The first adapter circuit board 61 is electrically connected to the air supply device 42, so that the main circuit board 63 provides power support for the air supply device 42. The second adapter circuit board 62 is provided with a detection circuit and a charging circuit, the charging circuit can be electrically connected to the charging interface of the remote controller 41 located in the first receiving cavity 351, and when the detection circuit detects that the bracket 30 is located at the receiving position 171 and the remote controller 41 is located in the first receiving cavity 351, the charging circuit can charge the remote controller 41. In this embodiment, when the cradle 30 is located at the receiving position 171 and the remote controller 41 is located in the first receiving cavity 351, a first control signal is triggered, and the set top box 100 responds according to the first control signal, for example, the response includes charging the remote controller 41, displaying a reminder, and the like.

When the set-top box 100 is in an operating state, the first casing 10 is opened relative to the second casing 20, the heat dissipation holes 161 on the first wall 16 are exposed outwards, and the air flow in the set-top box 100 is accelerated under the driving of the air supply device 42, so that the heat dissipation effect is good.
The set-top box 100 further comprises a trigger mechanism 64, and the trigger mechanism 64 is accommodated in the internal installation space of the set-top box 100. When the bracket 30 is located at the receiving position 171, the remote controller 41 located in the first receiving cavity 351 activates the trigger mechanism 64 to send a first control signal. In this embodiment, the triggering mechanism 64 includes a first triggering piece 641 and a second triggering piece 642, and the first triggering piece 641 and the second triggering piece 642 are disposed on the main circuit board 63, and it can be understood that the first triggering piece 641 and the second triggering piece 642 are both made of conductive metal material, such as copper or copper alloy. One end of the first trigger piece 641 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 63, and the other end of the first trigger piece 641 is suspended in the air; one end portion of the second trigger piece 642 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 63, the other end portion of the second trigger piece 642 is suspended in the air, the first trigger piece 641 of the portion suspended in the air partially overlaps the second trigger piece 642 of the portion suspended in the air, and the first trigger piece 641 is located on the second trigger piece 642. When the remote controller 41 is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 351 and the tray 30 enters the accommodating position 171 from the insertion opening 111, the remote controller 41 collides the first trigger piece 641 and the second trigger piece 642 to trigger the first control signal, which is used for marking that the remote controller 41 is located in the first accommodating cavity 351 and the tray 30 is located in the accommodating position 171. When the holder 30 is pulled out of the receiving position 171 and the remote controller 41 is pulled out of the first mounting space 17, the first trigger piece 641 and the second trigger piece 642 are separated to trigger a second control signal for marking that the remote controller 41 has been pulled out of the first mounting space 17.
In this embodiment, when the remote controller 41 is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 351 and the bracket 30 is located at the accommodating position 171, the detection circuit detects the first control signal, so that the charging circuit charges the remote controller 41. In other embodiments, the second adapter circuit board 62 is also electrically connected to a reminder circuit, for example, the reminder circuit includes an LED light. When the detection circuit detects the first control signal, the LED lamp of the reminding circuit emits light for display, and when the detection circuit detects the second control signal, the LED lamp of the reminding circuit does not emit light for display.
The first housing 10 is movably mounted to the second housing 20. The set-top box 100 further includes one or more guide mechanisms received in the internal installation space, the guide mechanisms moving the first casing 10 linearly with respect to the second casing 20. The guide mechanism comprises a cylinder 71 and a guide post 72, the cylinder 71 is provided with a guide hole 711, and the first shell 10 and the second shell 20 move up and down under the guide action between the guide post 72 and the guide hole 711. For example, the cylinder 71 is disposed at the bottom of the first installation space 17, that is, the cylinder 71 is disposed at the side of the top plate 15 facing the bottom plate 25, and the guide hole 711 is disposed facing the bottom plate 25. The guide post 72 is disposed at the bottom of the second installation space 27, that is, the guide post 72 is disposed at the side of the bottom plate 25 facing the top plate 15, and the guide post 72 is disposed facing the top plate 15. One or more of the guide posts 72 and one or more of the guide holes 711 are in one-to-one corresponding sliding fit, and a guide direction of the sliding fit between the guide posts 72 and the guide holes 711 is a moving direction of the first housing 10 relative to the second housing 20. Optionally, the set-top box 100 includes four guiding mechanisms, wherein four guiding posts 72 are respectively located at four corners of the bottom of the second installation space 27, and correspondingly, four cylinders 71 are respectively located at four corners of the bottom of the first installation space 17.
