Abstract
本发明公开了一种中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将中医临床处方经审方、中药饮片配方、复核后,按照传统合煎方法浸泡,分别煎煮、过滤两次,合并滤液后制得汤液,在减压条件下低温浓缩汤液制得浓缩药液,再根据处方规定的服用次数,将浓缩药液按照服用次数等份独立分装为单次服用剂量包装。再选择适宜的矫味剂,并将矫味剂分为与单次剂量药液份数相等的单次剂量的矫味剂,将单次剂量的浓缩液和与其配套的单次剂量的矫味剂组装为“单次服用浓缩液包+单次服用矫味剂包”的组合包装即得。患者在服用时,可直接服用浓缩液或加热水稀释后服用;也可随患者喜好加入或不加入矫味剂服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及药物制备技术领域,特别是一种中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法。
背景技术
汤剂,又称“汤液”,是指将药物用煎煮或浸泡后去渣取汁的方法制成的液体剂型,主要供内服,少数外用多作洗浴、熏蒸、含漱用。汤剂是我国应用最早、最广泛的一种剂型。汤剂适应中医的辨证施治,随症加减的原则。
汤剂具有吸收快,作用强的优点,故有“汤者,荡也。”又可根据临床具体病症灵活处方,故临床上应用最广。《千金要方》序:“凡古方治疾,全用汤法,百十之中未有一用散者。……卒病贼邪,须汤以荡涤。”《圣济经》:“汤液主治,本乎腠理,凡涤除邪气者,用汤最宜。伤寒之治,多先用汤者以此。”
汤剂多为复方,传统的“合煎”是其最大特点,在合煎过程中,药物之间能相互促进,相互制约,从而达到增强疗效,缓和药性的目的,并能充分发挥中医方剂中各药物的配伍作用。
汤剂是是我国应用最早、最广泛的一种剂型,在防治疾病中发挥了很大作用,目前仍为中医临床应用的重要剂型之一,据不完全统计,中医门诊处方中应用汤剂约占50%左右。
汤剂主要的优点是:
1、能适应中医辩证理论治的需要,其中处方组成用量可以根据病情变化,适当加减,灵活应用;
2、复方,有利于充分发挥药物成分的多效性和综合作用;
3、汤剂为液体制剂,吸收快,能迅速发挥药效;
4、以水为溶剂,无刺激性及副作用;
5、制备简单易行。
但是,汤剂也存在一些不足之处:
1、煎液体积大,单次服用量达到150ml—200ml左右,味苦、涩,服用、携带均不方便;
2、易发霉、发酵、不能久贮。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、审方、配方、复核:将中医临床临症处方进行审方、中药饮片配方、复核;
S2、浸泡:将上述中药饮片配方加冷水浸过药面2-5厘米浸泡,浸泡时间不少于30分钟;
S3、煎煮:将上述完成浸泡的饮片配方煎煮2次,第一次煎煮:一般药物煎煮20-30分钟;解表、清热、芳香类药物煎煮15-20分钟;滋补类药物40-60分钟,过滤,滤液另器收集;第二次煎煮:药渣再加水浸过药面1-5厘米,煎煮时间比第一次煎煮时间少5-10分钟,过滤,收集滤液,与第一次煎煮滤液合并;
S4、减压浓缩:将上述合并的滤液在减压条件下低温浓缩,制得浓缩药液;
S5、等份剂量独立包装:将上述浓缩液按照处方规定的服用次数,等份剂量独立分装为单次服用剂量的浓缩液包;
S6、为上述单次服用剂量的浓缩液配置适宜的矫味剂组成单次服用组合装即得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中医临床合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,浓缩的条件如下:浓缩压力为0.1MPa-3MPa,浓缩温度小于60℃。
3、根据权利要求1所述的中医临床合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,制得的浓缩药液与水的相对密度为1.15-1.35,测定温度为40℃。
4、根据权利要求1所述的中医临床合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述矫味剂包括白砂糖、冰糖粉、红糖粉、果糖、木糖醇中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、完全保留传统汤剂合煎的特色,充分发挥中医复方配伍的作用;
