Abstract
本发明的针对现有装修材料甲醛超标,不能有效去除的问题,提供一种吸收甲醛的内墙涂料。该涂料由以下质量份的各物质组成:苯丙乳液10‑30,抗菌纳米二氧化钛4‑6,钛白粉10‑20,重质碳酸钙10‑20,轻质碳酸钙10‑20,羟乙基纤维素0.1‑0.5,甲醛捕捉剂0.5‑3,分散剂1.0‑2.0,润湿剂0.1‑0.5,消泡剂0.2‑0.5,成膜助剂0.2‑1.5,防冻剂1‑3,去离子水40‑60。该内墙涂料不但具有良好的芳香性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性、耐粘污性和抗老化性,而且还具有去除甲醛、抗菌抑菌、无污染、绿色环保、高装饰性能等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸收甲醛的内墙涂料。
背景技术
现有的内墙涂料,它是一种以水为介质,以丙烯酸酯类、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、醋酸乙烯酯类聚合物的水溶液为成膜物质,加入多种辅助成分制成,具有较好的保色性和耐擦洗性。
随着生活品质提高,家居环保问题越来越被大家重视,尤其是家装空气的污染问题,无论是新家装修或者老房翻新,来自壁纸、木材、油漆、乳胶漆、地板、窗帘、家具等材料中的甲醛给入住装修后的房屋带来了很大的健康隐患。有的复合家具、人造装饰板等材料污染严重,三四年都无法去除甲醛味。
甲醛为较高毒性的物质,在我国有毒化学品优先控制名单上甲醛高居第二位。甲醛已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸形物质,是公认的变态反应源,也是潜在的强致突变物之一。研究表明,甲醛具有强烈的致癌和促癌作用。甲醛对人体健康的影响主要表现在嗅觉异常、刺激、过敏、肺功能异常、肝功能异常和免疫功能异常等方面。其浓度在每立方米空气中达到0.06-0.07mg/m3时,儿童就会发生轻微气喘。当室内空气中甲醛含量为0.1mg/m3时,就有异味和不适感;达到0.5mg/m3时,可刺激眼睛,引起流泪;达0.6mg/m3,可引起咽喉不适或疼痛。浓度更高时,可引起恶心呕吐,咳嗽胸闷,气喘甚至肺水肿;达到30mg/m3时,会立即致人死亡。
长期接触低剂量甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,引起鼻咽癌、结肠癌、脑瘤、月经紊乱、细胞核的基因突变,DNA单链内交连和DNA与蛋白质交连及抑制DNA损伤的修复、妊娠综合症、引起新生儿染色体异常、白血病,引起青少年记忆力和智力下降。在所有接触者中,儿童和孕妇对甲醛尤为敏感,危害也就更大。据相关资料统计显示:人类有70%的病症与室内环境有关,我国每年有12万人死于室内污染,90%以上的幼儿白血病患者都是住进新装修房一年内患病的。
可见,装修后遗留的甲醛对人体健康构成了极大的威胁,如何在现有装修材料的基础上,有效去除甲醛,让人们尽快放心入住装修后的新居,是一个急待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有装修材料甲醛超标,不能有效去除的问题,提供一种吸收甲醛的内墙涂料。
本发明一种吸收甲醛的内墙涂料,由以下质量份的各物质组成:

本发明的内墙涂料以苯丙乳液为成膜物质,添加抗菌纳米二氧化钛、钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、甲醛捕捉剂等多种多功能性的颜、填料和助剂,制备得到的一种具备甲醛捕捉性能的内墙涂料。该内墙涂料不但具有良好的芳香性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性、耐粘污性和抗老化性,而且还具有去除甲醛、抗菌抑菌、无污染、绿色环保、高装饰性能等优点。
与现有技术对比,本发明内墙涂料利用抗菌纳米二氧化钛和甲醛捕捉剂的协同作用,有效吸收甲醛,将空气中的有毒有害气体分解消除,杀灭细菌、霉菌、病毒,使室内空气更加清新,避免了有毒有害气体对人体造成的危害。本发明内墙涂料不但具有良好的芳香性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性、耐粘污性和抗老化性,而且还具有去除甲醛、氨、苯等有害气体、抗菌抑菌、无污染、绿色环保、高装饰性能等优点。

测试1:将实施例1-4和市售内墙涂料一起做对比实验,作常规性能检测,具体测试结果见表1。

测试2:将实施例1-4和市售内墙涂料一起做对比实验,对抗菌性能进行测试,抗菌性能测试参照GB/T21866-2008《抗菌涂料抗菌性能测定方法和抗菌效果》。
抗菌测试:大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。
具体测试结果见表2。

测试3:按JC/T1074-2008测定漆膜的甲醛净化性能,将实施例1-4和市售内墙涂料一起做对比实验,具体试验结果如表3所示:

由检测结果可知:本发明的内墙涂料不仅具备良好的常规性能,其抗菌性能和甲醛净化性能也大大优于同类产品,具有广阔的市场前景。

7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的吸收甲醛的内墙涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
