Abstract
The invention relates to the field of ship structures, in particular to a ventilating grille device for a ship, wherein a frame body is detachably arranged at a vent of a cabin, a connecting frame is detachably arranged on the frame body, a rat-proof net is arranged in the middle of the connecting frame and can prevent rats from penetrating through the vent of the cabin, a plurality of connecting grooves are further formed in the connecting frame, openings of the connecting grooves are arranged opposite to the middle of the connecting frame, so that a cover plate can be embedded in the connecting grooves, the cover plate separates the rat-proof net from a cargo bin, a gap is formed between the cover plate and the rat-proof net to allow air to circulate between the cabin and a ventilating air duct, the cover plate can prevent the rat-proof net from being damaged, and goods in the cabin can be prevented from invading into the ventilating air duct to influence the ventilation of the cabin.

The ocean resources occupy 71% of land ball resources, the global import and export trade still mainly adopts the traditional three-main-power ship type, the transportation time of the goods on the sea is usually different according to air routes, the time span is longer, the short dozens of days can reach several months or even half a year, the ventilation requirement on the goods in the transportation process is higher, and therefore, a special ventilation system needs to be designed according to the types of the goods. Cargo compartment ventilation systems are generally composed of cargo compartment fans, structural air ducts, shutters, ventilation grilles and other accessories, and the principle of the cargo compartment ventilation system is often designed according to the type of the cargo compartment, the type of the cargo and the loading capacity.
The ventilation system of the bulk carrier is naturally ventilated by the ventilation shutter designed on the cargo hold cover, so that the ventilation requirement of the cargo is ensured. The multi-purpose ship has several disadvantages in the prior art because the cargo holds are layered with the deck covers and the cargo holds can be loaded with conventional bulk cargo, large equipment, pulp, etc.: 1. when large goods are loaded, the rat-proof net of the ventilation grating is easily damaged by the impact of the goods; 2. when loading bulk cargo, the bulk cargo can break through the rat-proof net and enter the ventilation air duct, so that the ventilation of the cargo compartment is not smooth.
