Background
The pipeline flange is a detachable joint which is used for tightly combining two pipelines, pipe fittings or equipment by fixing the two pipelines, pipe fittings or equipment on a flange respectively, adding a flange pad between the two flanges and tightening the two flanges by using bolts.
However, the flanges of the traditional pressure gas pipeline are connected through bolts, the bolts are screwed one by one to easily cause dislocation between the flanges, the sealing performance between the flanges is influenced, when the flanges are installed in the closed box body, the space is narrow, the installation is not convenient and fast enough, the installation efficiency is low, the lateral pressure of the joint is large when high-pressure gas is introduced, and the sealing performance between the flanges is further influenced.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pressure gas pipeline flange, wherein a first sealing structure on a first limiting structure is clamped with a second limiting structure, and is matched with a second sealing structure on the second limiting structure to be abutted against the first sealing structure, the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are sealed through the first sealing structure and the second sealing structure, and simultaneously a driving structure is abutted against the first sealing structure, so that the lateral pressure resistance of the first sealing structure is improved, the sealing performance of flange connection is greatly improved, the mounting dislocation of the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure is avoided, the driving structure is arranged in the second limiting structure, the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are conveniently and quickly fixed, the stress between the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure is more uniform, and the sealing performance of flange connection is further improved, the efficiency and the quality of flange joint have been improved simultaneously, cooperate the use first limit structure of convenient to detach and the second limit structure of first seal structure simultaneously.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) According to the pressure gas pipeline flange, the driving structure is arranged inside the second limiting structure, so that the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are conveniently and rapidly fixed, meanwhile, the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are more uniformly stressed, the sealing performance of flange connection is further improved, the efficiency and the quality of flange connection are improved, and the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are convenient to disassemble by matching with the first sealing structure.

Specifically, the first limiting structure 1 includes a first fixed disk 11, a plurality of limiting columns 12, a first fixed ring 13 and a first limiting hole 14, the first fixed disk 11 is fixed with the first sealing structure 2, the limiting columns 12 of the regular hexagonal structure are circumferentially arrayed and fixed at one end of the first fixed disk 11 close to the second limiting structure 5, the first fixed ring 13 is fixed at one end of the first fixed disk 11 away from the limiting columns 12, and the first limiting hole 14 is arranged inside the first fixed ring 13; the pipeline is convenient to install by the arrangement of the first fixing ring 13, the contact area of the pipeline and the first fixing disc 11 is increased, and then the pipeline and the first fixing disc 11 are connected more stably.
