During the shrinkage process of the support rod 2, when the limit boss 24 is shrunk to be propped against the support seat 1, the support rod 2 is shrunk in place, and the shrinkage is stopped.
Therefore, the support rod 2 can be prevented from being fully inserted into the support seat 1 in the shrinkage process, the next use is affected, and the support rod 2 can be ensured to stretch repeatedly normally.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the hand-hold end 25 is provided with an abutting portion 251, and the abutting portion 251 is in a groove structure or a protruding structure, and is suitable for abutting against the panel 4 or the middle frame 5 to fix the support assembly.
When the support base 1 is provided on the panel 4, the abutting portion 251 abuts against the middle frame 5, and when the support base 1 is provided on the middle frame 5, the abutting portion 251 abuts against the panel 4, and the support assembly is fixed by the abutting action of the two. Taking the abutting portion 251 and the middle frame 5 as an example, when the abutting portion 251 is in a groove structure, an adaptive protrusion structure is arranged at a corresponding position on the middle frame 5, and when the abutting portion 251 is in a protrusion structure, an adaptive groove structure is arranged at a corresponding position on the middle frame 5.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the support assembly further includes a fixing base 3, where the fixing base 3 is disposed on the panel 4 or the middle frame 5, and the support base 1 and the fixing base 3 form a rotational connection through the cooperation of the rotation shaft 34 and the rotation shaft hole 14.
The support base 1 is not directly connected with the panel 4 or the middle frame 5, but is indirectly connected with the panel 4 or the middle frame 5 through the fixing base 3. The fixed seat 3 can be arranged on the panel 4, at the moment, one end of the supporting seat 1 is rotationally connected with the fixed seat 3, and the supporting rod 2 extends or contracts from the other end of the supporting seat 1 and is abutted with the middle frame 5 when extending; the fixing seat 3 may also be disposed on the middle frame 5, and the support rod 2 abuts against the panel 4 when extending from the other end of the support seat 1. However, no matter the fixing base 3 is arranged on the panel 4 or the middle frame 5, the fixing base 3 and the panel 4 or the middle frame 5 are integrally formed. For example, when the panel 4 cannot be provided with the fixing seat 3 due to other structures, the fixing seat 3 may be selectively provided on the middle frame 5; similarly, when the fixing base 3 is inconvenient to set on the middle frame 5, the fixing base 3 can be set on the panel 4. The supporting seat 1 and the fixed seat 3 are in rotary connection through the matching of the rotary shaft 34 and the rotary shaft hole 14, that is, when the rotary shaft 34 is arranged on the fixed seat 3, the rotary shaft hole 14 is arranged on the supporting seat 1; or when the fixed seat 3 is provided with the rotating shaft hole 14, the supporting seat 1 is provided with the rotating shaft 34.
In this way, the fixing seat 3 strengthens the structural strength of the joint of the supporting seat 1 and the panel 4 or the middle frame 5, and further ensures the stability of the supporting component when supporting the panel 4; and the setting position of fixing base 3 can be selected according to the actual structure of air conditioner panel 4 and middle frame 5, has enlarged the application range of supporting component, has further improved supporting component's commonality.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1,3 and 4, the rotating shaft 34 is disposed on the fixing base 3, the rotating shaft hole 14 is disposed on the supporting base 1, the notch 15 is formed at the position of the rotating shaft hole 14, and the supporting base 1 is clamped onto the rotating shaft 34 from the notch 15.
In this embodiment, taking the example that the rotating shaft 34 is disposed on the fixing seat 3 and the rotating shaft hole 14 is disposed on the supporting seat 1, the end portion of the rotating shaft hole 14 on the supporting seat 1 is provided with the notch 15, and the notch 15 is trapezoidal and has a big end and a small end, the small end of the notch 15 is connected with the rotating shaft hole 14, the rotating shaft 34 is clamped into the rotating shaft hole 34 from the big end of the notch 15, and the rotating shaft 34 can rotate in the rotating shaft hole 14.
Therefore, the notch 15 not only can realize the clamping connection between the supporting seat 1 and the rotating shaft 34, but also increases the elasticity of the end of the rotating shaft hole 14 on the supporting seat 1, so that the supporting seat 1 is conveniently clamped on the rotating shaft 34.
Optionally, the outer surface of the support seat 1 at one end of the rotation shaft hole 14 is provided with a corrugated structure.
The corrugated structure may be a texture structure formed by providing a plurality of grooves on the supporting seat 1, or a texture structure formed by providing a plurality of protrusions on the supporting seat 1.
In this way, the toughness of the end of the support seat 1 provided with the rotating shaft hole 14 can be increased, the support seat 1 is prevented from being broken or damaged in the deformation process of being clamped to the rotating shaft 34, and the use quality of the support assembly is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the fixing base 3 is provided with a receiving slot 31, and the supporting base 1 is received in the receiving slot 31.
The embodiment is exemplified by the fixing base 3 being disposed on the panel 4. The notch of the storage groove 31 faces to one side away from the panel 4, after the support assembly is used, the support rod 2 is retracted into the support seat 1, then the support seat 1 rotates around the rotating shaft 34 and rotates into the storage groove 31, so that the support seat 1 is stored.
