背景技术
每年春秋换季的时候流感人数急剧上升,尤其是人群密集的地方,如学校、医院、商场、酒吧、电影院等地方,很多病毒或细菌通过空气进行传播,传播速度较快,对社会的危害较大,轻则感冒发烧,重则影响人们正常的工作以及生活,引起人民的恐慌。
针对通过空气传播的病菌,目前还未出现有效的预防方法,家用空气净化装置只针对空气中的浮沉进行过滤,并不具有消毒杀菌功能,像医院这种病菌密集的地方也没有有效的预防装置,单纯的喷洒消毒液会使空气中消毒液成分较多,很多消毒液呈现强碱性或强酸性人们吸入身体内部危害人体健康,在冬季房间内的空气不流通也很容易造成病菌快速传播,因此需要一种多种场合适用的疾病预防装置。

进一步地,所述消毒仓右侧上方设有注液孔,消毒仓左侧下方设有放液孔,方便消更换消毒仓内的消毒液。
进一步地,所述紫外线灭菌仓内壁设有反射镜,通过镜面放射增强紫外线消毒能力。
进一步地,所述吸风槽右侧设有防护罩,所述防护罩用于防止虫子吸入装置内部。
进一步地,所述壳体的前表面覆盖有柔性太阳能板,壳体的上方外壁上固定有电池组件,所述电池组件分别与柔性太阳能板和控制器电性连接,通过太阳能发电更节能环保。
进一步地,所述电池组件的上方设有三组风力发电机,所述风力发电机与电池组件电性连接,利用城市车流带动的空气流动,利用空气流动进行风力发电。
进一步地,所述消毒仓内添加有消毒液,所述消毒液由中药汁和西药汁组成,所述中药汁和西药汁按体积比5:3混合均匀得到消毒液,中药汁按重量份由以下成分组成:3份北苍术粉末、2.3份金银花、1.2份大青、2.2份防风、0.8份藿香、 5份乙醇、10份去离子水,将以上成分混合后大火熬制2小时后取汁得中药汁;所述西药汁按重量份由以下成分组成:1.3份L-半胱氨酸、4份抗坏血酸、2.5份苯甲酸葡萄糖酸氯己定、1.2份纳米二氧化钛、0.7份三氯生、0.55份聚六亚甲基双胍,中药汁能够在掩盖西药汁的刺激气味,同时也起到消毒杀菌的作用,同时作为一种溶剂与西药汁进行混合,西药汁具有较强的氧化性,更直接快速的杀灭空气中的病菌。
本使用新型的工作方法:
S1:通过固定孔将本装置固定在墙体表面,为本装置接通电源,通过控制开关进行启动;
S2:空气通过防护罩进入吸风机,由吸风机提供动力将空气运送至消毒仓进行洗气,通过消毒仓清洗后的空气进入超声灭菌仓,通过超声波发生器对空气进行超声波灭菌,然后空气在抽风机的作用下,进入紫外线仓内部,再经过紫外线杀菌后从抽风机下方排出本装置;
S3:消毒液通过注液孔添加进消毒仓,废液通过放液孔流出,超频电流发生器为超声波发生器提供高频电流,家庭电流通过变压器变压输送给各用电元件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明能够用于教室、病房、以及室外垃圾堆等多种场所进行空气消毒过滤,对传染性流感具有较好的预防效果,本装置优先使用电池组件中的电量;
(2)本发明在季节性流感爆发时期,可用于多种人群密集场所安装,适用性强,安装便捷;
(3)本发明多种灭菌方法,杀菌能力强,杀菌效果好,通过洗气的方式,不仅起到杀菌的作用,更能除去空气中的PM2.5;
(4)本发明消毒液挥发量少,通过杀菌后的空气无刺激性气味,更优于喷洒式消毒。

