Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能围墙灯,包括底座,底座上安装有立柱,立柱上方设置固定座,在固定座上设置有灯罩,灯罩内设置有LED灯板,底座上设置有光伏电池板,在底座内部还设置有控制电路板和蓄电池,光伏电池板与控制电路板连接,控制电路板与蓄电池连接,蓄电池与LED灯板连接。本发明由于将光伏电池板放置于底座上,不需要把光伏电池板与灯本体分开放置,不会增加额外成本,也不需要把灯罩顶部削平,因此也不影响美观,操作简单、方便。

本发明涉及一种太阳能照明设备,具体为一种太阳能围墙灯。
背景技术
随着全球不可再生能源的日益枯竭,一种新兴的可再生能源太阳能已成为人类使用能源的重要组成部分,并不断得到发展,LED 灯具有能耗低、亮度高、体积小等多种优点,并且能够利用太阳能电池板给其供电,现在得到了广泛的应用。因此围墙灯变成这种太阳能LED 灯的一个重要应用领域。
目前的太阳能围墙灯一般采用把光伏电池板与灯本体分开放置,这样增加成本,施工也变得复杂,另一和方式就是把本身为球形的灯罩顶部削平,把光伏电池板置于顶部,这样原本为球形的灯罩变成半球形,严重影响人们的审美感。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能围墙灯。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明采用如下具体技术方案:
一种太阳能围墙灯,包括底座,底座上安装有立柱,立柱上方设置固定座,在固定座上设置有灯罩,灯罩内设置有LED灯板,底座上设置有光伏电池板,在底座内部还设置有控制电路板和蓄电池,光伏电池板与控制电路板连接,控制电路板与蓄电池连接,蓄电池与LED灯板连接。
优选地,:所述的底座至少为六面立体梯形,所述的光伏电池板放置于底座侧面。
优选地,所述的底座两侧壁设置有通孔,底部设置有一个安装支架,安装支架装入通孔固定。
优选地,所述的安装支架为U型,在顶部两端各设置有一固定孔,底部设置有两个固定在墙体上的安装孔。
优选地,所述的灯罩为球形。

由于采用上述技术方案产生的有益效果是将光伏电池板置于安装在墙体的底座上,这样不但可以节约成本,而且不用改变灯罩原有的球形形状,不影响外观,安装和维护都非常简单、方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明包括底座1,底座1上安装有立柱2,立柱2上方设置固定座3,在固定座3上设置有灯罩4,灯罩4内设置有LED灯板21。底座1顶部设置有光伏电池板5,在底座1内部还设置有控制电路板6和蓄电池7,光伏电池板5与控制电路板6连接,控制电路板6与蓄电池7连接,蓄电池7与LED灯板21连接。 由于将光伏电池板5放置于底座1上,不用把光伏电池板5额外放置,不会增加额外成本,也不需要把灯罩4顶部削平,因此也不影响美观。
底座1至少为六面立体梯形,光伏电池板5放置于底座1侧面。
如图2和3所示:在底板1两侧壁设置有通孔8,底部设置有一个安装支架9,安装支架9装入通孔8固定。
所采用的安装支架9为U型,在顶部两端各设置有一固定孔10,底部设置有两个固定在墙体上的安装孔11。这样在安装固定底座时只需要用螺栓或其它固定件通过安装孔11安装到墙体31即可。操作简单、方便。
所采用的灯罩4为球形,符合审美要求。

1.一种太阳能围墙灯,包括底座(1),所述的底座(1)上安装有立柱(2),立柱(2)上方设置固定座(3),在固定座(3)上设置有灯罩(4),所述的灯罩(4)内设置有LED灯板(21),其特征在于:所述的底座(1)上设置有光伏电池板(5),在底座(1)内部还设置有控制电路板(6)和蓄电池(7),所述的光伏电池板(5)与控制电路板(6)连接,所述的控制电路板(6)与蓄电池(7)连接,所述的蓄电池(7)与LED灯板(21)连接。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种太阳能围墙灯,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)至少为六面立体梯形,所述的光伏电池板(5)放置于底座(1)侧面。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种太阳能围墙灯,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)两侧壁设置有通孔(8),底部设置有一个安装支架(9),安装支架(9)装入通孔(8)固定。
4.根据权利要求书3所述的一种太阳能围墙灯,其特征在于:所述的安装支架(9)为U型,在顶部两端各设置有一固定孔(10),底部设置有两个固定在墙体(31)上的安装孔(11)。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种太阳能围墙灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(4)为球形。
