When the valve needs to be closed, the valve rod 3 is rotated until the disc 6 is vertical to the inner wall of the valve casing 1, in the process, the push rod 12 always pushes against the inner wall of the valve casing 1 to drive the piston 11 to move in the box body 10, fluid in the box body 10 is extruded out from the thin tube 9, the joint of the disc 6 and the valve casing 1 is washed, and the situation that dirt is accumulated on the joint of the disc 6 and the valve casing 1 scratches the valve casing 1 or the disc 6 is avoided. Therefore, the damage degree of the disc 6 and the valve casing 1 can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
It is worth mentioning that: the connecting part of the thin tube 9 and the valve casing 1 in the device is provided with a filter screen, so that the thin tube 9 is prevented from being blocked by stains.
