The invention relates to a rotary distance adjusting device which comprises an adjusting handle, a handle fixing seat, a distance adjusting module, a frame and a rotary module, wherein the adjusting handle penetrates through the handle fixing seat to be connected with the distance adjusting module, the distance adjusting module penetrates through the frame to be connected with the rotary module, the rotary module comprises a connecting piece, a rotating shaft, a pin, an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate, the connecting piece is connected with the middle position of the rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate through the pin, the upper pressing plate is connected with the upper part of the frame, and the lower pressing plate is connected with the lower part of the frame. According to the rotary distance adjusting device, the purpose of accurately adjusting the distance is achieved through the distance adjusting module, the consistency of the vertical distance between the rice cutter and the grinding wheel is guaranteed, and the broken rice rate of a finished product is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a rotary distance adjusting device, and relates to the field of distance adjustment of a rice cutter.
Background
The vertical sand roller rice mill achieves the whitening effect mainly through grinding among the raw materials, the grinding wheel, the rice knife and the screen. The size of the whitening degree can be realized by adjusting the gap between the rice knife and the grinding wheel. At present, a plane type rice cutter adjusting device is mainly adopted on the vertical type sand roller rice machine at home and abroad, and the distance between a rice cutter and a grinding wheel is adjusted through a positioning bolt to realize the function of adjusting the internal pressure of the rice machine. However, the planar rice cutter adjusting device has high processing precision requirement, high processing cost and high cost of later replacement; and the bin at the top of the sand roller rice machine must be lifted when maintenance and replacement are carried out, a plurality of people are required to be combined to take down the linear plane rice cutter from the machine, the whole device is detached after the linear plane rice cutter is taken down, the rice cutter is replaced, and the linear plane rice cutter is reinstalled on the machine after the replacement is completed, so that the actual operation requirement of the whole process is high, and the time and the labor are wasted. In addition, the installation and adjustment of the linear plane type rice cutters are required to keep the upper line and the lower line, the linearity adjustment operation requirement of the plane of the rice cutters is high, but human factors are not easy to control, so that the rice cutters are easy to incline up and down, the gaps between the rice cutters and the grinding wheel are different up and down, the pressure of the raw materials is unstable in the interior, the grinding effect is greatly influenced, more broken rice is generated, the broken rice rate in the finished product is increased, and the subsequent processing capacity is increased; the adjustment accuracy is inaccurate and sometimes requires multiple back and forth adjustments to achieve the desired distance.
