Abstract
The invention relates to hazardous article supervision, in particular to a hazardous article comprehensive supervision platform which comprises a controller and a vehicle-mounted computer arranged on a hazardous article transport vehicle, wherein the controller is connected with a first data acquisition module and a second data acquisition module which are used for acquiring detection data, the first data acquisition module is used for acquiring detection data of a detection unit of a workshop arranged in a hazardous article workshop, the second data acquisition module is used for acquiring detection data of a gyroscope, a first GPS (global positioning system) positioning module and a first RFID (radio frequency identification) tag which are arranged on a bottom support for placing and transporting hazardous articles, and the controller is connected with a first display module which is used for displaying the detection data acquired by the first data acquisition module and the second data acquisition module; the technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively overcome the defects that the storage condition of the dangerous goods cannot be monitored, the placement state of the dangerous goods in the transportation process cannot be monitored in real time, and the dangerous goods transport vehicle cannot correspond to the transported dangerous goods in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to hazardous article supervision, in particular to a hazardous article comprehensive supervision platform.
Background
With the development of industrial production capacity in China, the use of some dangerous goods in the industrial production process becomes more and more common, and the use amount is larger and larger. With the large amount of application of dangerous goods, some safety accidents also emerge endlessly. In order to safely and stably store dangerous goods, the conventional dangerous goods warehouse adopts a method of video monitoring and fixing the storage position of the dangerous goods, and the method is high in cost and cannot adjust the storage mode of the dangerous goods in time according to the inventory capacity.
Through the investigation of dangerous goods transportation enterprises, we find that the following problems affect the transportation safety of dangerous goods: in the transportation process, the placing state of the dangerous goods in the vehicle cannot be monitored in real time; the dangerous goods transport vehicle cannot be matched with the transported dangerous goods. The above situations present a great safety problem for the transportation of dangerous goods.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a comprehensive dangerous article supervision platform which can effectively overcome the defects that the storage condition of dangerous articles cannot be monitored, the placement state of the dangerous articles in the transportation process cannot be monitored in real time, and a dangerous article transport vehicle cannot correspond to the transported dangerous articles in the prior art.

the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second GPS positioning module which is arranged on the dangerous goods transport vehicle and used for positioning the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second RFID label which is arranged on the dangerous goods transport vehicle and used for recording vehicle information, the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second display module which is used for displaying the bottom support state in the transport process according to the gyroscope, the internal information of the first RFID label and the second RFID label is read by an RFID card reading terminal, the controller is in wireless communication with the first data acquisition module, the second data acquisition module and the RFID card reading terminal through a first wireless communication module, and the vehicle-mounted computer is in wireless communication with the controller, the gyroscope and the first GPS positioning module through a second wireless communication module.
Preferably, the factory building detection unit comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, a combustible gas monitoring device and a dust concentration monitoring device.

the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second GPS positioning module which is installed on the dangerous goods transport vehicle and used for positioning the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second RFID label which is installed on the dangerous goods transport vehicle and used for recording vehicle information, the vehicle-mounted computer is connected with a second display module which is used for displaying a bottom support state in the transport process according to the gyroscope, the first RFID label and the internal information of the second RFID label are read by an RFID card reading terminal, the controller is in wireless communication with the first data acquisition module, the second data acquisition module and the RFID card reading terminal through the first wireless communication module, and the vehicle-mounted computer is in wireless communication with the controller, the gyroscope and the first GPS positioning module through the second wireless communication module.
The plant detection unit comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, a combustible gas monitoring device and a dust concentration monitoring device.
Temperature and humidity sensor, combustible gas monitoring devices, dust concentration monitoring devices all install on the wall of storage hazardous articles factory building, and when the data that temperature and humidity sensor, combustible gas monitoring devices, dust concentration monitoring devices detected exceeded the preset scope, the controller started alarm module to with first display module's demonstration state change for warning state in order to remind managers.
The gyroscope is six-axis gyroscope MPU6050, and when the hazardous articles were placed in the factory building and the collet took place the slope, the axial inclination changed takes place for the gyroscope, and the gyroscope sends self attitude data for second data acquisition module.
The first RFID label is written into the type information of the dangerous goods placed on the bottom support.
When the dangerous goods leave a factory or enter the factory, the RFID card reading terminal scans the first RFID label corresponding to the dangerous goods and scans the second RFID label corresponding to the transport vehicle for transporting the dangerous goods.
In the transportation process of the dangerous goods, when the data detected by the gyroscope exceed the preset range, the display state of the second display module is changed into the warning state by the vehicle-mounted computer so as to remind the transportation personnel.
The temperature and humidity sensor, the combustible gas monitoring device and the dust concentration monitoring device of the plant detection unit can monitor the storage conditions of dangerous goods. When the data detected by the temperature and humidity sensor, the combustible gas monitoring device and the dust concentration monitoring device exceed a preset range, the controller starts the alarm module, and changes the display state of the first display module into a warning state so as to remind a manager.

The first RFID label is written in the kind information that places the hazardous articles on the collet, and the second RFID label is installed and is used for taking notes vehicle information on the hazardous articles transport vechicle, and RFID card reading terminal is when the hazardous articles leave the factory and enter the factory, scans the first RFID label that corresponds the hazardous articles to scan the second RFID label of the transport vechicle that corresponds the hazardous articles, thereby can correspond the hazardous articles transport vechicle with the transportation.
First GPS orientation module fixes a position the hazardous articles of transportation, and second GPS orientation module fixes a position the hazardous articles transport vechicle, can in time know the position of hazardous articles and hazardous articles transport vechicle, is convenient for retrieve the hazardous articles, realizes the comprehensive effectual supervision to the hazardous articles.
