Technical Field

Background
With the development of the gas stove industry, the demand of users for controlling the fire force of the gas stove is continuously changed, and as a key component for controlling the fire force of the gas stove, a gas stove valve body controls the change of flow through the change of orifices of a closure 1a (a valve core) and a valve body 2a, so that the fire force is adjusted. The existing sealing grease coating process is that production staff manually coats grease, the operation requirement on the production staff is high, the production process cannot be monitored, the situation of multiple coating or less coating is easy to occur, if the grease coating is excessive, after a user uses the sealing grease for several times, the excessive sealing grease can block a small fire protection hole on a valve body, so that the situation that the small fire cannot occur, and user complaints are caused; if the grease is too little or uneven, the conditions of internal and external ring air leakage, internal leakage and large friction force of the closed son can occur to influence the use hand feeling. Therefore, the existing manual greasing has the following defects: the grease coating efficiency is low, the grease coating is uneven, the automation degree is low, and the grease coating amount is not easy to adjust.

Further, the upper end of the base is provided with a vertical slideway, one side of the outer cylinder is connected with a connecting block, and the connecting block is movably arranged on the vertical slideway of the base.

Of course, the first motor is arranged in a moving structure, the gluing component is arranged in a fixed structure, and the displacement adjustment of the first motor and the gluing component can be realized.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plug valve blocking device in this embodiment includes a base 1, a glue spreading component disposed at an upper end of the base 1, and a first motor 41 disposed at a lower end of the base 1, where a distance between the glue spreading component and the first motor 41 can be adjusted. The upper end of the base 1 is provided with a vertical slideway 12.
The gluing component comprises an outer cylinder 2, a storage cylinder 3, a second motor 42 and a sealing block 45, wherein the outer cylinder 2 is transversely arranged, the upper end of the outer cylinder 2 is provided with an outer feeding hole 21, the lower end of the outer cylinder is provided with an outer discharging hole 22, and a hairbrush 7 is arranged at the outlet of the outer cylinder 2 positioned at the outer discharging hole 22; the storage cylinder 3 is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder 2, the upper end of the storage cylinder is provided with an inner feeding hole 31 communicated with the outer feeding hole 21, the lower end of the storage cylinder is provided with an inner discharging hole 32 corresponding to the outer discharging hole 22, and the intersection part of the inner discharging hole 32 and the outer discharging hole 22 forms a discharging caliber;
the second motor 42 is arranged in the outer cylinder 2 and can drive the material storage cylinder 3 to rotate, so that the number and the on-off of the discharged materials are controlled. Aiming at different closures, the control of the discharging amount of the sealing grease can be realized by controlling the rotation angle of the material storage cylinder 3. The sealing block 45 is movably arranged on the storage cylinder 3 so as to keep the pressure inside the storage cylinder 3 constant.
The power output end of the first motor 41 is provided with a mounting seat which can be provided with a detachable closing member, and the mounting seat can rotate under the drive of the first motor 41.
One side of the outer cylinder 2 is connected with a connecting block 8a, and the connecting block 8a is movably arranged in a vertical slideway 12 at the upper end of the base 1. The base 1 is provided with a third motor 43, the power output end of the third motor 43 is provided with a linear pushing block 431, the linear pushing block 431 can move back and forth on the vertical slideway 12, the upper end of the connecting block 8a is propped against the linear pushing block 431, and the lower end of the connecting block 8a is provided with a compression spring 61 for providing a restoring force. The third motor 43 can drive the connection block to move on the base, thereby realizing the displacement of the gluing assembly relative to the first motor. The power output end of the third motor 43 is provided with a first pre-tightening spring 62.
The outer cylinder 2 in this embodiment is provided with a fourth motor 44, and a power output end of the fourth motor 44 is connected to the sealing block 45 and can drive the sealing block 45 to move. The fourth motor 44 controls the displacement of the sealing block 45, and can give a constant internal pressure in the storage cylinder 3, so that the outflow rate of the sealing grease in unit time is ensured to be stable, and the coating uniformity of the sealing grease is ensured. The power output end of the fourth motor 44 is provided with a second pretensioning spring 63.
The mounting seat in this embodiment includes a connecting shaft 8 capable of penetrating through the axial middle hole of the closure member and a connecting pin 81 capable of being disposed in the pin hole of the closure member, and the connecting pin 81 is detachably disposed on the connecting shaft 8 and perpendicularly intersects with the connecting shaft 8.
As shown in fig. 5, in the initial state, the glue spreading component is pushed to the highest point by the compression spring 63, a producer will put the closure 1a on the connecting shaft 8 and put through the connecting pin 81 to limit the closure 1a from separating from the connecting shaft 8, and at this time, the outer discharging hole of the storage cylinder 3 is not aligned with the outer discharging hole of the outer cylinder 2, so that the sealing grease cannot come out.
Referring to fig. 6, after the closure 1a is installed, the manufacturer activates the tool switch. First, the third motor 43 is operated to extend and press down to drive the glue spreading assembly to move downwards to a set distance until the brush contacts the glue spreading surface of the shutter 1 a. Then, the second motor 42 drives the storage cylinder 3 to rotate, so that the outlet hole of the storage cylinder 3 is aligned with the outlet hole of the outer cylinder 2, and the sealing grease can flow out. Finally, the fourth motor 44 and the first motor 41 are started simultaneously, and in the same time, the fourth motor 44 drives the sealing block to move rightward for a fixed distance to push the sealing grease to flow out at a constant flow rate, and meanwhile, the first motor 41 rotates for one circle in the time, so that the flowing sealing grease is ensured to be uniformly smeared on the sealing surface of the closure 1 a.
After the glue coating is completed, the second motor 42 drives the storage cylinder 3 to rotate to an initial state, and at this time, the outer discharging hole of the storage cylinder 3 is not aligned with the outer discharging hole of the outer cylinder 2, so that the sealing grease cannot come out. At the same time, the power take-off shaft of the third motor 43 is retracted upwards, causing the glue assembly to resume its original position under the action of the compression spring 63.
At this time, the automatic gluing process is completed, and the shutter 1a is taken out to complete the process.