Further, the set-top box 100 further comprises a push-away elastic member. The push-away elastic member is arranged between the first casing 10 and the second casing 20, and the first casing 10 can move up relative to the second casing 20 under the action of the push-away elastic member. For example, the push-away elastic member is a push-away spring 73, the push-away spring 73 is sleeved outside the cylinder 71, the push-away spring 73 is located between the top plate 15 and the bottom plate 25, when the first housing 10 moves and descends to the second preset position relative to the second housing 20, the push-away spring 73 is deformed under pressure, and the push-away spring 73 provides an elastic force to move and ascend the first housing 10 to the first preset position relative to the second housing 20.
In this embodiment, the set-top box 100 further comprises one or more second locking mechanisms 80, and when the first housing 10 is moved relative to the second housing 20 and lowered to the second predetermined position, the second locking mechanisms 80 lock and fix the first housing 10 and the second housing 20. It is understood that the second locking mechanism 80 can also unlock and release the first housing 10 and the second housing 20, so that the first housing 10 is moved open relative to the second housing 20.
For example, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 10, the second locking mechanism 80 includes a lock cylinder 81, a mounting seat 82, a base block 83 and two locking blocks 84. One end of the lock cylinder 81 is fixedly installed on the top plate 15, the other end of the lock cylinder 81 extends toward one side of the bottom plate 25, and a protrusion 811 is convexly arranged on the side surface of the end of the lock cylinder 81 facing one side of the bottom plate 25.
The mounting seat 82 is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 25, a locking cavity 821 is formed in one end face, facing the top plate 15, of the mounting seat 82, and the locking cavity 821 corresponds to the locking column 81 in position. The base block 83 is accommodated in the locking cavity 821, the bottom of the base block 83 faces the bottom of the locking cavity 821, the top of the base block 83 faces the top plate 15, the two ends of the top of the base block 83 are respectively and elastically connected with the locking blocks 84, the two locking blocks 84 are elastically scattered in a V shape, an opening formed by the two locking blocks 84 faces one side of the top plate 15 and corresponds to the locking column 81 in a positive phase manner, namely, the top of the base block 83 corresponds to the locking column 81 in a positive phase manner.
The base block 83 is arranged in the locking cavity 821 in a lifting and moving manner, when the base block 83 moves upwards towards one side of the top plate 15 and the two locking blocks 84 are positioned outside the opening of the locking cavity 821, the two locking blocks 84 are elastically dispersed in a V shape, and when the base block 83 moves downwards towards the bottom of the locking cavity 821, the two locking blocks 84 are contracted and clamped under the limiting effect of the side wall of the locking cavity 821.
When the first housing 10 descends and moves to the second preset position relative to the second housing 20, the end of the locking column 81 abuts against the top of the base block 83, and the end of the locking column 81 is located between the two locking blocks 84, and during the descending and moving process, the locking column 81 pushes the base block 83 to move towards one side of the bottom of the locking cavity 821, so that the two locking blocks 84 contract and clamp, and the two locking blocks 84 clamp the end of the locking column 81 together. In this embodiment, the locking block 84 is hook-shaped, and the two locking blocks 84 are disposed opposite to each other, and the two locking blocks 84 hook the protrusion 811 on the end of the locking column 81, so as to enhance the locking performance.
In this embodiment, the second locking mechanism 80 further includes an ejector 85, and the ejector 85 is used to push the base block 83 to move toward the side of the top plate 15, even though the ejector 85 is used to move the base block 83 away from the side of the bottom of the locking cavity 821. For example, the ejection member 85 is an electromagnetic driving member, such as a solenoid valve or the like. When the electromagnetic valve is powered on, the movable iron core of the electromagnetic valve pushes the base block 83 to rise, so that the two locking blocks 84 are located outside the opening of the locking cavity 821, the two locking blocks 84 are elastically scattered in a V shape, and the locking column 81 is unlocked and released.
Optionally, the set-top box 100 includes a plurality of the second locking mechanisms 80, and the plurality of the second locking mechanisms are used for locking and fixing the first casing 10 relative to the second casing 20, for example, the set-top box 100 includes two of the second locking mechanisms 80, and both of the two locking mechanisms are accommodated in the internal installation space of the set-top box 100.
