Abstract
吊袋式防火救生舱,属吊袋式防火救生舱的设计与制造技术领域。本舱由吊架和吊袋两部分构成,其中主要包括:吊架,吊袋,水管,水管旋转弯头,消防喷淋喷头,淋浴喷头,手摇鼓风机,手摇鼓风机通风管,直流电动鼓风机,直流电动鼓风机通风管,应急照明灯,红外自控照明灯,舱口,舱口拉链等。吊袋式防火救生舱镶嵌安装在楼房的阳台及楼道等凹进墙面的墙壁里,当楼房发生火灾时,遇险人员可进入到该舱内,拉上舱口拉链,启动直流电动鼓风机或手摇鼓风机给舱内鼓风供氧,同时报警求救等待救援。本吊袋式防火救生舱是一种给楼房火灾遇险人员提供临时自救避险的安全救生场所,其结构简单,易于实施,可最大限度地保障遇险人员的生命安全。

技术领域
本发明属吊袋式防火救生舱的设计与制造领域。
技术背景
随着社会的进步与发展,城市楼房的高层建筑越来越来多,楼房发生的火灾呈逐年上升趋势,近年来多次发生群死群伤的重大恶性火灾事故,给人民的生命财产造成无法挽回的惨痛损失。因此,对于楼房一旦意外发生火灾时,楼内的遇险人员如何能够尽快安全有效的避险逃生自救,是一项急需解决的问题,而目前还没有较好的解决方案和措施。
发明内容:
针对上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种镶嵌安装在楼房的阳台及楼道等凹进墙面的墙壁里的一种吊袋式防火救生舱,在楼房一旦意外发生火灾时,可提供给遇险人员临时避险自救使用,能够最大限度地保障遇险人员的生命安全,避免或减少遇险人员的伤亡损失。
本发明为解决上述问题所采取的技术方案是:结合楼房的阳台及楼道等的空间和墙体的位置而设计制造的一种可镶嵌安装在凹进墙面的墙体里的一种吊袋式防火救生舱。该舱有一吊架,吊架里的上部有一水管,水管上有一水管旋转弯头,水管旋转弯头上有一消防喷淋喷头。吊架里的下部有一吊袋,吊袋上有一舱口,舱口上有一舱口拉链。吊架外面的一侧有一手摇鼓风机通风管,手摇鼓风机通风管上部的吊架上有一直流电动鼓风机通风管。吊袋内的水管上有一淋浴喷头。吊袋内的一侧与手摇鼓风机通风管的对接处的吊袋上有一手摇鼓风机,在吊袋内与直流电动鼓风机通风管对接处的吊袋上有一直流电动鼓风机。吊袋内后面上部的吊袋上有一应急照明灯,应急照明灯一侧的吊袋上有一红外自控照明灯。吊架正面的边框上有一吊架装饰门。本发明的吊架采用钢材制作。吊袋的袋体分为四层,袋体的外层是避火服面料,材质是芳纶1414+进口预氧化纤维,第二层是芳纶铝箔布,材质是100%芳纶面料+铝箔,第三层是隔热层绗棉,材质是100%进口预氧化纤维,最内层是芳纶面料,材质是芳纶1414。舱口拉链是芳纶布带铜齿耐高温拉链,材质布带基布是芳纶1414,牙齿是铜,缝纫线是芳纶缝纫线,材质是芳纶1414。水管是百年管,材质是304不锈钢,通风管是不锈钢软管,材质是202不锈钢。吊架装饰门是PVC多功能环保板,材质是PVC。吊架采用焊接工艺制做,吊架分为上下两层,上层安装水管和消防喷淋喷头,下层安装吊袋舱。吊袋袋体的外层是避火服面料,可耐1000多度的明火高温,第二层的芳纶铝箔布可阻隔高温热辐射。吊袋的制作采用缝纫工艺制做,给吊袋制成一个全封闭囊体式的密闭空间,使吊袋具有良好的密闭性能和避火隔热性能。吊袋的后半部份用金属压板和螺丝将其吊装在吊架下部的吊架内,前半部份通过吊袋上角的金属拉链悬挂在吊架装饰门上部内侧的挂钩上,平时将吊袋的前半部收进吊架内,关好吊架装饰门,应急使用时,吊袋的前半部可随吊架装饰门从吊架里拉出,达到舱内空间的最大化。水管用螺丝和金属压板将其固定在吊架上部的吊架内,水管的两端各有一个水管旋转弯头,水管旋转弯头上有消防喷淋喷头,消防喷淋喷头可以通过水管旋转弯头自由旋转,平时收进吊架内,应急使用时可随着消防喷淋喷头上连接在吊架装饰门上部内侧的金属拉链一起拉到吊袋的前上部,自动给吊袋喷水降温。在伸进吊袋内的水管上有淋浴喷头,水管与吊袋之间用金属压盖和密封垫通过螺丝紧固密封。手摇鼓风机通风管和直流电动鼓风机通风管分别安装在吊架外部一侧的吊架上。通风管使用不锈钢软管有利于与楼房通风管网上的预留接头对接。