Abstract
The invention provides a method for reporting a call forwarding number based on a block chain network system, which comprises the following steps: after receiving a call forwarding request for setting the call forwarding of the first mobile phone number to the second mobile phone number, inquiring the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number in the block chain network system; after receiving response information sent by a second user terminal corresponding to the second mobile phone number, verifying the response information, wherein the response information comprises information on whether call forwarding is agreed and identity information of the second user terminal; and reporting information whether the second user terminal agrees to call forwarding to an operator network when a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition comprises that the response information passes verification. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method for reporting a call forwarding number based on a blockchain network system, a home location register, a user terminal, and a blockchain network system.
Background
When a mobile phone used by a user fails, a telephone call placed to the mobile phone of the user can be transferred to a standby mobile phone in order to ensure normal contact.
However, some malware or cell phone viruses can divert calls dialed onto a user's cell phone to some fraudulent calls or toll numbers without the user's knowledge, causing economic loss to the user.
Therefore, how to avoid malicious software or mobile phone viruses from carrying out malicious forwarding on the number dialed to the mobile phone of the user becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for reporting a call forwarding number based on a block chain network system, a home location register, a user terminal and the block chain network system. By the method, malicious software or mobile phone viruses can be prevented from carrying out malicious transfer on the number dialed to the mobile phone of the user.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for reporting a call forwarding number based on a blockchain network system, where the blockchain network system includes a plurality of user terminal nodes and at least one operator home location register node, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
in step S110, after receiving a call forwarding request for setting a call forwarding of a first mobile phone number to a second mobile phone number, querying the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number in the blockchain network system;
in step S120, after receiving response information sent by the second user terminal corresponding to the second mobile phone number, verifying the response information, where the response information includes information on whether to approve call forwarding and identity information of the second user terminal;
in step S130, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, reporting information whether the second user terminal agrees to call forwarding to an operator network, where the predetermined condition includes that the response information passes verification.
Shown in fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a blockchain network system comprising at least one operator's home location register node (formed by a home location register 210) and a plurality of user terminal nodes (each formed by a user terminal).
The method is performed by a Home Location Register (HLR) 210 in a Home Location Register node in the blockchain network system, and after the HLR 210 receives a call forwarding request sent by an operator network side, the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number are inquired in the blockchain network system.
All user terminal nodes in the block chain network system can receive a request for inquiring a first mobile phone number and a second mobile phone number, and after receiving the request, the user terminal nodes judge whether the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number are related to the user terminal. That is, the user terminal determines whether the first mobile phone number is a mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal, and determines whether the second mobile phone number is a mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal. When the first mobile phone number is a mobile phone number corresponding to a user terminal, the user terminal is the first user terminal; and when the second mobile phone number is the mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal, the user terminal is the second user terminal.
It should be noted that the first user terminal and the second user terminal are both user terminal nodes in the block chain network system.
After receiving the request for inquiring the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number, the first user terminal firstly confirms whether the call forwarding request is set by the first user terminal and generates corresponding judgment result information. And after the judgment result information is generated, the first user terminal broadcasts the judgment result information to the block chain network system. When the call forwarding request is set for the first user terminal, the determination result information may include information indicating that "the call forwarding is set as a local machine", a first mobile phone number, and a block chain identifier. When the call forwarding request is not set by the first user terminal, the determination result information may include information indicating "the call forwarding is not set locally", a first mobile phone number, and a block chain identifier.
And after the second user terminal receives the judgment result information broadcast by the first user terminal, verifying the judgment result information, generating response information about the call forwarding request by the second user terminal after the verification is passed, and broadcasting the response information to the block chain network system. Wherein the answer information may include information indicating agreement (or disagreement) with the call forwarding and identity information of the second user terminal.
In the reporting method provided by the invention, the call forwarding request is reported after the terminal holders of two corresponding parties (namely, the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number) of call forwarding are confirmed, but the call forwarding request is reported after the terminal holders of any party are confirmed unilaterally, so that malicious software or mobile phone viruses can be prevented from carrying out malicious forwarding on the number dialed to the mobile phone of the user.
It should be noted that, the operator network receives the reported information indicating whether the second user terminal agrees with call forwarding, and processes the call forwarding request. It should be noted that the call forwarding request is from a node of the blockchain network system.
In order to further ensure the security of the first user terminal and the security of the user dialing the first mobile phone number, preferably, the reporting method further includes a step of checking the current operation state of the second mobile phone number before step S130.
Correspondingly, the predetermined condition may further include that the current operation state of the second handset number is normal.
Preferably, the reporting method may further include, after step S130:
in step S140, the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number and the call forwarding request are sent to the first user terminal.
After the first user terminal receives the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number and the call forwarding request, the holder of the first user terminal further checks whether the call forwarding request is sent by the first user terminal, if so, information confirmation is replied to set the second mobile phone number as the call forwarding number of the first mobile phone number; if not, the local computer is determined to be invaded by a hacker, and local antivirus can be executed.
In the present invention, there is no special requirement for the content included in the current operating status of the second handset number, and preferably, the current operating status of the second handset number includes at least one of whether the second handset number is an empty number, whether the second handset number is stopped, and whether the second handset number is a malicious phone.
The normal current operation state of the second mobile phone number may refer to a state that at least one of the three conditions that the second mobile phone number is not a null number, the second mobile phone number is not stopped, and the second mobile phone number is not a malicious phone is satisfied.
In order to obtain the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number, preferably, the blockchain network system further includes a client information management node, where the client information management node is configured to, after receiving information for querying a first mobile phone number and a second mobile phone number, query the second mobile phone number, generate the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number, and send the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number, and the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number includes at least one of whether the second mobile phone number is an empty number, whether the second mobile phone number is down, and whether the second mobile phone number is a malicious phone.

