When in use: the hook 21 can hang the lamp on the screen of the notebook computer, the lamp can be clamped on the desktop by pressing the clamping plate 12, the rotating bracket 18 is clamped with the clamping groove 11, the clamping spring 16 can drive the sliding shaft 17 to enable the fixing pin 19 to tightly press the bracket 18, the bracket 18 can be used as a bracket to support the lamp to be placed on the desktop after rotating to the vertical position, after the USB plug 23 is inserted into the USB port of the computer, the clamping buckle 24 can prevent the USB plug 23 from loosening with the USB port of the computer, the second hinge rod 36 and the first hinge rod 53 can be lifted by pulling the connecting block 37, the heights of the second light plate 40 and the first light plate 43 are changed, the projection direction of the lamp light can be adjusted by rotating the second light plate 40, the second knob 51 is rotated, the second knob shaft 49 and the illuminating lamp 50 are driven to rotate by the second knob shaft 51, the lamp light generated by the illuminating lamp 50 irradiates on the reflecting plate 44, the reflecting plate 44 reflects the lamp light, adjust the power and the concentration and dispersion of light, when the lamps and lanterns are no longer used, press second light board 40, make second articulated rod 36 and first articulated rod 53 all be retrieved to holding in the groove 33, manually shake rotating wheel 25, rotating wheel 25 drives second gear 31 and rotates, and second gear 31 rotates and drives first gear 27 and rotate, and first gear 27 rotates and drives roller shaft 30 and cylinder 29 and rotate, and cylinder 29 rotates and receives electric wire 22.
