Abstract
The invention provides a refractory fiber fixing device and a using method thereof, wherein the refractory fiber fixing device comprises: the base is vertically fixed on the furnace shell and comprises a first external thread section and a second external thread section which are coaxial, wherein the outer diameter of the first external thread section is larger than that of the second external thread section; the first pressing block and the second pressing block are sequentially arranged on the first external thread section and are respectively used for fixing the refractory fiber tiling blanket and the refractory fiber module; the guide rod is a cylindrical straight rod, one end part of the guide rod is provided with an internal threaded hole which is coaxial with the guide rod and matched with the second external threaded section, and the diameter of the guide rod is smaller than the outer diameter of the first external threaded section; and the socket wrench is provided with a through hole with the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the guide rod and used for installing the second pressing block. According to the refractory fiber fixing device and the application method thereof, the first pressing block is used for fixing the refractory fiber tiling blanket, so that sagging of the blanket is avoided; the installation efficiency of the refractory fiber module is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of integral furnace linings, in particular to a refractory fiber fixing device and a using method thereof.
Background
With the continuous innovation of heating furnaces and refractory materials, refractory fibers are often used for the inner lining of heating furnaces in recent years. By the furnace shell spreading a layer of refractory fiber tiling blanket earlier, the working layer is refractory fiber module, places the compensation blanket between every two rows of refractory fiber modules, and the refractory fiber module passes through anchor bolt and furnace shell to be fixed, appears following problem easily in actual installation:
when laying the refractory fiber tiling blanket, especially lay the top, under the action of gravity, the refractory fiber tiling blanket sags easily, causes to lay the unevenness, and refractory fiber module and stove outer covering can't combine closely.
When a single refractory fiber module is installed, due to the fact that the self volume of the module is larger, the diameter of the built-in PVC guide cylinder is smaller, whether the module is aligned with an anchor bolt and pushed in or not is difficult to observe and determine, and a nut cannot be aligned with the anchor bolt, so that the nut is not convenient to lock, and the installation efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a refractory fiber fixing device and a using method thereof, which are used for avoiding sagging of a refractory fiber tiled blanket and improving the installation efficiency of a refractory fiber module.

the base is vertically fixed on the furnace shell and comprises a first external thread section and a second external thread section which are coaxial, wherein the outer diameter of the first external thread section is larger than that of the second external thread section;
the first pressing block and the second pressing block are sequentially arranged on the first external thread section and are respectively used for fixing the refractory fiber tiling blanket and the refractory fiber module;
the guide rod is a cylindrical straight rod, one end part of the guide rod is provided with an internal threaded hole which is coaxial with the guide rod and matched with the second external threaded section, and the diameter of the guide rod is smaller than the outer diameter of the first external threaded section;
and the socket wrench is provided with a through hole with the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the guide rod and used for installing the second pressing block.
Further, the first pressing block is a circular gasket, and an internal thread through hole matched with the first external thread section is formed in the center of the first pressing block.
Further, the second press block is a nut matched with the first external thread section.
Further, the outer diameter of the first externally threaded section is at least 3mm greater than the outer diameter of the second externally threaded section and at least 1mm greater than the outer diameter of the guide rod.

f: threading the second press block through the guide rod using the socket wrench, tightening it onto the first externally threaded section;
g: and removing the guide rod.
The refractory fiber fixing device and the application method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1. the first pressing block is used for fixing the refractory fiber tiling blanket, so that sagging of the refractory fiber tiling blanket is avoided;
2. can dismantle the guide bar, be convenient for locate refractory fiber module cover on the base to, the locking second briquetting of being convenient for has improved the installation effectiveness of refractory fiber module.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
A refractory fiber fixing device, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprising:
the base 1 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the furnace shell 7 and comprises a first external thread section 101 and a second external thread section 102 which are coaxial, wherein the outer diameter of the first external thread section 101 is larger than that of the second external thread section 102;
the first pressing block 4 and the second pressing block 5 are sequentially arranged on the first external thread section 101 and are respectively used for fixing the refractory fiber tiling blanket 6 and the refractory fiber module 8;
a guide rod 2, a cylindrical straight rod, one end of which is provided with an internally threaded hole 201 coaxial therewith and matching with the second externally threaded section 102, the diameter of which is smaller than the external diameter of the first externally threaded section 101;
the socket wrench 3 is provided with a through hole 302 with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the guide rod 2, and a bayonet 301, wherein the shape of the bayonet 301 is the same as that of the second pressing block 5, and the socket wrench 3 is used for installing the second pressing block 5.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the first pressing block 4 is a circular gasket, an internal thread through hole matched with the first external thread section 101 is formed in the center of the circular gasket, the thickness of the gasket is thinner, a larger gap is not generated between the refractory fiber module 8 and the refractory fiber laying blanket 6, and in addition, the circular shape ensures that the circular gasket does not hook the refractory fiber laying blanket 6 in the rotating process.