为便于对本发明实施例的理解,下面结合附图1-2做进一步的解释说明,实施例并不构成对本发明实施例的限定。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,包括壳体1、吸风槽2、吸风机3、通风管一4、消毒仓5、通风管二7、超声灭菌仓8、通风管三9、紫外线灭菌仓10、抽风机11、电子装置12,壳体1四角分别设有固定孔15,固定孔 15用于将壳体1固定在工作面上,方便本装置的固定,吸风槽2固定在壳体1 的右侧,吸风槽2右侧设有防护罩21,防护罩21用于防止虫子吸入装置内部,吸风机3固定在吸风槽2的左侧,通风管一4固定在吸风机3的左侧,消毒仓5固定在通风管一4的下方左侧,且与通风管一4相通,消毒仓5右侧上方设有注液孔51,消毒仓5左侧下方设有放液孔52,方便消更换消毒仓内的消毒液,消毒仓5内的消毒液为市售的Sansei空气消毒液,超声灭菌仓8固定在消毒仓5 上方,且通过通风管二7与消毒仓5上方相通,超声灭菌仓8的左右两侧内壁和顶部内壁分别固定有超声波发生器13,紫外线灭菌仓10固定在壳体1的左侧,且通过通风管三9与超声灭菌仓8左上方相通,紫外线灭菌仓10中心垂直固定有紫外线灯管14,紫外线灭菌仓10内壁设有反射镜101,通过镜面放射增强紫外线消毒能力,抽风机11固定在紫外线灭菌仓10下方,电子装置固定在紫外线灭菌仓10与消毒仓5之间,如图1所示,电子装置12包括变压器121、超频电流发生器122、控制器123、控制开关124,变压器121固定在电子装置12底部,且与外界电源电性连接,超频电流发生器122固定在变压器121上方,控制器 123固定在超频电流发生器122上方,控制开关124嵌入式固定在控制器123前方的壳体1外壁处,超频电流发生器122与超声波发生器13电性连接,控制器123固定在控制器123与紫外线灯管14、超频电流发生器122、吸风机3、抽风机11、变压器121、控制开关124电性连接,如图3所示,壳体1的前表面覆盖有柔性太阳能板16,壳体的上方外壁上固定有电池组件17,电池组件17分别与柔性太阳能板16和控制器电性连接,通过太阳能发电更节能环保,电池组件的上方设有三组风力发电机6,风力发电机6与电池组件17电性连接,利用城市车流带动的空气流动,利用空气流动进行风力发电。
实施例2:
与实施例1不同之处在于:所述消毒仓内的消毒液由中药汁和西药汁组成,中药汁和西药汁按体积比5:3混合均匀得到消毒液,中药汁按重量份由以下成分组成:3份北苍术粉末、2.3份金银花、1.2份大青、2.2份防风、0.8份藿香、5 份乙醇、10份去离子水,将以上成分混合后大火熬制2小时后取汁得中药汁;西药汁按重量份由以下成分组成:1.3份L-半胱氨酸、4份抗坏血酸、2.5份苯甲酸葡萄糖酸氯己定、1.2份纳米二氧化钛、0.7份三氯生、0.55份聚六亚甲基双胍,中药汁能够在掩盖西药汁的刺激气味,同时也起到消毒杀菌的作用,同时作为一种溶剂与西药汁进行混合,西药汁具有较强的氧化性,更直接快速的杀灭空气中的病菌。

S2:空气通过防护罩21进入吸风机3,由吸风机3提供动力将空气运送至消毒仓5进行洗气,通过消毒仓5清洗后的空气进入超声灭菌仓8,通过超声波发生器13对空气进行超声波灭菌,然后空气在抽风机11的作用下,进入紫外线仓内部10,再经过紫外线杀菌后从抽风机11下方排出本装置;
S3:消毒液6通过注液孔51添加进消毒仓5,废液通过放液孔52流出,超频电流发生器122为超声波发生器提供高频电流,电流通过变压器121变压输送给各用电元件。

1.一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、吸风槽(2)、吸风机(3)、通风管一(4)、消毒仓(5)、通风管二(7)、超声灭菌仓(8)、通风管三(9)、紫外线灭菌仓(10)、抽风机(11)、电子装置(12),所述吸风槽(2)固定在壳体(1)的右侧,所述吸风机(3)固定在吸风槽(2)的左侧,所述通风管一(4)固定在吸风机(3)的左侧,所述消毒仓(5)固定在通风管一(4)的下方左侧,且与通风管一(4)相通,所述超声灭菌仓(8)固定在消毒仓(5)上方,且通过所述通风管二(7)与消毒仓(5)上方相通,超声灭菌仓(8)的左右两侧内壁和顶部内壁分别固定有超声波发生器(13),所述紫外线灭菌仓(10)固定在壳体(1)的左侧,且通过通风管三(9)与超声灭菌仓(8)左上方相通,紫外线灭菌仓(10)中心垂直固定有紫外线灯管(14),所述抽风机(11)固定在紫外线灭菌仓(10)下方,所述电子装置(12)固定在紫外线灭菌仓(10)与消毒仓(5)之间,电子装置(12)包括变压器(121)、超频电流发生器(122)、控制器(123)、控制开关(124),所述变压器(121)固定在电子装置(12)底部,且与外界电源电性连接,所述超频电流发生器(122)固定在变压器(121)上方,所述控制器(123)固定在超频电流发生器(122)上方,所述控制开关(124)嵌入式固定在控制器(123)前方的壳体(1)外壁处,超频电流发生器(122)与超声波发生器(13)电性连接,所述控制器(123)与紫外线灯管(14)、超频电流发生器(122)、吸风机(3)、抽风机(11)、变压器(121)、控制开关(124)电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)四角分别设有固定孔(15),所述固定孔(15)用于将壳体(1)固定在工作面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述消毒仓(5)右侧上方设有注液孔(51),消毒仓(5)左侧下方设有放液孔(52)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述紫外线灭菌仓(10)内壁设有反射镜(101)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述吸风槽(2)右侧设有防护罩(21),所述防护罩(21)用于防止虫子吸入装置内部。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的前表面覆盖有柔性太阳能板(16),壳体的上方外壁上固定有电池组件(17),所述电池组件(17)分别与柔性太阳能板(16)和控制器电性连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗环境空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于,所述电池组件的上方设有三组风力发电机(6),所述风力发电机(6)与电池组件(17)电性连接。
