Abstract

(1) manufacturing a woven carpet fabric: the woven carpet fabric comprises a 5-layer structure, patterns of a carpet plane area and a fringe tissue area are arranged by a computer, and then the woven carpet fabric is woven by a woven machine;
(2) carpet compounding: compounding 5 layers of the woven carpet fabric with the sponge to obtain a sponge composite layer;
(3) cutting and finishing tassel lines: and shearing the tail end of the long floating structure in the tassel tissue area, and performing edge covering treatment on the sponge composite layer to obtain the one-step formed tassel woven carpet.
Each layer of the woven carpet fabric has the following structure:
1 layer: the weft floats long and the warp sinks without interweaving;
2, layer: the warps 2 and 3 are interwoven with the wefts 3 to form plain weave;
3, layer: the warp 4 and the weft 3 are interwoven with an upper twill and a lower twill;
4 layers: the warp 5 and the weft 3 are interwoven in a plain weave;
5 layers: the warps 1, 6 are interwoven with the wefts 2 in a plain weave.
The warp of the woven carpet fabric is 150D high-strength interlaced yarn, and the warp comprises surface warp, inner warp and connecting warp.
1 layer of weft of the woven carpet fabric adopts 4.5N polyester chenille, 2 layers of weft, 3 layers of weft and 4 layers of weft adopt 150D high-strength interlaced yarn, and 5 layers of weft adopt 10s/2 polyester yarn.

The fringe weave area adopts a yarn floating length structure, and the left side and the right side of the fringe line floating length are locked by adopting a pure flat grain structure, so that the carpet is prevented from being off-line.
The sponge in the step (2) is non-woven fabric sponge, SBR diving material sponge or polyurethane sponge.
The compounding method in the step (2) is thermal compounding, and after the 5 layers of plain weave structures are compounded with the sponge, the composite structure is separated from the 1 layer of floating structure.
And (4) performing edge covering treatment in the step (3) by adopting a carpet edge covering machine to sew and cover edges.
And (4) cutting the tail ends of the long floating structures in the step (3) to separate the long floating structures respectively to form tassel decorative lines, so as to obtain the one-step formed tassel lines.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the manufacturing method for one-step forming of the fringe decorative line of the woven carpet has the advantages of few manufacturing procedures, low cost, firm connection between the fringe and the carpet, no need of manual knotting, greatly improved manufacturing efficiency, labor saving and reduced labor intensity of workers;
(2) the tassel woven carpet prepared by the manufacturing method has the advantages that tassel decorative lines are uniform, neat, attractive and elegant, the edge covering and the carpet are consistent in thickness, no pimples exist, and the touch feeling of feet is comfortable.
