the waist counting sensor is an infrared sensor, when a person to be tested tests, the waist counting sensor is placed at a position aligned with the waist when the person to be tested props up, and the height of the waist counting sensor is adjustable; the waist counting sensor is used for counting, and if the waist counting sensor continuously senses two shielded signals, the counting is 1;
the chest proximity sensor is used for measuring the distance between the chest and the push-up test pad when a physical testing person performs a test, and a standard value is set in the chest proximity sensor; if the distance between the chest and the push-up test pad does not meet the standard when the physical testing personnel performs the test, the physical testing personnel indicates that the action is not standard and triggers an alarm, and the physical testing personnel does not count the irregular action and continues the test;
and if the chest proximity sensor senses that the pause time of the physical testing personnel exceeds the set time, immediately interrupting the physical testing, and sending the current count as the physical testing data of the physical testing personnel about the physical testing to the host.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the test equipment adopted by the invention has the function of automatically identifying whether the action is standard during the test, solves the problems of unreal body test data and moisture caused by non-standard actions of body test personnel, improves the authenticity of the body test data, reduces the workload of the working personnel and ensures that the system is more efficient.
(2) The invention utilizes the basic information and the voice information of the physical testing personnel to carry out identity authentication, and can more accurately identify whether the person is tested.
(3) The invention uses the one-time bracelet with the two-dimensional code to log in the account number of the physical testing personnel, thereby effectively preventing the physical testing personnel from cheating by card change.
(4) For different physical testing projects, the normal deviation of physical testing data appearing in one year has a large value, and each testing device has a certain error, only the physical testing data is respectively compared with the physical testing data of the past examination period to analyze and judge the abnormal grade, and the erroneous judgment condition is easy to occur.
(5) The invention takes pictures of the test pictures of the testers with higher abnormal level and stores the pictures so as to judge whether the testers test for the testers or not through the test pictures in the following process, thereby improving the accuracy of the system.

As shown in fig. 1, a physical fitness detecting system of the present invention includes: host computer 1, test equipment 2, management platform 3. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the host 1 is used for logging in an account of a physical testing person and reading account information, wherein the account information is information stored in the account and comprises basic information, voice information, a physical testing state, physical testing data of physical testing in the past examination period of each physical testing, namely the physical testing data in the past examination period and corresponding physical testing time, and physical testing data of physical testing in the current examination period of each physical testing and corresponding physical testing time; the host 1 is used for controlling the test sequence and time interval of the physical testing personnel when the physical testing personnel carries out different physical testing projects; the host 1 is used for carrying out abnormity analysis on the current physical testing data of the physical testing personnel so as to judge whether the physical testing personnel tests the physical testing personnel; the host 1 is further configured to write the current body test data of the body test person into an account of the body test person, where the current body test data represents body test data obtained after the body test person completes a current ongoing test.
The assessment period can be divided quarterly or annually.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the host 1 includes: microcomputer 11, input keyboard 12, IC-card scanning box 13, sweep yard rifle 14, public address loudspeaker 15, camera 16, pronunciation collector 17, USB peripheral hardware interface 18, power source 19, lithium cell 110, receiver 111.
The microcomputer 11 is provided with a high-resolution touchable display screen 1101, and the display screen 1101 is used for displaying account information of the physical testing personnel and alarm prompt information. A time control unit and a data analysis unit are arranged in the microcomputer 11; the time control unit is used for controlling the test sequence and time interval of the physical testing personnel when the physical testing personnel carries out different physical testing projects; the data analysis unit is used for judging whether the person to be tested repeatedly tests a certain item, and is also used for judging whether the data of the person to be tested is abnormal so as to judge whether the person to be tested tests himself.
The IC card scanning box 13 and the code scanning gun 14 are both used for logging in the account number of the physical testing personnel, and the physical testing personnel log in the respective account number through the IC card or the two-dimensional code.