Thus, when the panel 4 is opened, the supporting seat 1 can be prevented from swinging back and forth around the rotating shaft 34 to strike the head of a maintenance person, and the safety of the supporting assembly in the use process is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, an opening 32 through which the free end of the support member protrudes is formed at one side of the receiving groove 31.
The opening 32 is located at an end far from the fixing base 3 and rotatably connected with the supporting base 1, and when the supporting assembly is not used, one part of the supporting base 1 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 31, and the other part extends out of the opening 32. The groove width of the accommodating groove 31 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the supporting seat 1 so as to perform the accommodating function. When the supporting seat 1 is completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 31, there is a problem that the operation space is small and the taking out is inconvenient when the supporting seat 1 is taken out. Based on this, the length of the receiving groove 31 is set to be smaller than the length of the supporting seat 1, and an opening 32 is provided at one end of the receiving groove 31 far from the fixing seat 3 and rotationally connected to the supporting seat 1, so that a part of the supporting seat 1 protrudes from the opening 32.
Thus, the support seat 1 is conveniently taken out from the storage groove 31 in a rotating way by a maintenance person outside the storage groove 31, the operation space is larger, and the support seat 1 is more convenient to take out.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, a fastening structure 33 is disposed on the panel 4 or the middle frame 5 near the fixing base 3, and the fastening structure 33 includes clamping plates 332 located on two sides of the supporting seat 1, and is suitable for being clamped with the supporting seat 1.
The fastening structure 33 is disposed on a side of the receiving slot 31 where the opening 32 is located, the fastening structure 33 is two opposite clamping plates 332 and located on two sides of the supporting seat 1, the fastening structure 33 is provided with a clamping slot 331, and the clamping slot 331 is surrounded by the panel 4 or the middle frame 5 and the two clamping plates 332. When the fixing seat 3 is disposed on the panel 4, the fastening structure 33 is disposed on the panel 4, and the fastening slot 331 is defined by the panel 4 and the two clamping plates 332; when the fixing seat 3 is disposed on the middle frame 5, the fastening structure 33 is disposed on the middle frame 5, and the fastening slot 331 is defined by the middle frame 5 and the two clamping plates 332. When the support base 1 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 31, the protruding portion is engaged in the engagement groove 331.
Therefore, the support seat 1 can be further clamped and fixed, and the firmness of the support seat 1 during storage is ensured.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the fixing base 3 is further provided with reinforcing ribs 35, and the reinforcing ribs 35 are located at two sides of the length direction of the fixing base 3.
The reinforcing rib 35 may be a rib plate or rib bar, which can play a role in reinforcing, in this embodiment, the reinforcing rib 35 is a triangular rib plate, and two vertical edges of the reinforcing rib 35 are respectively connected with the fixing seat 3 and the panel 4.
Like this, the setting of strengthening rib 35 has not only strengthened the structural strength of fixing base 3, has also strengthened the structural strength of panel 4 in fixing base 3 department simultaneously, prevents that panel 4 or fixing base 3 from taking place deformation at support panel 4 in-process, the effectual reliability of guaranteeing the supporting component when supporting panel 4.
The embodiment also provides an air conditioner to solve the problem that the length of the existing support rod is fixed, and the universality between different machine types cannot be well realized.
The air conditioner in this embodiment is provided with the adjustable supporting component of length between panel 4 and center 5, and supporting component includes supporting seat 1 and bracing piece 2, and bracing piece 2 overlap joint is on supporting seat 1, is suitable for supporting panel 4 when panel 4 opens, and is provided with location structure between supporting seat 1 and the bracing piece 2, and fixed through location structure, but overlap joint goes out two at least length regulation between supporting seat 1 and the bracing piece 2. Therefore, the length of the supporting component can be adjusted through the lap joint between the supporting rod 2 and the supporting seat 1 and the matching action of the positioning structure, and the operation is simple and convenient; moreover, for different models, the proper panel opening angle can be selected by adjusting the length of the supporting component, and for the same model, the extending length of the supporting rod 2 can be adjusted according to actual needs so as to select different panel opening angles and operation spaces, so that the application range of the supporting component is wider, and the universality is strong.

Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. The length-adjustable supporting component is arranged between a panel (4) and a middle frame (5) of the air conditioner and is characterized by comprising a supporting seat (1) and a supporting rod (2), wherein the supporting rod (2) is lapped on the supporting seat (1) and is suitable for supporting the panel (4) when the panel (4) is opened, a positioning structure is arranged between the supporting seat (1) and the supporting rod (2), and the supporting component is fixed through the positioning structure and can be lapped for at least two adjusting lengths;
the positioning structure comprises a positioning hole (12) arranged on the supporting seat (1) and a positioning protrusion (21) arranged on the supporting rod (2), wherein the positioning hole (12) is matched with the positioning protrusion (21) and is suitable for fixing the supporting rod (2) in the supporting seat (1);
A guide rib (22) is arranged on the support rod (2) along the axial direction, a guide groove (13) is arranged on the support seat (1), and the guide rib (22) is matched with the guide groove (13) and is suitable for guiding the support rod (2) to stretch;
The positioning bulge (21) is arranged on the guide rib (22), the support rod (2) is also provided with a yielding groove (23), and the yielding groove (23) is positioned at one side of the guide rib (22) facing the axis of the support rod (2) and at the arrangement position of the positioning bulge (21);
