6. Medicament dispensing device according to claim 5, characterized in that the flip cover (33) closes the outlet (15), a rotation shaft (335) being provided at one side of the flip cover (33), the flip cover (33) being adapted to flip around the rotation shaft (335) to open the outlet (15).
7. Medicament dispensing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the dispensing box (10) is a rectangular box, inside which a support base (18) is provided, the support base (18) comprising two support tabs (180), the two support tabs (180) being arranged opposite each other.

Medicament dispensing device according to claim 7, characterized in that a space is provided between the two support tabs (180), each support tab (180) comprising a sloping tab (181) and a support tab (182), the sloping tab (181) being connected to the bottom of the dispensing box (10), the support tab (182) being connected to the bottom edge of the sloping tab (181).
9. Medicament dispensing device according to claim 8, characterized in that the distance between the inclined pieces (181) of the two support tabs (180) decreases gradually in a direction away from the ground, the two support pieces (182) being parallel to the ground and supported on the ground.
10. A method of using the medicament dispensing device of claim 9, comprising the steps of:
touching the touch screen (21) to select a drug;
the controller determines a supporting plate (18) corresponding to the medicine and controls the corresponding pushing piece to push the medicine down the supporting plate (18);
the medicine falls into the discharge cylinder (31) and enters the discharge port (15) under the guidance of the discharge cylinder (31); and flipping the flip cover (33) to remove the drug;
the charging step specifically comprises the following steps:
the scraping wheel column is clamped in the clamping transverse groove of the accommodating body so as to pull the winding belt to extend out and stretch to shield the mobile phone placing grooves, and the charging cables respectively penetrate into the mobile phone placing grooves and are inserted into the mobile phones to charge;
pulling out the plurality of charging cables, and shrinking the scraping assembly;
the mobile phone is placed in the mobile phone placing groove or is longitudinally inserted into two clamping grooves of the mobile phone placing groove, a charging cable extends into the longitudinal groove from the lower side of the accommodating body, the overturning cover plate is covered on the accommodating body, so that the charging cable is propped between the bottom surface of the longitudinal groove and the cover plate part of the cover plate, the end part of the charging cable is inserted on the mobile phone, and the mobile phone is charged;
turning over the cover plate, opening the cover plate, pulling out the charging cable and taking out the mobile phone;
placing a plurality of charging cables side by side and bonding the charging cables together by using bonding layers of the charging cables, and implementing the bundling of the charging cables;
positioning the mobile phone in a mobile phone positioning groove of the cover body, so that a screen of the mobile phone faces a scraping wheel column, the scraping wheel column is separated from the clamping transverse groove and ascends under the driving of the winding column, and the scraping wheel column scrapes the screen of the mobile phone by using a rubber scraping layer on the peripheral surface; the top of the accommodating body is provided with a winding motor for winding the winding belt and driving the scraping wheel column to ascend so as to overcome the resistance of the mobile phone screen.