The loudspeaker 15 is used for broadcasting an alarm prompt, such as irregular action; the loud speaker 15 is also used to broadcast voice questions for authentication.
The voice collector 16 is used for collecting voice answers of the physical testing personnel.
The camera 17 adopts a telescopic camera and is used for shooting a test picture of a person under test.
The USB peripheral interface 18 comprises a plurality of interfaces for respectively connecting with the test devices 2 so as to respectively obtain the current body test data of each body test from each test device 2, and as one host 1 can be simultaneously connected with a plurality of test devices 2 through the USB peripheral interface 18, a plurality of body test personnel can respectively carry out simultaneous or asynchronous tests on a plurality of test devices 2 through one host 1; the USB peripheral interface 18 may also be used to switch power to the host 1.
The power interface 19 is used for connecting a power supply to supply power to the host 1.
The host 1 is further internally provided with a lithium battery 110, and when power is supplied through the power interface 19, the lithium battery 110 is automatically charged through the power supplied through the power interface 19; when power supply can not be carried out through the power interface 19, the lithium battery 110 automatically supplies power to the host machine.
The storage box 111 is used for storing power lines and data lines.
The outside of host computer 1 is packed by the aluminum alloy case, props up display screen 1101 and can use during the use, finishes using, puts down the display screen and can close the case, and furthest has improved host computer 1's portability.
And the host 1 and the test equipment 2 perform data transmission in a 2.4G wireless transmission mode or a USB data line transmission mode.
The test equipment 2 is used for carrying out various physical tests, and the physical test items comprise height, weight, vital capacity, grip strength, longitudinal jump, selective reaction time, eye-closed single-foot standing, push-up, sit-up, sitting posture forward bending and step test; the test apparatus 2 includes: a height and weight tester 201, a selective reaction time test panel 202, a longitudinal jump test board 203, a sitting body forward bending tester 204, a sit-up tester 205, a push-up tester 206, a grip tester 207, a closed-eye one-foot standing tester 208, a vital capacity tester 209 and a step tester 210; each test device 2 is used for performing each corresponding physical test and obtaining the physical test data of the physical test, and each test device 2 has a function of detecting whether the action is standard.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the height and weight tester 201 is an integrated machine for measuring the height and weight of the physical testing person at the same time. The height and weight tester 201 comprises a height measuring ruler rod 2011 and a base 2012; a weight sensor 2013 is arranged on the base 2012 and used for measuring the weight; a standing area is further arranged on the base 2012, and a body measuring person stands on the standing area for measurement; the standing area is provided with an induction patch 2014, the induction patch 2014 can be a pressure induction patch and is used for detecting whether the physical testing personnel can stand on tiptoe, namely whether the action is standard or not, if the physical testing personnel can stand on tiptoe, an alarm is triggered and an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 carries out voice broadcast prompt action through the loudspeaker 15, the high-body weight tester 201 does not record data of the irregular action, and the physical testing personnel carries out testing again; the height measuring ruler rod 2011 is provided with a position sensor 2015 for detecting whether the body measurement person has leg bending behavior, namely whether the movement is standard or not, if the leg bending behavior exists, an alarm is triggered and an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 carries out voice broadcast through the loudspeaker 15 to prompt that the movement is not standard, the height and weight tester 201 does not record the data of the movement which is not standard, and the body measurement person carries out testing again; if the tiptoe standing behavior and the leg bending behavior do not exist in the test process, the movement specification is represented, and the height and weight tester 201 records data of the specified movement and sends the data to the host 1 as the physical measurement data of the physical measurement.

