Next, a door window pulley 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a screen door 2 as a door window sash body provided with the door window pulley 1, and a door window 3 provided with the screen door will be described with reference to the drawings.
The door/window 3 of the present embodiment is a door/window 3 for a sliding window, and includes, as shown in fig. 1 and 2: a glass door sash 5 movably supported by a frame 4 provided in a building or the like, and a screen window 2 movably supported by being provided outside the glass door sash 5.
In the following description, the vertical direction when the door/window 3 supported by a building or the like is viewed from the outdoor side is referred to as the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 21 of the screen door/window 2, which is the left and right, is referred to as the horizontal direction, and the depth direction orthogonal to the horizontal direction is referred to as the indoor and outdoor direction. The directions of the respective parts of the door window 3 and the respective members constituting the door window 3 in a single body state are determined with reference to the directions in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the depth direction in a state of being mounted on a building or the like, and the description is made.
The screen window 2 attached to the frame 4 has a rectangular frame body 20 surrounding the mesh material 2a, and the window and door pulleys 1 are provided on both end sides in the left-right direction of a lower frame 21 constituting the frame body 20 and located below the mesh material 2 a.
As shown in fig. 2, a lower frame 40 constituting a frame 4 installed in a building or the like has a fin-shaped screen window and door rail 41 extending upward in the vertical direction on the outermost outdoor side, and a window and door pulley 1 of a screen window and door 2 is supported by the screen window and door rail 41 and is provided movably in the left-right direction.
The lower frame 21 includes: a frame outdoor unit 22 provided outside the outdoor unit and having a holding unit 22a for holding the lower end of the mesh member 2 a; and an indoor groove portion 23 provided in the indoor side of the frame outdoor portion 22 in the left-right direction, and having a groove shape whose lower end is open and which is recessed upward. An indoor groove portion 23 formed by: a chamber inner wall portion 22c which forms a hollow portion 22b penetrating in the left-right direction of the frame chamber exterior 22 and is positioned on the indoor side of the hollow portion 22 b; an opposing wall portion 23a that faces the indoor side of the indoor wall portion 22c with a gap therebetween in the indoor-outdoor direction; and an upper end connecting portion 23b that continuously connects the upper ends of the indoor wall portion 22c and the opposing wall portion 23a from the frame outer portion 22.
The door/window pulley 1 is disposed in the indoor groove portion 23 and fixed to the upper end connecting portion 23 b. That is, the door/window pulley 1 is provided on the indoor side of the mesh material 2a and the portion of the frame 20 surrounding the mesh material 2 a. Therefore, the center of gravity G of the screen window 2 supported by the screen window and door guide rail 41 inserted into the indoor groove portion 23 from below is located further outside than the vertically upper side of the screen window and door guide rail 41.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the door/window pulley 1 includes: a roller 10 rolling on the screen window and door rail 41 and supporting the screen window and door 2, and a bracket 11 supporting the roller 10.
The holder 11 has: a roller supporting frame 12 supporting the roller 10; a fixed frame 13 fixed to the lower frame 21 and supporting the roller support frame 12 to be swingable; and a reinforcing member 14 fixed to the outdoor side of the mount 13.
The fixing frame 13 has: a fixed plate portion 13a which abuts against the lower surface of the upper end connecting portion 23b of the lower frame 21 and is fastened and connected by a screw; and a vertically disposed wall portion 13b that is disposed vertically from the edge of the outdoor side of the fixed plate portion 13 a. A swing shaft 13c for supporting the roller support frame 12 to be swingable is provided on the vertically provided wall portion 13b along the indoor and outdoor directions.
The roller support frame 12 includes: an opposing wall portion 12a disposed to face the vertical wall portion 13 b; and a roller shaft 12b provided to protrude from the opposite wall portion 12a in the indoor/outdoor direction and rotatably supporting the roller 10, and the roller support frame 12 is supported to be swingable about a swing shaft 13c provided to the fixed frame 13. Further, the roller support frame 12 is configured to: the position of the roller 10 in the vertical direction can be adjusted by changing the amount of upward projection of the screw 15 from the roller support frame 12 by changing the screwing position of the screw 15 screwed into the upper portion of the roller support frame 12 by applying an urging force urging the roller 10 in the upward direction to a torsion spring (not shown) through which the swing shaft 13c is inserted.
The reinforcing member 14 includes: a reinforcing plate portion 14a that is abutted from the outdoor side and fixed to the vertically disposed wall portion 13b of the fixed frame 13; left and right side wall portions 14b formed by bending and raising both end portions of the reinforcing plate portion 14a in the left-right direction in the indoor direction; and a lower end horizontal portion 14c which is a horizontal surface formed by bending and raising a lower end portion of the reinforcing plate portion 14a and a lower end portion of the left side wall portion 14b or a lower end portion of the reinforcing plate portion 14a and a lower end portion of the right side wall portion 14b together.
