Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical appliances, in particular to an inflatable drug slow-release bracket.
Background
The sinuses, also known as paranasal sinuses and paranasal sinuses, are multiple air-containing bony cavities around the nasal cavity. The mucous membrane of the nasal sinuses is connected with the mucous membrane of the nose, so that the mucous membrane of the nose is inflamed, and the mucous membrane of the sinus cavity is often affected to cause nasosinusitis. It is currently believed that the cause of sinusitis is mainly infection in the sinuses due to sinus ostial obstruction caused by various causes, wherein nasal polyps are important causes of sinus ostial obstruction, and inflammatory stimulation of the sinuses in turn promote growth of nasal polyps, forming a vicious circle. Aiming at chronic nasosinusitis caused by nasosinusitis, the current treatment method mainly comprises the steps of cutting off the proliferated nasal polyp under the nasal endoscope, re-opening the nasal passage, and has the advantages of large operation wound, high cost, poor patient experience and certain psychological shadow.
According to the drug sustained-release stent disclosed in Chinese patent publication No. CN109394399A, the drug sustained-release stent comprises a stent and a polymer film, wherein the stent and the polymer film are connected together, the polymer film is a degradable polymer film or a non-degradable polymer film, and at least one layer of drug coating is arranged on the polymer film or the stent, so that the drug sustained-release stent has the effects of supporting and continuously administering drugs to a postoperative lesion position. Because the mechanical property of the polymer film bracket is obviously insufficient, the polymer film bracket can not be directly put into a nasal polyp lesion cavity, and the nasal cavity blocked by the nasal polyp is opened, the bracket can only be used in combination with nasal sinus endoscopic surgery, can not be used independently, and patients still need to do invasive surgery.
