Abstract
The invention discloses a racket threading machine which comprises a base, a clamp for clamping a racket frame and a threading device. The clamp is provided with a turntable and a clamping part, wherein the turntable is pivoted on the base through a rotating shaft, and the clamping part is fixed on the turntable; the string pulling device is arranged on the base and positioned on one side of the clamp, and is used for tensioning the racket string passing through the racket frame and rotating the turntable according to the string pulling position. The base is provided with a sensing unit electrically connected with the wire pulling device for sensing the threading position of the current beat wire and generating a control signal to control the wire pulling device to pull the wire. The racket threading machine obtained by the invention can automatically detect the threading position of the current racket thread, and further control the thread pulling device to pull the thread.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a racket production device, in particular to a racket threading machine.
Background
According to the badminton racket, the tennis racket and other ball tools, a plurality of racket strings are fixed on a racket frame in a crossed manner, thereby forming a net structure capable of striking back a badminton ball or a tennis ball. The racket strings are arranged on the racket frame in a penetrating way at different pounds, which influences the elasticity of the racket strings and further changes the performance of batting. If the player wants to improve his performance, he must first benefit his device, and if he plans and designs the number of pounds pulled by the line, he can enhance the stability of controlling the ball and increase the speed of hitting the ball, which is beneficial to the player to capture his good result. It has been found that three preferred positions for hitting the ball are defined in the racquet to minimize the impact force transmitted to the hand after hitting the ball, minimize the uncomfortable shock felt by the palm and arm, and maximize the speed or force at which the ball is struck back. In order to achieve the best results from these three hitting positions, the required pounds of string for each line on the racquet will vary.
The conventional racket stringing machine, as disclosed in taiwan patent publication M544958, includes a racket frame clamp and a stringing device, wherein the stringing device only moves along a straight line to tighten the racket string, so as to determine the pound of racket string to be strung by the displacement of the stringing device. However, the conventional racket stringing machine can only perform stringing at one position of the racket frame in one stringing process, and because the conventional racket stringing machine is operated manually and does not have the capability of identifying the current stringing position, an operator has to identify the current stringing position by himself or herself to string the racket at the required stringing pound number of the position, so that the defect of low production efficiency is formed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a racket threading machine which can automatically detect the threading position of a current racket thread and further control a thread pulling device to pull the thread.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a racket stringing machine, which comprises:
a base;
a clamp for clamping the racket frame, which is provided with a turntable and a clamping part, wherein the turntable is pivoted on the base through a rotating shaft, and the clamping part is fixed on the turntable;
the pulling device is arranged on the base and positioned on one side of the clamp and used for tensioning the racket string passing through the racket frame, and when the racket string is tensioned, the turntable can drive the rotating shaft to rotate to different degrees according to the threading position of the racket string on the racket frame;
and the sensing unit is electrically connected with the wire pulling device and used for sensing the threading position of the current beat wire and generating a control signal to control the wire pulling device to pull the wire.
In one embodiment, the sensing unit includes a rotary encoder surrounding the rotating shaft, and the threading position of the current line is converted by measuring the angular displacement of the rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, the sensing unit includes a direction sensor or a gyroscope sensor disposed on the racket frame, and the threading position of the current racket string is converted by measuring the direction change of the racket frame rotating along with the rotary disc.
