thirdly, because the inner surface of the pressure plate 3 is provided with two arc-shaped grooves 3-2, the two arc-shaped grooves 3-2 of the pressure plate 3 are respectively used for pressing and clamping the same side end parts of the two adjusting rods 2, and the pressure plate 3 can press and clamp the end parts of the two adjusting rods 2 respectively inserted into the two first adjusting holes 1-1 of the bone plate 1; consequently, adopt a clamp plate 3 can realize compressing tightly the screens simultaneously to two tip of adjusting pole 2, can realize loosening simultaneously or compress tightly the regulation with two tip of adjusting pole 2 through this 4 knobs of screw, be different from current structural design, have simultaneously that the structure is ingenious, easy operation, advantages such as labour saving and time saving.

When the distance required by the work is adjusted, the pressure plate 3 is fixed in the pressure plate clamping groove 1-2 of the bone plate 1, and the end parts of the two adjusting rods 2 are pressed and clamped, so that the length adjustment or adjustment of the distance between the two bone plates 1 can be realized.

The bone plate 1 is provided with second threaded holes 1-5 at positions close to the second adjusting holes 1-4; the inner wall of the ball mouth part 1-41 is provided with a middle hole 1-6 communicated with the inner wall of the second threaded hole 1-5; the compression bar 8 is arranged in the middle holes 1-6 and is in clearance fit with the middle holes; the screw part of the second screw 7 is in threaded fit with the second threaded hole 1-5, and the bottom end of the second screw 7 is provided with a conical part 7-1; the end of the pressure lever 8 facing the second threaded hole 1-5 is provided with an inclined surface 8-1 for contacting and matching with the conical part 7-1, and the other end of the pressure lever 8 facing the second adjusting hole 1-4 is provided with a concave surface 8-2 for contacting and matching with the direction adjusting ball head 6.
Preferably, the outer end of the second threaded hole 1-5 is provided with a countersunk hole, and the head of the second screw 7 can be sunk into the countersunk hole.
By adopting the scheme, when the second screw 7 rotates and the screw rod of the second screw moves inwards in the second threaded hole 1-5, the conical part 7-1 of the second screw 7 can press against the inclined surface 8-1 of the compression rod 8, the compression rod 8 can move towards the direction of the second adjusting hole 1-4, finally the concave surface 8-2 of the compression rod 8 can be contacted and matched with the outer wall surface of the direction-adjusting ball 6 in the ball opening part 1-41 and tightly press against the direction-adjusting ball 6, at the moment, the direction-adjusting ball 6 is fixed in the ball opening part 1-41 without rotating, and when the bone nail 9 is installed in the bone nail hole 6-1 of the direction-adjusting ball 6, the direction of the bone nail 9 is fixed.
When the second screw 7 rotates and the screw rod of the second screw moves outwards in the second threaded hole 1-5, the conical part 7-1 of the second screw 7 is separated from the inclined surface 8-1 which presses against the pressure lever 8, at this time, as the pressure lever 8 loses the pressing force on the direction-adjusting ball head 6 in the spherical opening part 1-41, the direction-adjusting ball head 6 can be shifted, and the direction-adjusting ball head 6 can rotate freely in the spherical opening part 1-41 to realize angle or direction change and adjustment. When the direction-adjusting ball head 6 is adjusted to an angle or direction required by work, the second screw 7 is rotated and the screw rod of the second screw 7 moves inwards in the second threaded hole 1-5, the conical part 7-1 of the second screw 7 presses against the inclined surface 8-1 of the compression bar 8, the compression bar 8 moves towards the direction of the second adjusting hole 1-4, finally the concave surface 8-2 of the compression bar 8 contacts and matches with the outer wall surface of the direction-adjusting ball head 6 and presses against the direction-adjusting ball head 6, the angle or direction of the direction-adjusting ball head 6 is fixed, and meanwhile, when the bone nail 9 is installed in the bone nail hole 6-1 of the direction-adjusting ball head 6, the direction of the bone nail 9 is fixed and is the angle or direction required by work. In addition, the angle or direction of each bone screw can be independently adjusted according to the actual characteristics of the bone screws at different positions on the bone plate.
As a first mounting or operating state of the bone screw 9, see fig. 6-7, the bone screw 9 is mounted on the bone plate 1 perpendicular thereto. As a second mounting or operating state of the bone screw 9, see fig. 8, the bone screw 9 is mounted on the bone plate 1 such that it is non-perpendicular to the bone screw.
Furthermore, the outer wall surface of the concave surface 8-2 or/and the direction-adjusting ball head 6 is a rough surface. Therefore, the concave surface 8-2 and the direction-adjusting ball head 6 are in contact with each other, the friction coefficient is large, the resistance is large, and the problem of rotation and looseness is difficult to occur due to larger friction resistance when the direction-adjusting ball head 6 is tightly propped by the concave surface 8-2.
Preferably, a plurality of concave-convex structures which are uniformly distributed and matched with each other are arranged on the outer wall surfaces of the concave surface 8-2 and the direction-adjusting ball head 6. Preferably, the bone screw hole 6-1 is a tapered threaded hole. The conical threaded hole is matched with the head of the bone nail through conical external threads.
