides an automatic address allocation method for an air conditioning unit, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, each air conditioner group processes the bar code memorized by the air conditioner group to obtain an address;
step 2, the upper computer performs roll calling one by one according to the address range;
step 3, the called air conditioning unit sends response data to the upper computer;
and 4, when the upper computer receives the response data, setting the address allocation state of the air conditioning unit to be an allocated state, and remembering the address by the air conditioning unit.
Preferably, the step 1 specifically comprises: and (3) performing primary processing on at least three positions of each air conditioning unit at the same position of the unique identification part in the bar code of each air conditioning unit, and taking the primary processing result as the address of the air conditioning unit.
Preferably, after the step 3, if the upper computer does not receive the response data of the corresponding air conditioning unit, the method includes the steps of:
and the air conditioning unit takes the rest bits in the unique identification part for reprocessing, takes the reprocessing result as the address of the air conditioning unit, sends response data to the upper computer after delaying for a certain time, and then executes the step 4.
In one embodiment, the air conditioning unit in step 1 takes the lower three bits of the unique identification part for processing. Specifically, the air conditioning unit judges whether the numerical value of the lower three bits is larger than 255, and if not, the numerical value of the lower three bits is used as the address of the air conditioning unit; and if the number is larger than the preset value, taking the numerical value of the lower two digits as the address of the air conditioning unit.
Preferably, the step of performing reprocessing on the remaining bits in the unique identification part specifically includes: and carrying out XOR on the numerical values of the residual bits to obtain a check code, and using the check code as the address of the air conditioning unit.
Preferably, the air conditioning unit delays the corresponding frame number by the value of the check code.
Preferably, the data sent in the step 2 when the upper computer performs roll calling includes an address unallocated state.
Specifically, the step 4 specifically includes: when the upper computer receives the response data, the upper computer performs roll calling again, the data sent when roll calling again comprise an address distribution state, and the air conditioner unit remembers the address after receiving the address distribution state.
The air conditioning system provided by the invention adopts the automatic address allocation method of the air conditioning unit in the technical scheme to allocate addresses for the air conditioning units of the air conditioning system.
According to the invention, the address is calculated and obtained by taking the bar code as the operation basis of the address according to the uniqueness of the bar code of the air conditioning unit, so that the automatic address allocation of each unit of the air conditioning system is realized, the manual setting is avoided, the manpower is saved, and the setting efficiency is improved.
Drawings
The invention is described in detail below with reference to examples and figures, in which:
FIG. 1 is a schematic overall flow diagram of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a detailed flow diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The principles and embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When a centralized control function is required to be carried out on the multi-unit type central air conditioner, an address needs to be set for each air conditioning unit, so that a centralized controller or a remote monitoring interface which is used as an upper computer can be positioned to each air conditioning unit, and the air conditioning units are independently controlled or group-controlled; when the number of air conditioning units is large (generally, the number of the air conditioning units does not exceed 255), the manual address setting work for each air conditioning unit is very heavy. The invention mainly utilizes the characteristics of the central air conditioner to realize the automatic allocation of the addresses of the air conditioner sets of the central air conditioner.
The unit type central air conditioner generally has two networks, wherein one of the two networks is used for communication of an internal system of the unit, and the communication between an internal machine and an external machine and the communication between the line controllers ensures normal communication of the unit; this network belongs to a network that is not externally disclosed; the other network is externally disclosed and can be connected with third-party control software or an operation terminal; and each air conditioning unit has its own bar code, and the bar code is memorized on the controller mainboard of the air conditioning unit, and the bar code of each air conditioning unit can ensure that the bar code is not repeated, and can uniquely identify the air conditioning unit. The principle of the invention is therefore to calculate a unique address using a uniquely identifiable bar code for each unit. Taking an air conditioning unit of a certain manufacturer as an example, the number of the bar codes is 13, the upper 5 bits are the bar codes of the machine types (namely the numerical values of the upper 5 bits of the same machine type are the same), and the remaining 8 bits are the unique identification parts capable of uniquely identifying a certain air conditioning unit, so that the address is calculated by using the lower 8-bit unique identification parts.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the automatic address allocation method for the air conditioning units, each air conditioning unit processes a barcode memorized by itself to obtain an address, then an upper computer has an address range, for example, 1 to 255, the upper computer performs roll calling one by one according to the address range, the roll called air conditioning unit sends response data to the upper computer, when the upper computer receives the response data, the address allocation state of the air conditioning unit is set to be an allocated state, and then the air conditioning unit memorizes the address, so that the automatic address allocation of the air conditioning unit is realized.