In one embodiment, the sensing unit includes an image capturing unit for capturing an image of the frame of the racket and comparing the captured image with a previously captured image to convert the threading position of the current racket string.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the racket threading machine obtained by the invention can automatically detect the threading position of the current racket thread, and further control the thread pulling device to pull the thread, and has high working efficiency.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there is shown a first embodiment of a racket stringing machine according to the present invention, which includes a base 1, a clamp 2 for clamping a racket frame, and a stringing device 3. The clamp 2 and the wire drawing device 3 are arranged on the base 1, and the wire drawing device 3 is positioned at one side of the clamp 2. The clamp 2 comprises a rotary disc 21 and a clamping portion 22 for clamping the racket frame, wherein the clamping portion 22 is fixed on the rotary disc 21, a rotating shaft 23 extends downwards from the center of the rotary disc 21, and the rotating shaft 23 is pivotally arranged on the base 1, so that the rotary disc 21 can rotate relative to the base 1 by taking the rotating shaft 23 as an axis. The thread drawing device 3 is provided with a long chute 31 extending in a direction away from the clamp 2, a displacement member 32 for controlling the racket thread is arranged in the long chute 31, wherein the racket thread is arranged on the racket frame in a penetrating way, the displacement member 32 can move along the long chute 31 to tighten the racket thread, and the weight of the racket thread is determined according to the displacement amount.
As shown in fig. 4, a virtual axis C extending along the long chute 31 is defined, and the rotating shaft 23 is located on the virtual axis C. Accordingly, when the racket string 42 pulled by the string pulling device 3 is not located on the virtual axis C at the penetrating points P1 and P2 (which are located at symmetrical positions on the racket frame 41) shown in fig. 4, the rotary disc 21 is pulled by the racket string 42 as shown in fig. 5 when the racket string 42 is pulled tightly, and the rotary disc 23 rotates relative to the base, wherein the angular displacement of the rotary disc 21 is determined by the vertical distance D from the penetrating points P1 and P2 of the racket string 42 to the virtual axis C; in short, the longer the vertical distance D from the virtual axis C to the point P1 or P2 where the racket string 42 passes through, the larger the angular displacement amount by which the turntable 21 is pulled and rotated.
In the invention, a sensing unit is used for sensing the threading position of the current racket thread and generating a control signal to control the thread pulling device to pull the thread. In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the sensing unit has a rotary encoder 5 surrounding the rotating shaft 23 and electrically connected to the wire pulling device, and the rotary encoder 5 can measure the angular displacement of the rotating shaft 23, i.e. the rotation amplitude of the rotating disc 21, by various conventional identification methods. Because the threading position of the racket string on the racket frame has the unique corresponding relation with the rotation amount of the rotary disc 21, the corresponding threading position of the racket string can be obtained by converting the rotation amount of the rotary disc 21, and a control signal is generated and transmitted to the string pulling device to control the string pulling device to pull the string.
With the above structure, when the thread pulling device 3 pulls the racket thread 42 to the state shown in fig. 5, the rotary encoder measures the rotation angle displacement of the rotary disc 21, so as to automatically identify the threading position of the racket thread 42, and further control the thread pulling device 3 to pull the thread.
The present invention further provides a second embodiment. This embodiment is based on the structure of the first embodiment described above, wherein the sensing unit is implemented by a direction sensor or a gyro sensor 7. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the direction sensor or gyro sensor 7 is provided on the head frame 41, and when the strings 42 are pulled so that the head frame 41 is pulled to rotate, the direction change amount of the head frame 41 is sensed by the direction sensor or gyro sensor 7. Similarly to the first embodiment, since the threading position of the racket string 42 on the racket frame 41 has a unique corresponding relationship with the direction variation of the racket frame 41 after rotating, the corresponding threading position of the racket string 42 can be obtained by converting the direction variation of the racket frame 41, and a control signal is generated and transmitted to the string pulling device 3 to control the string pulling thereof.
FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is based on the structure of the first embodiment, wherein the sensing unit is implemented by an image capturing unit 6. In the embodiment, the image capturing unit 6 is disposed on the turntable and can capture upward images of the racket frame, including information such as the position and number of lines on the racket frame. When the rotary plate 21 is pulled and rotated, the difference between the number and the position of the photographed lines can be determined by comparing the image information captured before and after the time, so as to obtain the threading position of the current photographed line, and generate a control signal to be transmitted to the thread pulling device 3 to control the thread pulling device to pull the thread.
