Abstract
The invention provides a branch pipe fixing device for a floor heating coil, which comprises a first assembling surface and a second assembling surface, wherein a plurality of coil pipes channels communicated from the first assembling surface to the second assembling surface are formed in the fixing device, each coil pipe channel comprises a coil pipe inlet formed on the first assembling surface and a coil pipe outlet formed on the second assembling surface, and the plurality of coil pipes channels horizontally extend in the fixing device according to different depths and then keep the same bending angle to vertically extend, so that two groups of corresponding coil pipe outlets are formed on the second assembling surface, the branch pipe fixing device realizes the consistent bending angles of the floor heating coils entering the fixing device and extends out of the coil pipe outlets in two groups while realizing the rapid installation and the fixation of the floor heating coils in a narrow space, and solves the technical problems caused by the overlarge or overlong bending angle of the coil pipes in the prior art, protect the pipeline from damage and prolong the service life of the coil.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the floor heating coil pipe-dividing fixing device according to the invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the structure of a covering part in the pipe dividing fixing device of the floor heating coil pipe shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 5, the arc-shaped covering member 30 has a fourth arc-shaped surface 31 matching with the third arc-shaped surface 22, and a surface arc surface 200, the surface arc surface 200 is opposite to the fourth arc-shaped surface 31 and is recessed toward the fourth arc-shaped surface 31, four second coil sub-channels 23 consistent with those on the third arc-shaped surface 22 are formed on the fourth arc-shaped surface 31, and a second coil half-groove 32 is formed at the bottom of the covering member 30. During actual installation, when the expansion bolt 41 connects the covering member 30, the intermediate member 20 and the wall member 10, the second arc-shaped surface 21 is closely attached to the first arc-shaped surface 11, and the third arc-shaped surface 22 is closely attached to the fourth arc-shaped surface 31, so that the second arc-shaped surface 21 is in butt joint with the first coil pipe branch 12 on the first arc-shaped surface 11, and is in butt joint with the first coil pipe notch 24 at the bottom of the intermediate member 20 and the second coil pipe half-groove 32 on the covering member 30 to form a first coil pipe channel, and correspondingly, the third arc-shaped surface 22 is in butt joint with the second coil pipe branch 23 on the fourth arc-shaped surface 31, and is in butt joint with the second coil pipe notch 25 at the bottom of the intermediate member 20 and the first coil pipe half-groove 13 on the wall member 10 to form a second coil pipe.