Further, referring to fig. 3, 4, 9 and 10, the set-top box 100 further includes one or more damping mechanisms 90, wherein the damping mechanisms 90 are used for moving the first casing 10 with respect to the second casing 20 at a constant speed and slowly. For example, the damping mechanism 90 includes a rack 91, a rotating gear 92 and a fixing seat 93, the rack 91 is a linear structure, one end of the rack 91 is fixedly installed on the top plate 15, and the other end of the rack 91 extends toward one side of the bottom plate 25. The fixed seat 93 is fixedly installed on the bottom plate 25, the rotating gear 92 is rotatably installed on the fixed seat 93, wherein the rotating gear 92 is engaged with the rack 91, when the first housing 10 moves relative to the second housing 20, the rotating gear 92 is engaged with the rack 91, the rotating gear 92 equivalently moves on the rack 91, and the engagement between the rotating gear 92 and the rack 91 is used for providing a damping force, so that the first housing 10 moves uniformly and slowly relative to the second housing 20.
In this embodiment, the fixing seat 93 is provided with one or more fork openings 931, the damping mechanism 90 further includes one or more fixing posts 94, and the one or more fixing posts 94 are fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 25 and are located in the one or more fork openings 931 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The fixing post 94 is used for supporting and fixing the fixing seat 93.
Optionally, the set-top box 100 includes two damping mechanisms 90, and both damping mechanisms 90 are accommodated in the internal installation space of the set-top box 100.
In summary, the technical solution of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following advantages:
1. the first casing 10 is movable to be raised with respect to the second casing 20 such that the first casing 10 is opened with respect to the second casing 20 to increase the internal installation space, thereby facilitating heat dissipation.
2. Under the action of the bracket 30, the air supply device 42 can be conveniently moved into the internal installation space or moved out of the internal installation space, so that the maintenance of the air supply device 42 is convenient, and the complexity of a heat dissipation structure is reduced.
3. The first casing 10 and the second casing 20 enclose an internal installation space of the set-top box 100, the internal installation space includes the accommodating position 171, and under the action of the bracket 30, the remote controller 41 for controlling the set-top box 100 can move into the internal installation space or move out of the internal installation space, so that the internal space of the set-top box 100 is fully utilized, and the purpose of conveniently storing the remote controller 41 is achieved.

Claims (8)
1. A set top box, comprising:
a first housing;
the first shell is movably arranged on the second shell, the first shell and the second shell enclose an internal installation space of the set-top box, when the first shell moves to rise to a first preset position relative to the second shell, the set-top box is in a working state, and when the first shell moves to fall to a second preset position relative to the second shell, the set-top box is in a standby state or a power-off state,
the internal installation space comprises a first installation space;
the first shell comprises a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall, a fourth side wall and a top plate, the top plate is positioned on one side of the second shell, the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are convexly arranged on one side surface of the top plate facing the second shell, the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are sequentially connected end to form a first enclosing wall, and the top plate and the first enclosing wall enclose to form a first installation space,
one or more through heat dissipation holes are formed in the first surrounding wall.
2. The set top box of claim 1, wherein the internal installation space further comprises a second installation space; the second casing includes fifth lateral wall, sixth lateral wall, seventh lateral wall, eighth lateral wall and bottom plate, the bottom plate orientation the protruding fifth lateral wall that is equipped with of a side of roof the sixth lateral wall the seventh lateral wall with the eighth lateral wall, the fifth lateral wall the sixth lateral wall the seventh lateral wall with eighth lateral wall end to end connects gradually and forms the second enclosure wall, the bottom plate with the second enclosure wall encloses to close and forms the second installation space, first enclosure wall can hold in the second installation space.
3. The set top box of claim 2, wherein when the first housing is moved up to the first predetermined position relative to the second housing, the first wall partially overlaps the second wall, and one or more of the heat dissipation holes are exposed; when the first housing moves relative to the second housing and descends to the second preset position, the first surrounding wall overlaps the second surrounding wall, and the first surrounding wall is accommodated in the second installation space.
4. The set-top box of claim 1, further comprising an air supply device, wherein the air supply device is accommodated in the first installation space.
5. The set top box of claim 2, further comprising a main circuit board and a first patching circuit board, the main circuit board being electrically connected with the first patching circuit board; the first switching circuit board is contained in the first installation space, and the main circuit board is contained in the second installation space.
6. The set-top box of claim 5, wherein the first riser circuit board is mounted to the top panel with a panel surface of the first riser circuit board facing the first peripheral wall; the main circuit board is installed in the bottom plate, just the face orientation of main circuit board the bottom plate.
7. The set-top box of claim 5, further comprising an air supply device, wherein the air supply device is accommodated in the first installation space, and the air supply device is electrically connected to the first switching circuit board.
8. The set top box of claim 1 wherein the extreme position of the first housing moving up relative to the second housing is the first predetermined position and the extreme position of the first housing moving down relative to the second housing is the second predetermined position.
