Abstract
The invention relates to the field of spray dust falling devices, and aims to provide a high-altitude spray dust falling and haze removing device for treating atmospheric pollution in an open space of a city. The device is characterized in that a double-screw air compressor, a first water pump and a second water pump are arranged in a water-gas pressurizing cabinet, one path of an outlet of the first water pump is directly connected with an ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle after passing through an electrostatic generator, the other path of the outlet of the first water pump is converged with a compressed gas outlet pipeline of the double-screw air compressor, and then is connected to a double-fluid gas-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator; the outlet pipeline of the second water pump is directly connected with the through nozzle after passing through the static generator. According to the invention, the sprayed fog drops are charged by using a charging technology, so that different spray particle sizes can be set for different dust and haze reducing occasions, and the haze can be effectively removed. The structure is simple and easy to build, the parts can be integrally manufactured, and the full-automatic operation can be realized; the device has the characteristics of simple and convenient installation, flexible operation and silence, is suitable for cities, and has wide application prospect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spray dust-settling devices, in particular to a multifunctional intelligent high-altitude spray dust-settling and haze-removing device for treating atmospheric pollution and haze in an open space of a city.
Background
The urban open space is an important place for urban resident activities and is directly related to the quality of the living environment. At present, the spraying dust fall technology on the market is rarely applied to the treatment of the air quality of the open space of the city, and is mostly applied to the cleaning of ground dust or the surface cooling. The common spraying device has large volume, large noise and large spraying liquid drops, is unsuitable for the requirement of the urban open space and cannot meet the requirement. The high-altitude spray dust and haze reducing device for treating the atmospheric pollution of the open space of the city comprises a water source supply system, a water pump and an atomizing nozzle; the device also comprises a water-gas pressurizing cabinet, wherein a double-screw air compressor, a first water pump and a second water pump are arranged in the water-gas pressurizing cabinet, and a water source supply system is connected to inlets of the first water pump and the second water pump through pipelines; the outlet pipeline of the first water pump is divided into two paths, one path is directly connected with the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator, the other path is converged with the compressed gas outlet pipeline of the double-screw air compressor, and then is connected to the double-fluid gas-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator; the outlet pipeline of the second water pump is directly connected with the through nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator, and the supercharging amplitude of the second water pump is larger than that of the first water pump; the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle, the double-fluid air-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle and the straight-through nozzle are all arranged on a host machine head, and the host machine head is rotatably arranged on a host machine base.

(2) The water output after being pressurized by the first water pump is divided into two paths: one path of water is directly sprayed out from an ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle after passing through an electrostatic generator, and electrostatic water mist is provided in an electrostatic spraying mode; the other path of water is mixed with compressed gas produced by a double-screw air compressor to form a water-gas mixture, and then the water-gas mixture is sprayed out of a double-fluid water-gas mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle, and dry mist with the particle size as small as 5 mu m is provided in a dry mist mode;
(3) The pressurizing amplitude of the second water pump is larger than that of the first water pump, and water after being pressurized by the second water pump is directly sprayed out of the through nozzle after passing through the static generator, so that static fog drops with the size of up to 100 mu m are provided in a relative high-pressure mode;
(4) Each nozzle is arranged on a main machine head, the main machine head can rotate to work under the drive of a speed reducing motor, and the coverage area of spray is enlarged through the operation of a centrifugal fan;
(5) The action mode of the driving motor of each device is controlled through the electrical control cabinet, and the water supply is stopped through the electrical control valve switch arranged on each pipeline, so that the spray mode is selected.

A high altitude spraying dust fall removes haze device for administering urban open space atmospheric pollution is as shown in fig. 1, including water source feed system 1, aqueous vapor booster cabinet 2, host computer 3 and electrical control cabinet 4. The inside of the water-gas pressurizing cabinet 2 is provided with a double-screw air compressor 14, a first water pump 11 and a second water pump 13, and the water source supply system 1 is connected to inlets of the first water pump 11 and the second water pump through a pipeline 8 and a pipeline 7 respectively; the outlet pipeline of the first water pump 11 is divided into two paths, one path is directly connected with the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle 22 after passing through the electrostatic generator 15 arranged in the water-gas pressurizing cabinet 2, and the other path is converged with the compressed gas outlet pipeline of the double-screw air compressor 14, and then is connected with the double-fluid gas-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle 23 after passing through the electrostatic generator 15; the outlet pipeline of the second water pump 13 is directly connected with the through nozzle 21 after passing through the electrostatic generator 15, and the supercharging amplitude of the second water pump 13 is larger than that of the first water pump 11; the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle 22, the double-fluid air-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle 23 and the straight-through nozzle 21 are all arranged on the main machine head 6, the main machine head 6 is rotatably arranged on the main machine base 5, the two are connected through a rotary support, and the main machine head 6 is driven by the reducing motor 26 to realize 360-degree rotation. The main machine base 5 is also provided with a centrifugal fan 16, and the outlet of the centrifugal fan is connected to the air outlet of the main machine head 6 through a pipeline. The main machine head 6 is provided with a silencer. In this embodiment, 2 ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzles 22, 2 two-fluid air-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzles 23 and 9 through nozzles 21 are arranged on the main machine head 6, wherein the through nozzles 21 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the through nozzle spherical surface 20. The water source supply system 1 comprises a water reservoir, an electrical control cabinet, a driving motor connected to each device through a cable, and an electrical control valve arranged on each pipeline.

