Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, a linked control type hand-held washing machine 12 includes: the device comprises a shell 21, an adjusting switch 3, a resetting piece I20, a battery pack 15, a motor pump unit 14, a water inlet valve 7, a control trigger 5, a switch 6, a flexible traction piece 16, a guide piece I11, a rotating piece 13, a safety switch 4 and a resetting piece II.
The housing 21 includes a main housing 1 and a handle 2, the main housing 1 is used for accommodating the motor pump unit 14 and the water inlet valve 7 and the related components, and the handle 2 is used as a handle for holding a person and is used for accommodating the switch 6 and the related components. The main case 1 and the handle 2 are both half-shell structures and are connected by screws to form a cavity inside which components can be accommodated.
The main chassis 1 has a rear connection portion 101, and the handle 2 has a front connection portion 201 which forms a rotational connection with the rear connection portion 101 with the axis 18 as a rotational axis. Through the rotary connection, the main case 1 and the handle 2 can relatively rotate to a preset angle, so that better holding comfort is achieved.
In order to lock both the main chassis 1 and the handle 2 in time after reaching a preferred angle and release both when adjustment is required, the intervention of the adjustment switch 3 is required. The adjusting switch 3 is connected with the front and rear connecting parts 201, 101 in an axial sliding manner and can slide to a first position where the locking handle 2 rotates relative to the main case 1 and a second position where the releasing handle 2 rotates relative to the main case 1. The sliding direction of the adjustment switch 3 is parallel to the axis 18, thereby facilitating the user to operate the adjustment switch 3.
The working principle of the regulating switch 3 is as follows: the rear connecting part 101 of the main case 1 is circumferentially provided with one to four rotation stopping grooves I102, and the front connecting part 201 of the handle 2 is circumferentially provided with one to four rotation stopping grooves II 202; the regulating switch 3 has one to four rotation stop portions 301; when the adjusting switch 3 is in the first position, the rotation stopping part 301 is inserted into one of the rotation stopping grooves I102 and one of the rotation stopping grooves II202 to circumferentially limit the main case 1 and the handle 2, and at this time, the main case 1 and the handle 2 are locked; when the adjustment switch 3 is in the second position, the rotation stop portion 301 may be disengaged from only the rotation stop groove I102 or only the rotation stop groove II202, or may be disengaged from both the rotation stop groove I102 and the rotation stop groove II202, and at this time, the main chassis 1 and the handle 2 may rotate freely. The distribution of the rotation stopping grooves I102 and II202 can affect the angle between the main chassis 1 and the handle 2, and thus can be set according to actual needs. If the two are uniformly distributed, the angle of each adjustment is the same.
The setting mode of the regulating switch 3 is as follows: the rear connecting part 101 of the main case 1 is provided with a containing part I103 extending along the axis 18; the front connecting part 201 is provided with a containing part II203 extending along the axis 18, the front connecting part 201 is arranged in the containing part I103 to form a rotary connection, and the adjusting switch 3 is at least partially arranged in the containing part II 203.
One end of the accommodating part I103 of the main case 1 penetrates the rear connecting part 101 along the direction of the axis 18 to form an operation hole 105 for accommodating one end of the rotation stopping part 3, the other end of the rotation stopping part is sealed to form a limiting wall 104 for limiting the circumferential position of one end of the resetting piece I20, and the operation hole 105 is communicated with the accommodating part II 303; the reset piece I20 is at least partially disposed in the accommodating portion II203, and the other end thereof abuts against the adjustment switch 3. The reset piece I20 is used to reset the adjustment switch 3, i.e. the adjustment switch 3 has a tendency to slide from the second position to the first position after sliding from the first position to the second position under the action of the reset piece I20. The user presses the end of the adjustment switch 3 located at the operation hole 105 to slide the adjustment switch 3 from the first position to the second position, thereby releasing the main chassis 1 and the handle 2. At this time, since the restoring force of the restoring member I20 is applied to the adjustment switch 3 when the adjustment switch 3 is slid, the adjustment switch 3 can be restored when the rotation stopping portion 301 thereof is aligned with the rotation stopping groove I102 and the rotation stopping groove II202 after the user releases the adjustment switch 3.
Since the rear connecting portion 101 is accommodated in the front connecting portion 201 to form a rotational connection, in order to facilitate the firmness of the rotational connection, the handle 2 is further provided with an outer peripheral portion 204, and the outer peripheral portion 204 is arranged around the outer side of the rear connecting portion 101 to form a sliding connection. The corresponding parts forming the rotary connection between the main case 1 and the handle 2 all adopt spherical connection pairs, so that the rotary connection around the axis 18 can be realized, the axial self-limiting can also be realized, and the main case 1 and the handle 2 are prevented from sliding in the axial direction.
In order to improve the portability of the cleaning machine, the cleaning machine can drive the motor 10 to work in a self-powered mode, the cleaning machine is powered by a battery pack 15, and the battery pack 15 is connected with a driving circuit. In addition, in order to balance the weight of the whole machine and thus ensure better comfort when holding, a battery pack 15 is detachably provided at the rear end of the handle 2.