In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the outer diameter of the first male thread section 101 is at least 3mm larger than the outer diameter of the second male thread section 102 and at least 1mm larger than the outer diameter of the guide rod 2. a: the base 1 is welded and fixed on the furnace shell 7:
(1) Positioning and paying off: drawing a longitudinal base 1 positioning line and a transverse base 1 positioning line on each furnace shell 7 by taking the center line of the burner of each furnace shell 7 (the furnace shell without the burner takes the center line of various process holes such as thermocouple holes) as a reference;
(2) Welding the base 1: the base 1 is welded with the intersection point of the longitudinal and transverse positioning lines as a reference, and the first thread section 101 is welded and fixed on the furnace shell 7. The base 1 must be secured perpendicular to the furnace shell 7. The backup plate can be manufactured, and when in welding, the base 1 is clamped in the groove of the backup plate, then the backup plate is stably placed on the furnace shell 7, the base 1 is aligned to the positioning point, the base 1 is firstly spot-welded on the furnace shell 7, and then the backup plate is taken off for welding.
B: the refractory fiber blanket 6 is paved on the furnace shell 7, and the base 1 is penetrated out of the refractory fiber blanket 6.
C: as shown in fig. 5, the first press block 4 is mounted on the first male screw section 101, and presses the refractory fiber blanket 6.
D: as shown in fig. 6, the guide rod 2 is connected to the base 1 by the second male screw section 102.
E: as shown in fig. 7, a refractory fiber module 8 with a corresponding position number is selected, and the cold surface of the refractory fiber module 8 is penetrated through the guide rod 2 by the PVC sleeve 801 to lean against the refractory fiber flat blanket 6, so that the module level is ensured.
F: as shown in fig. 8, the first press block 5 is mounted in the bayonet 301 of the socket wrench 3 and passes through the guide rod 2. The refractory fiber module 8 is adjusted to ensure that the refractory fiber module is horizontal and vertical, a wood board is required to be padded on the refractory fiber module 8 during adjustment, and the first pressing block 5 is fixed after the adjustment is in place.
G: the guide rod 2 is taken down, and the PVC sleeve 801 is taken out.
And (3) sequentially installing refractory fiber modules 8 according to the steps D-G.
In addition, in the vertical direction, an interlayer blanket 9 needs to be installed between each row of refractory fiber modules 8: as shown in fig. 9, when installing the refractory fiber module 8 above the interlayer blanket 9, the first thin insert plate 10 should be placed on the interlayer blanket 9 to facilitate the installation of the refractory fiber module 8 in place, and the first thin insert plate 10 should be pulled out after the refractory fiber module 8 is fixed.
After the entire row of refractory fiber modules 8 is installed, gaps between each refractory fiber module 8 are inspected. The seam-adjusting fiber blanket 11 is to be stuffed in the part with the oversized seam. As shown in fig. 10, the slit fabric blanket 11 is sandwiched between two second thin insertion plates 12, and is plugged together into the slit, and then the second thin insertion plates 12 are pulled out.
After the whole refractory fiber module 8 is installed, all gaps are uniform through detection, the wrapping tape and the clamping plate can be removed when the sizes of the gaps meet the requirements, the surface of the refractory fiber module 8 is tapped to enable the refractory fiber module 8 to fully rebound and squeeze, and then other surfaces are installed.
When the furnace top interlayer blanket 9 is constructed, as shown in fig. 11, the interlayer blanket 9 is fixed on the refractory fiber module 8 by U-shaped forks 13 at intervals of 200mm, the fork openings of the U-shaped forks 13 are horizontal, and the tail end lifting angle is larger than 15 degrees.