The two lower-end horizontal portions 14c of the reinforcing member 14 are provided with rollers 7, respectively, so as to be rotatable on the pivot pins 6 vertically provided downward from the lower surface. That is, the rollers 7 are provided on both sides with the roller 10 interposed therebetween in the moving direction of the screen window 2. Further, the roller 7 is disposed on the outdoor side of the screen window and door rail 41 in a state where the roller 10 is supported by the screen window and door rail 41, and the roller 7 and the screen window and door rail 41 are spaced apart from each other slightly in the indoor and outdoor directions in a state where the screen window and door 2 is supported without being inclined. Here, the door pulley 1 of the present embodiment can be used as a door pulley 1a for moving the screen window 2 along the screen window guide rail 41 even in a state where the reinforcing member 14 is removed, and a structure in which the roller support frame 12 is provided to be swingable on the mount 13 corresponds to a bracket main body.
As described above, the screen window and door 2 of the present embodiment is configured such that: since the center of gravity G of the screen window 2 is located further outside than the vertically upper side of the screen window guide rail 41, in the case where the screen window 2 is large in size, or in the case where the screen window 2 is heavy in weight such as the case where a panel or the like for preventing a child from tampering with the mesh material 2a is attached, the screen window 2 may be inclined to the outside so that the upper end side thereof is located further outside than the lower end side thereof. When the screen window 2 is inclined to the outdoor side, as shown in fig. 5, the roller 7 provided in the window and door pulley 1 abuts against the screen window guide rail 41 from the outdoor side. Therefore, when the screen window 2 moves in a state of being tilted to the outdoor side, the roller 7 moves while rolling on the outdoor side surface of the screen window guide rail 41. In the present embodiment, the roller 7 corresponds to: when the door sash body is inclined toward the indoor and outdoor sides, the door sash body abuts against the abutting portion of the guide rail from one side.
According to the door/window pulley 1 of the present embodiment, when the screen window 2 having the center of gravity G located on the outdoor side rather than the vertically upper side of the screen window guide rail 41 is inclined to the outdoor side in the indoor and outdoor direction, the roller 7 provided in the bracket 11 of the door/window pulley 1 abuts against the screen window guide rail 41 located below the roller 10 supporting the screen window 2 from the outdoor side, and therefore, the inclination of the screen window 2 can be suppressed. Accordingly, the door/window pulley 1 can be provided which can suppress the inclination of the screen door/window 2 even if the screen door/window 2 is supported at a position deviated from the center of gravity G.
Further, since the roller 7 rolls at the portion that abuts against the screen window and door guide rail 41 when the screen window and door 2 is tilted, when the screen window and door 2 moves in the state of abutting against the screen window and door guide rail 41, the roller 7 rolls by abutting against it, and the load can be suppressed to be small.
Further, since the rollers 7 are provided on both sides across the roller 10 in the moving direction, even when the screen window 2 is inclined to the outdoor side, the screen window 2 is not inclined so as to intersect the screen window guide rail 41. Therefore, even if the screen window/door 2 is inclined to the outdoor side, the screen window/door 2 can be smoothly moved.
Further, since the door pulley 1 can move the screen window 2 along the screen window guide rail 41 even in a state where the reinforcing member 14 is detached, the door pulley 1a in a state where the reinforcing member 14 is detached can be used even when the screen window 2 is not likely to be inclined. Therefore, for example, the door window pulley 1a for the glass door sash 5 and the door window pulley 1a for the screen door 2 from which the reinforcing member 14 of the door window pulley 1 is removed can be commonly used, so that the versatility can be improved and the cost can be suppressed.
Further, when the screen window 2 or the like to which the window and door pulley is attached in a state where the reinforcing member 14 is detached is inclined, the roller 7 can be provided by attaching the reinforcing member 14, and therefore, the inclination of the sash body of the screen window 2 or the like attached to the conventional window and door can be suppressed.
The screen window 2 having the window and door pulley 1 can be prevented from being tilted even when it is supported at a position deviated from the center of gravity G.
Further, according to the door/window having the screen window 2 and the frame 4 including the screen window guide 41, the door/window 3 can be provided which can move while suppressing the inclination of the screen window 2 even when the screen window 2 is supported at a position deviated from the center of gravity G.
In the above embodiment, the screen window 2 whose center of gravity is located outside the room and inclined to the outside of the room has been described as an example, but the center of gravity is not limited to the outside of the room. In addition, the inclination of the sash body may not be caused by the position of the center of gravity.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the roller 7 is provided in the reinforcing member 14 provided in the door/window pulley 1 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the roller 7 may be provided in the holder 13, for example. More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the fixed frame 13 may have left and right side wall portions 13d and a lower end horizontal portion 13e at both ends in the left-right direction of the vertically provided wall portion 13b, and the rollers 7 may be provided on the pivot pins 6 provided vertically to the two lower end horizontal portions 13e, respectively, so as to be pivotable.
In the above embodiment, the contact portion that contacts the guide rail from one side when the sash body is tilted is a roller, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the contact portion may be a synthetic resin slider, for example.
In the above embodiment, the screen window 2 is used as the window sash, but the screen window is not limited to this, and a window sash using the window pulley 1, such as the glass window sash 5, may be used.
In the above embodiment, the roller 7 is provided on both sides of the screen window/door 2 in the moving direction through the roller 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the roller 7 may be provided only on one side of the roller 10 in the moving direction of the screen window or door 2, or three or more rollers 7 may be provided at appropriate positions of the reinforcing member 14.
The above embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to be restrictive. It is needless to say that the present invention can be changed or modified without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention includes equivalent technical means.
