Abstract
本发明提供一种实木窗,包括木窗框、木窗扇、把手、撑杆和弹性支撑件,木窗扇的顶部铰接于木窗框内,把手安装于木窗扇的下侧,木窗框和木窗扇相邻的两竖直侧壁上均安装有铝合金嵌件,铝合金嵌件沿竖直方向设置滑槽,撑杆的两端分别通过销轴安装于两个滑槽内,销轴可在滑槽内滑动,当木窗扇关闭时,撑杆竖直地收合于两个铝合金嵌件之间;铝合金嵌件内还设置弹性件槽,弹性件槽内间隔地安装多个弹性支撑件,弹性支撑件的一端固定于弹性件槽内,弹性支撑件的另一端伸入滑槽内,弹性支撑件可支撑销轴,推动或者拉动木窗扇可使销轴将弹性支撑件挤压进弹性件槽内。本发明利用撑杆和弹性支撑件可灵活、稳定地调节窗扇的开度。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种实木窗。
背景技术
采用木材为框料制作的门窗称为木门窗。市场上的实木窗多为平开窗和平开下悬窗,现有的实木窗通常只有一个最大开度,使用不够灵活,无法满足多种使用条件的要求;部分实木窗仅通过窗扇与窗框之间的阻尼作用来调节开度,窗扇容易受到风力等外力而晃动,调节稳定性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可灵活、稳定地调节开度的实木窗。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种实木窗,包括木窗框、木窗扇、把手、撑杆和弹性支撑件,所述木窗扇的顶部铰接于所述木窗框内,所述把手安装于所述木窗扇的下侧,所述木窗框和所述木窗扇相邻的两竖直侧壁上均安装有铝合金嵌件,所述铝合金嵌件沿竖直方向设置滑槽,所述撑杆的两端分别通过销轴安装于两个所述滑槽内,所述销轴可在所述滑槽内滑动,当所述木窗扇关闭时,所述撑杆竖直地收合于两个所述铝合金嵌件之间;所述铝合金嵌件内还设置弹性件槽,所述弹性件槽内间隔地安装多个所述弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件的一端固定于所述弹性件槽内,所述弹性支撑件的另一端伸入所述滑槽内,所述弹性支撑件可支撑或者压住所述销轴,推动或者拉动所述木窗扇可使所述销轴将所述弹性支撑件挤压进所述弹性件槽内。
优选的,所述弹性支撑件包括压缩弹簧和滚珠,所述压缩弹簧的两端分别固定连接所述弹性件槽的底壁和所述滚珠。
优选的,所述压缩弹簧位于所述弹性件槽内,所述滚珠位于所述弹性件槽内的体积为所述滚珠体积的1/2~4/5。
优选的,多个所述弹性支撑件左右对称地分布于所述滑槽的两侧。
优选的,所述木窗框内的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的内挡边,所述内挡边在木窗框的室内侧遮挡所述铝合金嵌件和所述撑杆。
优选的,所述木窗扇的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的外挡边,所述外挡边在所述木窗扇的室外侧遮挡所述铝合金嵌件和所述撑杆。
优选的,所述内挡边与所述外挡边内均固定有密封条。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在木窗框与木窗扇上分别安装铝合金嵌件,铝合金嵌件内设置滑槽和弹性件槽,弹性件槽内安装弹性支撑件,撑杆通过销轴安装于滑槽内,当向外推动木窗扇时,撑杆对木窗扇进行撑开导向和支撑,弹性支撑件凸出于滑槽内从而支撑销轴,防止撑杆移动;当需要改变木窗扇的开启角度时,推动或者拉动木窗扇,使销轴对弹性支撑件施加压力,将弹性支撑件压入弹性件槽内,销轴在滑槽内移动一段距离从而改变撑杆的支撑角度,进而改变木窗扇的开启角度。本发明可以将木窗扇朝室外开启,不占用室内空间;弹性支撑件对撑杆的支撑稳定可靠,开启角度可控制,使用方便灵活。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供一种外推型实木窗,如图1和图2所示,实木窗包括木窗框1、木窗扇2、把手3、撑杆4和弹性支撑件5。木窗扇2内嵌有钢化玻璃,木窗扇2的顶部铰接于木窗框1内,把手3安装于木窗扇2的下侧,利用把手3向外推动木窗扇2可以打开窗户。如图3和图4所示,木窗框1和木窗扇2紧邻的两竖直侧壁上均通过螺丝安装有铝合金嵌件6,铝合金嵌件6上沿竖直方向设置滑槽61,撑杆4的两端分别通过销轴41安装于两个滑槽61内,销轴41与滑槽61的宽度相匹配,销轴41可在滑槽61内上下滑动,撑杆4用于对木窗扇2进行撑开导向和支撑,当木窗扇2关闭时,撑杆4竖直地收合于两个铝合金嵌件6之间。铝合金嵌件6内还设置弹性件槽62,弹性件槽62内间隔地安装多个弹性支撑件5,弹性支撑件5的一端固定于弹性件槽62内,另一端伸入滑槽61内,弹性支撑件5可支撑销轴41,防止撑杆4自由移动。推动或者拉动木窗扇2可使销轴41将弹性支撑件5挤压进弹性件槽62内,从而改变撑杆4在滑槽61内的支撑点,进而调整木窗扇2的开启角度。