As shown in fig. 5, the vertical jump testing board 203 is used for measuring the vertical jump height of the physical testing personnel, and a layer of patch sensors 2031 is arranged on the vertical jump testing board 203; the patch sensor 2031 is used for detecting whether a physical testing person falls on the vertical jump test board 203 when testing the area of the physical testing person above the sole 2/3, if the area of the physical testing person does not reach the sole 2/3, the physical testing person falls on the vertical jump test board 203, the physical testing person indicates that the action is not standard, an alarm is triggered and an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 carries out voice broadcasting through the loudspeaker 15 to prompt that the action is not standard, the vertical jump test board 203 does not record the data of the non-standard action, and the physical testing person carries out testing again; if the area above the sole 2/3 falls on the vertical jump test board 203, it indicates the operation specification, and the vertical jump test board 203 records the data of the specified operation and sends it to the host 1 as the body test data of the body test.
As shown in fig. 6, the seat body forward bending tester 204 is used for measuring the seat body forward bending data of the physical testing personnel, and includes a foot baffle 2041, a scale rod 2042, a push plate 2043 and an infrared sensor 2044;
the tail end of the scale rod 2042 is provided with a return spring 2045, one end of the return spring 2045 is connected with the push plate 2043, the other end of the return spring 2045 is connected with the tail end of the scale rod 2042, when a physical measurement person tests, the push plate 2043 is pushed forwards from the tail end of the scale rod 2042, the return spring 2045 is pulled away along with the movement of the push plate 2043, when the physical measurement person suddenly exerts force or pushes the push plate 2043 to a certain position by means of inertia, the return spring 2045 can enable the push plate 2043 to automatically reset, the push plate 2043 cannot stay at the certain position on the scale rod 2042 for more than 3 seconds, and at the moment, the sitting position body forward bending tester 204 cannot measure effective data, so that current data cannot be recorded; only when the physical measurer pushes the push plate 2043 and makes the physical measurer stay at a certain position on the scale rod 2042 for more than 3 seconds, the sitting body forward bending tester 204 can measure effective data, namely data representing the position;
when the physical testing person performs the test, the infrared sensor 2044 is placed at a position aligned with the knee of the physical testing person, and the height of the infrared sensor 2044 is adjustable; the infrared sensor 2044 is used for detecting whether the knee of the physical testing personnel bends during testing, namely whether the action is standard, if the infrared sensor 2044 detects a shielded signal during testing, the knee bends, namely the action is not standard, an alarm is triggered, an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 carries out voice broadcasting through the loudspeaker 15 to prompt that the action is not standard, the sitting body forward bending tester 204 does not record the data of the irregular action, and the physical testing personnel carries out testing again; if the infrared sensor 2044 does not detect the shielded signal during the test, it indicates that the knee is not bent, i.e., the action is normal, and the seat body forward-bending tester 204 records the effective data of the normal action and sends the effective data as the body test data of the body test to the host 1;
the push plate 2043 is further provided with an LED display screen 2046 for displaying position data of the push plate.
As shown in fig. 7, the sit-up tester 205 is used to measure one minute sit-up data for measuring a physical testing person; the sit-up tester 205 includes: a first infrared sensor 2051, a second infrared sensor 2052, a sit-up test pad 2053;
the sit-up test pad 2053 is provided with a T-shaped rod 2054, the sit-up test pad 2053 is also provided with a foot surface fixing position 2055, and the foot surface fixing position 2055 is provided with a bearing sheet, so that a physical testing person can fix the foot without lifting the foot without assistance of external force; when a physical testing person tests, two feet respectively pass through the two lower sides of the T-shaped rod 2054, and the feet are placed on the foot surface fixing positions 2055;
when a person to be tested performs a test, the first infrared sensor 2051 is placed at a position aligned with the head of the person to be tested when the person to be tested sits, and the height of the second infrared sensor 2051 is adjustable; the second infrared sensor 2052 is placed in a position aligned with the head of the person being measured supine, and the height of the second infrared sensor 2052 is adjustable; counting is performed through the mutual matching of the first infrared sensor 2051 and the second infrared sensor 2052, and if the first infrared sensor 2051 and the second infrared sensor 2052 sequentially and continuously detect a blocked signal, the counting is 1; whether the actions of the physical testing personnel are standard or not during testing is detected through the mutual matching of the first infrared sensor 2051 and the second infrared sensor 2052, if a blocked signal is not sequentially and continuously detected by the first infrared sensor 2051 and the second infrared sensor 2052, the actions are not standard, an alarm is triggered, an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 carries out voice broadcasting through the loudspeaker 15 to prompt that the actions are not standard, the sit-up tester 205 does not count the irregular actions, and the physical testing personnel continue testing;
until the test time is over, the sit-up tester 205 sends the count at the end of the test time as the physical test data of the physical test to the host 1;
the sit-up tester 205 is also provided with an LED display screen 2056 for displaying the current count.