When the query result indicates that the second mobile phone number is not stopped, is not a blank number, and is not a malicious phone, as a preferred embodiment, the query result and the confirmation information may be combined into a final confirmation information, and the final confirmation information is sent to the first user terminal, where the format of the final confirmation information may be "you set a call transfer to a number that is not stopped, is not a blank number, is a malicious phone, and so on.

The following describes how the block chain network system performs the above method provided by the present invention, taking the home location register node with the first mobile phone number of 186xxxxxx and the second mobile phone number of 139 xxxxxxxx as an example, where one of the home location register nodes is connected.
After the connected home location register receives a call forwarding setting request of a first mobile phone number user sent by a block chain network system, the connected home location register firstly sends a broadcast message of a query request to the block chain network, and the specific content of the broadcast message is as follows: the broadcast information is broadcasted after being signed by a private key of a communicated home location register;

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A method for reporting a call forwarding number based on a blockchain network system, the blockchain network system comprising a plurality of user terminal nodes and at least one operator's home location register node, the method comprising:
after receiving a call forwarding request for setting the call forwarding of the first mobile phone number to the second mobile phone number, the home location register inquires the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number in the block chain network system;
after receiving a request for inquiring the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number, the first user terminal confirms whether the call forwarding request is set by the first user terminal, generates corresponding judgment result information, and broadcasts the judgment result information to the block chain network system;
after receiving the judgment result information broadcast by the first user terminal, the second user terminal verifies the judgment result information, generates response information about the call forwarding request after the verification is passed, and broadcasts the response information to the block chain network system;
after receiving response information sent by a second user terminal corresponding to the second mobile phone number, the home location register verifies the response information, wherein the response information comprises information on whether call forwarding is agreed and identity information of the second user terminal;
and when meeting a preset condition, the home location register reports the information whether the second user terminal agrees to call forwarding to the operator network, wherein the preset condition comprises that the response information passes verification.
2. A reporting method according to claim 1, further comprising a step of checking a current operation state of the second handset number before the step of reporting information on whether the second user terminal agrees with call forwarding to an operator server;
the preset condition also comprises that the current operation state of the second mobile phone number is normal.
3. The reporting method of claim 2, wherein the blockchain network system further comprises a customer information management node, and the customer information management node is configured to, after receiving information for querying a first mobile phone number and a second mobile phone number, query the second mobile phone number, generate current operation state information of the second mobile phone number, and send the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number, where the current operation state information of the second mobile phone number includes at least one of whether the second mobile phone number is a blank number, whether the second mobile phone number is down, and whether the second mobile phone number is a malicious phone;
the step of checking the current operation state of the second handset number comprises: and determining the current operation state of the second mobile phone number according to the received current operation state information of the second mobile phone number.
4. A reporting method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the identity information of the second user terminal includes information generated by the second user terminal after private key signature is performed on the block chain identifier and the public key of the second user terminal, and the private key signature is verified when the response information is verified.
5. A blockchain network system of a plurality of user terminal nodes and a home location register node of at least one operator, the home location register comprising:
the first broadcasting module is used for broadcasting an inquiry request for inquiring the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number in the block chain network system after receiving a call forwarding request for setting the call forwarding of the first mobile phone number to the second mobile phone number; the user terminal with the corresponding mobile phone number as the first mobile phone number is a first user terminal; the user terminal with the corresponding mobile phone number as the second mobile phone number is the second user terminal;
the predetermined condition judging module judges whether a predetermined condition is met, the predetermined condition comprises that response information sent by the second user terminal passes verification, and the response information comprises information whether call forwarding is agreed and identity information of the second user terminal;
a reporting module, configured to report, to an operator network, information on whether the second user terminal agrees to call forwarding when a predetermined condition is met, where the predetermined condition includes that the response information passes verification;
the user terminal comprises a query confirmation module, a result generation module and a second broadcast module, wherein the query confirmation module is used for judging whether any one of a first mobile phone number and a second mobile phone number is a mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal or not after receiving a request for querying the first mobile phone number and the second mobile phone number;
the query confirmation module is further configured to, when the mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal is the first mobile phone number, determine whether a call forwarding request for forwarding a call of the first mobile phone number to a second mobile phone number is sent by the user terminal including the query confirmation module, and generate corresponding determination result information, where the second broadcast module is configured to broadcast the determination result information to the blockchain network system;
the query confirming module is further configured to verify received judgment result information sent by the first user terminal when the mobile phone number corresponding to the user terminal is a second mobile phone number, the result generating module is further configured to generate information on whether call forwarding is agreed according to an instruction input from the outside of the user terminal when the verification is passed, and generate response information by using the generated information on whether call forwarding is agreed and the identity information of the user terminal, and the second broadcasting module is configured to broadcast the response information to the block chain network system.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the home location register further comprises an operation status checking module, the operation status checking module is configured to check a current operation status of the second handset number;
the preset condition also comprises that the current operation state of the second mobile phone number is normal.
7. The blockchain network system of claim 6, wherein the operation status checking module is configured to determine a current operation status of the second mobile phone number according to current operation status information of the second mobile phone number sent by a customer information management node, and the current operation status information of the second mobile phone number includes at least one of whether the second mobile phone number is a null number, whether the second mobile phone number is down, and whether the second mobile phone number is a malicious phone.
8. A blockchain network system according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the identity information of the second user terminal includes information generated after the second user terminal performs private key signature on the blockchain identifier and the public key of the second user terminal, and the predetermined condition determining module is configured to verify the private key signature of the second user terminal.