(1) Drawing water from the reservoir of the water source supply system 1 using the first water pump 11 and the second water pump 13;
(2) The water output after being pressurized by the first water pump 11 is divided into two paths: one path of water is directly sprayed out from the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle 22 after passing through the electrostatic generator 15, and electrostatic water mist is provided in an electrostatic spraying mode; the other path of water is mixed with the compressed gas generated by the double-screw air compressor 14 to form a water-gas mixture, and then the water-gas mixture is sprayed out of the double-fluid water-gas mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle 23, and dry mist with the particle size as small as 5 mu m is provided in a dry mist mode;
(3) The pressurizing amplitude of the second water pump 13 is larger than that of the first water pump 11, and the water after being pressurized by the second water pump 13 is directly sprayed out of the through nozzle 21 after passing through the electrostatic generator 15, so that electrostatic mist drops with the size of up to 100 mu m are provided in a relatively high-pressure mode;
(4) Each nozzle is arranged on the main machine head 6, the main machine head 6 can rotate under the drive of the speed reducing motor 26, and the coverage of spray is enlarged through the operation of the centrifugal fan 16;
(5) The operation mode of the driving motor of each device is controlled by the electrical control cabinet 4, and the water supply is stopped by the electric control valve switch arranged on each pipeline, so that the spray mode is selected. For example, the electrical control cabinet can control the rotation angle of the main machine head 6, the wind power of the centrifugal fan 16 and the outlet pressure of the first water pump 11 and the second water pump 13, so as to achieve accurate control on the spray intensity, the time, the droplet size and the range; by selecting different nozzles, the spray of dry mist with the particle size of as small as 5 mu m and electrostatic mist with the particle size of as large as 100 mu m can be realized, and the spray can be switched among three spray modes, namely a dry mist mode, a high-pressure mode and an electrostatic spray mode, and the three spray modes can be simultaneously or alternately carried out.
It is emphasized here that the invention relates to a collection of circuit logic, not virtual functional blocks. The specific implementation thereof is a common technical means in the field, and a person skilled in the art can reproduce the conventional technical means according to the knowledge thereof through reading the present invention, even if the field can be implemented without circuit diagrams.

A high-altitude spray dust and haze removing method for treating urban open space atmospheric pollution and haze is characterized in that the method is realized by using the following high-altitude spray dust and haze removing device; the device comprises a water source supply system, a water pump and an atomizing nozzle; the water source supply system is connected to inlets of the first water pump and the second water pump through pipelines; the outlet pipeline of the first water pump is divided into two paths, one path is directly connected with the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator, the other path is converged with the compressed gas outlet pipeline of the double-screw air compressor, and then is connected to the double-fluid gas-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator; the outlet pipeline of the second water pump is directly connected with the through nozzle after passing through the electrostatic generator, and the supercharging amplitude of the second water pump is larger than that of the first water pump; the ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle, the double-fluid gas-water mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle and the straight-through nozzle are arranged on a main machine head, and the main machine head is rotatably arranged on a main machine base; a centrifugal fan is arranged in the main machine base, and the outlet of the centrifugal fan is connected to an air outlet of the main machine head through a pipeline;
the high-altitude spray dust-settling and haze-removing method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) Drawing water from a water source supply system using a first water pump and a second water pump;
(2) The water output after being pressurized by the first water pump is divided into two paths: one path of water is directly sprayed out from an ultrasonic vibration atomizing nozzle after passing through an electrostatic generator, and electrostatic water mist is provided in an electrostatic spraying mode; the other path of water is mixed with compressed gas produced by a double-screw air compressor to form a water-gas mixture, and then the water-gas mixture is sprayed out of a double-fluid water-gas mixing high-pressure atomizing nozzle, and dry mist with the particle size as small as 5 mu m is provided in a dry mist mode;
(3) The pressurizing amplitude of the second water pump is larger than that of the first water pump, and water after being pressurized by the second water pump is directly sprayed out of the through nozzle after passing through the static generator, so that static fog drops with the size of up to 100 mu m are provided in a high-pressure mode relative to the first water pump;
(4) Each nozzle is arranged on a main machine head, the main machine head can rotate to work under the drive of a speed reducing motor, and the coverage area of spray is enlarged through the operation of a centrifugal fan;
(5) The action mode of the driving motor of each device is controlled through the electrical control cabinet, and the water supply is stopped through the electrical control valve switch arranged on each pipeline, so that the spray mode is selected.