As shown in fig. 8, the push-up tester 206 includes a waist counting sensor 2061, a push-up test pad 2062; the push-up test pad 2062 is further provided with a chest proximity sensor 2063 and an anti-skid pad 2064;
the waist counting sensor 2061 is an infrared sensor, when a person is tested, the waist counting sensor 2061 is placed at a position aligned with the waist when the person is propped up, and the height of the waist counting sensor 2061 is adjustable; the waist counting sensor 2061 is used for counting, and if the waist counting sensor 2061 continuously senses two shielded signals, the count is 1;
the chest proximity sensor 2063 is used for measuring the distance between the chest and the push-up test pad 2062 when the physical testing person performs the test, and a standard value is set for the chest proximity sensor 2063; if the distance between the chest and the push-up test pad 2062 does not meet the standard when the physical testing personnel performs the test, the physical testing personnel is represented as nonstandard action, an alarm is triggered and an alarm prompt is sent to the host 1, the host 1 performs voice broadcast through the loudspeaker 15 to prompt that the action is nonstandard, the push-up tester 206 does not count the nonstandard action, and the physical testing personnel continues to perform the test;
if the chest proximity sensor 2063 senses that the stopping time of the physical testing person exceeds the set time, the physical testing is interrupted, and the push-up tester 206 sends the current count as the physical testing data of the physical testing person about the physical testing to the host 1; otherwise, until the end of the test time, the push-up tester 206 takes the count at the end of the test time as the physical test data of the physical test and sends the physical test data to the host 1;
the push-up tester 206 is also provided with an LED display 2065 for displaying the current count.
The grip tester 207, the closed-eye one-foot standing tester 208, the spirometry tester 209 and the step tester 210 can all be found in the prior art.
The management platform 3 is used for inputting or modifying basic information of the physical testing personnel, wherein the basic information comprises names, birth dates, mailbox accounts, identity card numbers, mobile phone numbers, employee numbers, company names, affiliated departments and other information used for representing the identities of the physical testing personnel; the management platform 3 is also used for adjusting the physical testing state of the physical testing personnel, namely whether the physical testing personnel participates in the physical testing of the current assessment period; the management platform 3 respectively stores the basic information of the personnel and the physical measurement state of the personnel to the account number of the personnel; the management platform 3 is used for inquiring physical measurement data of physical measurement personnel; the management platform 3 sends physical examination bulletin and notice to the mailboxes of all physical examination personnel participating in physical examination in the first three days of physical examination; the management platform 3 is also used for the body measurement management between units with the upper-level and lower-level relations, if the units which simultaneously perform body measurement have the upper-level and lower-level relations, the management platform 3 of the upper-level unit can be used for managing and inquiring the body measurement of the unit and also can be used for managing and inquiring the body measurement of the lower-level unit; the body test of the superior unit cannot be managed and inquired through the management platform 3 of the inferior unit, and the inferior unit only has the qualification of submitting the non-assessment application and the non-participation application to the superior unit, and is finally approved by the superior unit, and the submitted application needs to be uploaded with the relevant certification data; the management platform 3 further comprises a data statistics processing unit, the data statistics processing unit is used for counting the personal or whole unit body measurement data, and the data statistics processing unit is set with assessment standards and used for assessing and evaluating the personal or whole unit body measurement results.