In one embodiment, each air conditioning unit takes at least three bits at the same position of the unique identification part in the barcode to perform primary processing, and the primary processing result is used as the address of the air conditioning unit, for example, the air conditioning unit may take three lower bits at the unique identification part to perform processing to obtain the address (in other embodiments, the number of the three higher bits or other bits may also be taken). The air conditioning unit judges whether the numerical value of the lower three bits is larger than 255, if not, the numerical value can be directly used as the address of the air conditioning unit, and if so, the lower 2 bits are used as the address of the air conditioner. If the address of one air conditioning unit A is 1, and the upper computer roll call address of the air conditioning unit with the address of 1 is assumed, data sent when the upper computer roll call contains an address unallocated state and is sent to the air conditioning unit A, the air conditioning unit A receives the address unallocated state, then the air conditioning unit A sends response data to the upper computer, and the air conditioning unit A can monitor the recovery data of other air conditioning units at the same time. And the host computer performs roll calling again after receiving the response data, the data sent to the air conditioning unit A during roll calling again comprise an address allocated state, the air conditioning unit A remembers that the address of the air conditioning unit A is 1 after receiving the address allocated state, and then the bus data is not monitored.
The method can realize the automatic allocation of the addresses of all the air conditioning units in one air conditioning system under the condition of good luck. In some less lucky cases, however, there may be three lower digits of the uniquely identified portion of the partial air conditioning units that are identical, and therefore, only automatic assignment of addresses for the partial air conditioning units may be achieved, and yet another portion may need to be set manually or through another channel. For example, the lower 8-bit unique identification part of the air conditioning unit B is 12345678, and the lower 8-bit unique identification part of the air conditioning unit C is 54321678, although the whole lower 8-bit unique identification part of the air conditioning unit C is different from the air conditioning unit B, so that the air conditioning unit C can be distinguished from the air conditioning unit B, when the address is calculated, the address of the air conditioning unit C is calculated to be 78, when the upper computer roll calls the air conditioning unit with the address of 78 (receives an address unallocated state), the air conditioning unit B and the air conditioning unit C reply response data at the same time, so that a collision is caused, and the upper computer cannot normally receive any one of the response data. Therefore, data including the address assigned state is not transmitted, and the air conditioning units B and C remain in the address unassigned state. The upper computer will continue to roll the roll call again, and still contains the data of the address unallocated state, at this moment, the air conditioning unit B and the air conditioning unit C will think that the upper computer does not receive the data sent by itself, then the exclusive OR is carried out according to the value of the rest bits (4 bits lower to 8 bits lower) of the unique identification part of the bar code, checking by an XOR algorithm to obtain a check code, taking the value of the check code as the frame number and the address of the delayed reply, that is, after the air conditioning unit B, C delays the corresponding frame number, the response data is sent to the upper computer, the upper computer performs roll calling again after receiving the response data, and the data sent to the air conditioning unit B, C when roll calling again contains the address assigned status, the air conditioning unit B, C remembers its address after receiving the address assigned status, and does not listen to the bus data any more thereafter, therefore, the corresponding addresses are automatically set for all the air conditioning units with the unallocated addresses one by one.
In addition to the above-mentioned automatic address allocation method for air conditioning units, an air conditioning system that allocates addresses to each air conditioning unit by using the automatic address allocation method for air conditioning units also belongs to the protection scope of the present invention, and specific air conditioning systems include, but are not limited to, the domestic central air conditioners listed in the above-mentioned technical solutions.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
