step 102, judging whether at least one trigger condition included in the at least one active dialog trigger rule in the active dialog trigger set corresponding to the user identity is satisfied, and determining whether to initiate an active dialog based on a judgment result;
103, if the active dialogue is determined to be initiated, generating a first voice and initiating the dialogue;
the step 102 specifically includes: judging whether at least one trigger condition included by the at least one active dialogue trigger rule in the active dialogue trigger set corresponding to the user identity is met, if all the at least one trigger condition is met, further judging whether the number of times of initiating active dialogue in a preset time length is greater than a preset threshold value, and if the number of times of initiating active dialogue is greater than the preset threshold value, determining not to initiate active dialogue; if the value is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining to initiate active dialogue; determining not to initiate an active dialog if one or more of the at least one trigger condition is not satisfied.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the active dialog trigger rule further includes an active dialog topic, and the first speech is generated and a dialog is initiated in step 103, specifically, the first speech is generated according to the active dialog topic included in the active dialog trigger rule, and the first speech is broadcasted to the user.

the active dialogue unit is used for generating a first voice and initiating a dialogue when the determination result of the active dialogue judging unit is that the active dialogue is initiated;
the active dialog judging unit is configured to judge whether at least one trigger condition included in the at least one active dialog trigger rule in the active dialog trigger set corresponding to the user identity is satisfied, if all the at least one trigger condition is satisfied, further judge whether the number of times of initiating an active dialog within a preset time duration is greater than a preset threshold, and if the number of times of initiating the active dialog is greater than the preset threshold, determine not to initiate the active dialog; if the value is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining to initiate active dialogue; determining not to initiate an active dialog if one or more of the at least one trigger condition is not satisfied.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the active dialog trigger rule further comprises an active dialog topic, and wherein the active dialog unit is further configured to generate a first voice according to the active dialog topic included in the active dialog trigger rule, and report the first voice to a user.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the active dialog triggering rule further comprises at least one slot, and wherein the active dialog unit is further configured to generate a first voice according to the active dialog topic and the at least one slot included in the active dialog triggering rule, and report the first voice to a user.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the at least one slot has a slot fill rule corresponding thereto, and/or wherein the at least one slot has a default value;
the active dialogue unit is used for filling the at least one slot according to a corresponding slot filling rule and generating a first voice according to an active dialogue theme included in the active dialogue trigger rule and the filled at least one slot; and/or generating a first voice according to the active dialogue theme and the default value of at least one slot position included in the active dialogue triggering rule.