具体地,如图3所示,多个弹性支撑件5左右对称地分布于滑槽61的两侧,弹性支撑件5包括压缩弹簧51和滚珠52,压缩弹簧51的两端分别焊接于弹性件槽62的底壁和滚珠52上,压缩弹簧51可向外推动滚珠52,使撑杆的销轴41压在左右两侧的滚珠52上,防止撑杆移动;当对木窗扇2施加推力或者拉力时,作用力通过撑杆4传递到销轴41,使销轴41向左右两侧挤压滚珠52,将滚珠52挤压进弹性件槽62内,同时销轴41滑过滚珠52而进入相邻的限位行程内。优选为,压缩弹簧51位于弹性件槽62内,滚珠52位于弹性件槽52内的体积为滚珠体积的1/2~4/5,滚珠52的大部分体积位于弹性件槽62内,避免销轴41对滚珠52的压力太大而使滚珠52从弹性件槽62内脱离出来,保证了滚珠52对销轴41的有效支撑。
木窗框1内的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的内挡边11,内挡边11在木窗框1的室内侧遮挡铝合金嵌件6和撑杆4。木窗扇2的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的外挡边21,外挡边21在木窗扇2的室外侧遮挡铝合金嵌件6和撑杆4。内挡边11和外挡边21分别从实木窗的内外两侧遮挡铝合金嵌件6和撑杆4,因此实木窗的外观均为实木材质,使实木窗整体美观大方,且便于清洁窗户。
内挡边11与外挡边21内均固定有密封条(图中未示出),密封条与铝合金嵌件6和撑杆4紧密接触,提高了木窗扇2与木窗框1之间的密封性能和防水性能。
本发明的使用方法为:需要开启窗户时,握住把手3向外推动木窗扇2,推力传递到撑杆4上下两端的销轴41上,销轴41挤压左右两侧的滚珠52而进入滑槽61内的下一个限位行程内,继续推动木窗扇2,销轴41继续在滑槽61内移动,直到达到需要的开启角度为止,此时如果撑杆在木窗框1一端的高度低于在木窗扇一端的高度,则木窗框1上的销轴41压在最接近的一对滚珠52上方,木窗扇2上的销轴41抵在最接近的一对滚珠52下方,从而实现了对撑杆4和木窗扇2的固定。当需要关闭窗户时,握住把手3向内拉动木窗扇2,销轴41再次依次将滚珠52挤压进弹性件槽62内,进而收合于两个铝合金嵌件6之间,木窗扇2关闭。

1.一种实木窗,其特征在于,包括木窗框、木窗扇、把手、撑杆和弹性支撑件,所述木窗扇的顶部铰接于所述木窗框内,所述把手安装于所述木窗扇的下侧,所述木窗框和所述木窗扇相邻的两竖直侧壁上均安装有铝合金嵌件,所述铝合金嵌件内沿竖直方向设置滑槽,所述撑杆的两端分别通过销轴安装于两个所述滑槽内,所述销轴可在所述滑槽内滑动,当所述木窗扇关闭时,所述撑杆竖直地收合于两个所述铝合金嵌件之间;所述铝合金嵌件内还设置弹性件槽,所述弹性件槽内间隔地安装多个所述弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件的一端固定于所述弹性件槽内,所述弹性支撑件的另一端伸入所述滑槽内,所述弹性支撑件可支撑或者压住所述销轴,推动或者拉动所述木窗扇可使所述销轴将所述弹性支撑件挤压进所述弹性件槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木窗,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件包括压缩弹簧和滚珠,所述压缩弹簧的两端分别固定连接所述弹性件槽的底壁和所述滚珠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的实木窗,其特征在于,所述压缩弹簧位于所述弹性件槽内,所述滚珠位于所述弹性件槽内的体积为所述滚珠体积的1/2~4/5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的实木窗,其特征在于,多个所述弹性支撑件左右对称地分布于所述滑槽的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的实木窗,其特征在于,所述木窗框内的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的内挡边,所述内挡边在木窗框的室内侧遮挡所述铝合金嵌件和所述撑杆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的实木窗,其特征在于,所述木窗扇的两竖直侧壁上设有凸出的外挡边,所述外挡边在所述木窗扇的室外侧遮挡所述铝合金嵌件和所述撑杆。
7.根据权利要求6所述的实木窗,其特征在于,所述内挡边与所述外挡边内均固定有密封条。