As shown in fig. 9, a workflow of the physical measurement system includes the following three stages: a preparation stage I before physical measurement, a field physical measurement stage II and a data statistical processing stage III after physical measurement. the specific working mode of the preparation stage I before physical examination is as follows:
the administrator inputs or modifies the basic information of all the physical testing personnel and adjusts the physical testing states of the physical testing personnel through the management platform 3, and the basic information and the physical testing states of the physical testing personnel are respectively stored in the account number of the physical testing personnel; for a physical testing person without an account, an administrator needs to register an account for the physical testing person through the management platform 3; and standard presetting and debugging are carried out on each test device 2 and the host 1.
The field physical examination stage II comprises: the physical testing personnel respectively carry out each item physical testing on each test equipment 2, whether test equipment 2 judges the action in the field test process is normal, this physical testing data of each item physical testing are collected and sent to host computer 1 by test equipment 2, host computer 1 judges whether for the personal test to the test sequence and the time interval's of different physical testing projects control, host computer 1.
The data statistics processing stage III after the physical fitness test comprises the following steps: the management platform 3 manages and counts the personal or whole unit physical measurement data, the management platform 3 evaluates the personal or whole unit physical measurement results in an assessment mode, and the physical measurement results are classified into excellent, good, qualified and unqualified.
As shown in fig. 10, the specific working mode of the field physical measurement stage II includes the following steps:
s1, the physical testing personnel signs in and collects voice information, and the staff stores the voice information into the account number of the physical testing personnel through the management platform; a physical measurement person obtains and wears a disposable bracelet with an identification mark, namely a two-dimensional code, wherein the disposable bracelet is used for logging in an account on a host;
if bracelet damages in the test process, then the physical testing personnel need to check in everywhere and sign in again, gather speech information, get the disposable bracelet that is printed with the two-dimensional code to this physical testing personnel take a picture archive send to management platform 3.
S2, before each physical test, physical testing personnel need to log in respective account numbers on the host 1 through the two-dimensional codes on the disposable bracelet, and perform identity authentication to judge whether the personal test is performed, if the authentication is successful, the personal test is judged, and the next step is carried out; if the authentication fails, the test is judged to be not the test of the user, and the display screen 1101 on the host 1 displays the authentication failure; if the authentication failure times exceed the set times, immediately interrupting the physical examination; if the authentication failure times do not exceed the set times, continuing to perform identity authentication; in this example, the set number of times is 1.
The specific manner of the identity authentication is as follows: the loudspeaker 15 on the host 1 randomly presents a voice question which is related to the basic information of the physical testing personnel; the physical testing personnel carries out voice answer on the voice question, a voice collector 17 on the host 1 collects the voice answer of the physical testing personnel, the host 1 judges whether the voice answer is correct or not and whether the tone of the voice answer is consistent with the tone of the voice information or not according to the basic information and the voice information stored in the account number of the physical testing personnel, and if the voice answer is correct and the tone is consistent, the personal test is judged; otherwise, the test is judged to be not the test of the user.
S3, the host 1 reads the physical testing data and the corresponding time of each physical testing item of the physical testing of the current physical testing data in the current examination period in the account of the physical testing personnel, and the time control unit on the host 1 judges whether the current time meets the test sequence and the time interval between different physical testing items; if yes, entering the next step, otherwise, immediately interrupting the currently logged-in physical examination.
S4, in the invention, each body test is allowed to be repeated only once, the host 1 reads the body test data of the body test in the current examination period stored in the account number of the body test personnel, the host 1 judges whether two data records exist in the body test data of the body test personnel in the current examination period so as to judge whether the body test personnel repeatedly perform the body test twice, if so, the body test is immediately interrupted, and the body test personnel can not perform the body test again; otherwise, the next step is entered.
S5, the physical testing personnel respectively perform the physical testing on the testing device 2, and during the testing process,