In order to meet the linkage control requirement, the invention improves the control mode of the motor pump unit 14 and the water inlet valve 7, and the specific implementation mode is as follows:
The motor pump unit 14 has a pump 8 and a motor 10 that drives the pump 8; the water inlet valve 7 is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet 702 and a valve core 701 arranged in a sliding way; the switch 6 has a contact 601 which is actuated by the control trigger 5 to switch the drive circuit on and off. The motor pump unit 14 and the water inlet valve 7 are arranged in the main case 1, the switch 6 is arranged in the handle 2, the control trigger 5 is movably arranged on the handle 2 through a pivot 17 at the tail part of the control trigger, and a part of the control trigger can enter the handle 2 when moving.
The motor 10 is connected with the switch 6 through a driving circuit, the pump 8 is provided with a high-pressure water outlet 802 and a pump water inlet 801, and the water outlet 702 is connected with the pump water inlet 801; the valve core 701 has a first position for communicating the water inlet and the water outlet 702 and a second position for blocking the water inlet and the water outlet 702, and the control trigger 5 drives the valve core 701 to move from the second position to the first position through the flexible traction piece 16. In order to prevent idling during the initial stage of starting the pump 8, a liquid medium needs to be introduced before the pump 8 is started, so that the valve core 701 before the trigger 5 reaches the first position, water enters the pump 8 at the moment, and then the trigger 5 is controlled to extrude the contact 601 to enable the driving circuit to be conducted so that the motor 10 drives the pump 8 to operate.
The flexible pulling member 16 is limited in the arrangement position of the relevant parts during the process of extending from the main chassis 1 to the handle 2, so that the flexible pulling member 16 needs to be steered by a guide member. Specifically, a guide member I11 for changing the driving direction of the flexible traction member 16 and a rotating member 13 driven by the control trigger 5 to rotate within a certain range are arranged in the main chassis 1, the number of the guide members I11 is two, and the two guide members I11 and the rotating member 13 are rotated twice to reach a preferred connecting position to connect the rotating member 13. The flexible traction element 16 is connected to the rotating element 13 after passing around the guide element I11. The guide member I11 is rotatably disposed, thereby reducing friction between the flexible traction member 16 and the flexible linkage member 16 when the flexible traction member is steered around its outer peripheral surface, and prolonging the service life of the flexible linkage member 16.
As a preferred embodiment, the flexible traction member 16 is pulled in a specific manner: the rotary member 13 is a roller having an eccentric projection 1301, and accordingly, the control trigger 5 has an abutment 501 which abuts against the eccentric projection 1301. When the user pulls the control trigger 5, the abutting portion 501 of the control trigger 5 pushes the eccentric protrusion 1301 of the rotating member 13 to rotate the rotating member 13, so that the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 13 is wound around the flexible traction member 16, and the valve plug 701 is finally driven to move from the first position to the second position.
In order to improve the safety of the whole machine operation, the whole machine safety is required to be opened before the motor pump unit 14 is started, and the process is completed by the safety switch 4, specifically, the safety switch 4 is movably connected with the handle 2 and can move to a first position for locking the control trigger 5 to move relative to the handle 2 and a second position for releasing the control trigger 5 to move relative to the handle 2. The safety switch 4 includes an operation portion 402 and a stopper portion 401 that lock or release the control trigger 5 connected. The safety switch 4 is driven by the reset part II to realize reset. In the present invention, the safety switch 4 can be rotatably or slidably disposed, and when it is rotatably disposed, the adjusting switch 14 can be reset without the resetting member II, but by the reverse operation of the user.
In the invention, the resetting piece I and the resetting piece II are elastic parts, such as springs.
Example two
As shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that two operation holes 105 for respectively receiving the end portions of the adjustment switch 3 are formed at both ends of the receiving portion I103 of the main housing 1 to penetrate through the rear connection portion 101 along the direction of the axis 18. Both ends of the adjusting switch 3 can be pressed by a user so as to enable the adjusting switch 3 to slide between the first position and the second position thereof, and the switching between the two positions is not required to be completed through the resetting piece I20. In this embodiment, the adjusting switch 3 can also be used as a pivot for the rotational connection between the main housing 1 and the handle 2.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the rotary part 13 is a roller with a toothing I1302, and correspondingly the control trigger 5 has a toothing II502 which meshes with the toothing I1302. When the control trigger 5 rotates around the pivot 17, the rotating frame 13 rotates along with the control trigger 5 under the action of the gear tooth part II502 and the gear tooth part I1302, so that the flexible traction piece 16 can realize traction on the valve core 701.
Example four
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the main chassis 1 is provided with a guide I11 and a guide II19 for changing the driving direction of the flexible traction element 16, the number of the guide I11 is the same as that of the guide II19 in the first embodiment, and the guide II19 only serves to turn the flexible traction element 16. The flexible pulling element 16 is in turn connected to the control trigger 5 by passing around the guide I11 and the guide II 19. When the control trigger 5 is forced to rotate about the pivot 17 by the force F, the control trigger 5 pulls the flexible pull 16 to move the spool 701.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