手摇鼓风机通过吊袋上的预留孔对接在手摇鼓风机通风管上,用螺丝将其固定在吊架上,直流电动鼓风机通过吊袋上的预留孔对接在直流电动鼓风机通风管上,用螺丝将其固定在吊架上,鼓风机与通风管之间用密封垫通过螺丝紧固密封。应急照明灯安装在吊袋内后面的上部,红外自控照明灯安装在应急照明灯一侧的吊袋上。本发明是一种在楼房一旦意外发生火灾时,可提供给遇险人员临时自救避险的安全场所。本吊袋式防火救生舱设计合理,结构简单,易于实施。在楼房意外发生火灾时,可有效保障遇险人员的生命安全,能够最大限度地避免或减少遇险人员的伤亡损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:本吊袋式防火救生舱是结合楼房的阳台及楼道等的空间和墙体而设计制造的。在吊袋式防火救生舱上有一吊架1,在吊架里的上部有一水管9,在水管上有水管旋转弯头10,在水管旋转弯头上有一消防喷淋喷头11,在吊架里的下部有一吊袋2,在吊袋上有一舱口3,在舱口上有一舱口拉链4。在吊架外面的一侧有一手摇鼓风机通风管5,在吊袋内的一侧与手摇鼓风机通风管对接处的吊袋上有一手摇鼓风机6,在手摇鼓风机通风管上部的吊架上有一直流电动鼓风机通风管7,在吊袋内与直流电动鼓风机通风管的对接处的吊袋上有一直流电动鼓风机8。在吊袋内的水管上有一淋浴喷头14,在吊袋内后面上部的吊袋上有一应急照明灯12,在应急照明灯一侧的吊袋上有一红外自控照明灯13,在吊架正面两侧的吊架边框上有一吊架装饰门 15。吊袋式防火救生舱安装时,首先将吊架放在凹进在墙面的墙体里,吊架装饰门的门面与墙面一平,确定好吊架的位置后将吊架用膨胀螺丝将其固定在墙体和地面上。水管的前端有两个并联的进水管,分别连接在楼房的自来水管和消防水管上的预留接头上,两个并联的进水管上分别安装有逆止阀,用以防止高压水管里的水倒流进低压的水管里。手摇鼓风机通风管和直流电动鼓风机通风管分别连接在楼房通风管网的预留接头上,照明用电的电源线连接在楼房预留的交流电源上,直流鼓风机用电的电源线连接在楼房预留的直流电源上。全部安装完毕后,认真检查调试各项功能是否齐全有效,经检查合格确认无误后方可出舱,出舱后不要关闭舱口,以便避险人员使用时能够快速进入到舱内,然后用水泥砂浆将吊架四周的缝隙封严。当楼房不慎意外发生火灾时,楼内遇险人员在确定无法通过其它逃生方法逃生的情况下,可快速拉开吊架装饰门进入到舱内,拉上舱口拉链关好舱口,启动直流电动鼓风机或手摇鼓风机给舱内鼓风供氧,同时报警求救等待救援。当有人进入到舱内时,舱内的红外自控照明灯会自动照明,楼内断电后应急照明灯会自动照明。楼房的通风管网由建筑设计部门统一设计安装,采风口设在远离楼房的地表或地下车库里,以确保进入到通风管网里的空气清洁安全。由于舱内有鼓风机给舱内鼓风供氧,增大了舱内的大气压力,加之本救生舱是设置在阳台或楼道等敞开的空间里,受火场的气压影响不大,所以舱内的大气压力会大于舱外的大气压力,再加之制作吊袋用的芳纶铝箔布具有良好的密闭性能,因此舱外的有毒有害烟气不会侵入到舱内。吊袋外面前端的上部有消防喷淋喷头给吊袋喷淋降温,可极大地增强吊袋的避火性能,降低舱体的温度,舱内有鼓风机给舱内鼓风供氧的同时,还可为舱内降温,因此,舱内的温度是在可控的范围之内的。一旦舱内的温度高于人体的承受能力时,还可以使用淋浴喷头给人体降温,延长待援时间,以确保舱内避险人员的生命安全。

1.吊袋式防火救生舱,其特证是:在吊袋式防火救生舱上有一吊架(1),在吊架里的下部有一吊袋(2),在吊袋上有一舱口(3),在舱口上有一舱口拉链(4),在吊架外面的一侧有一手摇鼓风机通风管(5),在吊袋内的一侧与手摇鼓风机通风管对接处的吊袋上有一手摇鼓风机(6),在手摇鼓风机通风管上部的吊架上有一直流电动鼓风机通风管(7),在吊袋内与直流电动鼓风机通风管对接处的吊袋上有一直流电动鼓风机(8),在吊架里的上部有一水管(9),在水管的两端有一水管旋转弯头(10),在水管旋转弯头上有一消防喷淋喷头(11),在吊袋内后面上部的吊袋上有一应急照明灯(12),在应急照明灯一侧的吊袋上有一红外自控照明灯(13),在吊袋内的水管上有一淋浴喷头(14),在吊架前面两侧的边框上有一吊架装饰门(15)。