2、采用减压浓缩技术制备,避免遇热不稳定的有效成分破坏,保证临床疗效;
3、浓缩液药物有效成分含量高,其服用量远低于传统汤剂,其服用量仅为原汤剂的二十分之一左右,减小患者服药的痛苦程度;
4、服用方便、便于贮存及携带;
5、患者可根据自身喜好,直接服用浓缩液或加热水稀释后服用;也可加入随配的矫味剂服用;
6、采用现代专业设备煎药、浓缩、分装,避免患者自己煎药的不便,也避免小诊所、药店煎药不专业的弊端,符合现代人群高节奏、高疗效的要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
“补中益气汤”浓缩液制备方法,包括如下步骤:
【处方】黄芪18g、炙甘草9g、人参6g、酒当归3g、陈皮6g、升麻6g、柴胡6g、白术9g。
S1、根据处方配方、浸泡、2次合煎制得汤液;
S2、在减压条件下浓缩汤液制得浓缩药液;其中,浓缩的条件如下:浓缩温度小于58℃,浓缩压力为0.1MPa;制得的浓缩药液与水的相对密度为1.15;
S3、根据处方服用次数与剂量要求将浓缩药液按照单次剂量分为3等份的单次剂量的浓缩药液,单次服用剂量为10ml;
S4、选择果糖为矫味剂,并将6g果糖3等份独立包装,每袋2g;
S5、将单次剂量的浓缩药液包10ml和与其配套的单次剂量2g果糖包密封隔离并组合包装得成品。
实施例2
“九味羌活汤”浓缩液制备方法,包括如下步骤:
【处方】羌活9g、防风9g、苍术9g、细辛3g、川芎6g、白芷6g、生地黄6g、黄芩6g、甘草6g。
S1、根据处方配方、浸泡、2次合煎制得汤液;
S2、在减压条件下浓缩汤液制得浓缩药液;其中,浓缩的条件如下:浓缩温度小于55℃,浓缩压力为3.0MPa;制得的浓缩药液与水的相对密度为1.20;
S3、根据处方服用次数与剂量要求将浓缩药液按照单次剂量分为3等份的单次剂量的浓缩药液,单次服用剂量为9ml;
S4、选择果糖为矫味剂,并将6g白砂糖3等份独立包装,每袋2g;
S5、将单次剂量的浓缩药液包9ml和与其配套的单次剂量2g白砂糖包密封隔离并组合包装得成品。
实施例3
“四物汤”浓缩液制备方法,包括如下步骤:
【处方】酒当归9g、川芎6g、白芍9g、熟地黄12g。
S1、根据处方配方、浸泡、2次合煎制得汤液;
S2、在减压条件下浓缩汤液制得浓缩药液;其中,浓缩的条件如下:浓缩温度小于58℃,浓缩压力为1.0MPa;制得的浓缩药液与水的相对密度为1.25;
S3、根据处方服用次数与剂量要求将浓缩药液按照单次剂量分为3等份的单次剂量的浓缩药液,单次服用剂量为5ml;
S4、选择果糖为矫味剂,并将6g红糖粉3等份独立包装,每袋2g;
S5、将单次剂量的浓缩药液包5ml和与其配套的单次剂量2g红糖粉包密封隔离并组合包装得成品。
上述实施例1-3中的组合包装具体操作如下:
将具有一个大开口的包装袋,将其中部热压封合,热压痕迹从袋口中部至袋底的中部,使整个包装袋形成两个小的包装袋,大开口形成与两个小的包装袋分别对应的小开口,分别在两个小的包装袋中注入单次剂量的药液和与其配合的单次剂量的矫味剂,最后将两个小开口密封即可。
在服用时,患者可根据喜好选择将组合包装之间热压形成的密封条拆封,将中药汤液浓缩液与矫味剂混合后直接服用,也可不拆封单独服用浓缩液,或者将浓缩液况温水稀释后服用。

Claims (4)
1.一种中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、审方、配方、复核:将中医临床临症处方进行审方、中药饮片配方、复核;
S2、浸泡:将上述中药饮片配方加冷水浸过药面2-5厘米浸泡,浸泡时间不少于30分钟;
S3、煎煮:将上述完成浸泡的饮片配方煎煮2次,第一次煎煮:一般药物煎煮20-30分钟;解表、清热、芳香类药物煎煮15-20分钟;滋补类药物40-60分钟,过滤,滤液另器收集;第二次煎煮:药渣再加水浸过药面1-5厘米,煎煮时间比第一次煎煮时间少5-10分钟,过滤,收集滤液,与第一次煎煮滤液合并;
S4、减压浓缩:将上述合并的滤液在减压条件下低温浓缩,制得浓缩药液;
S5、等份剂量独立包装:将上述浓缩液按照处方规定的服用次数,等份剂量独立分装为单次服用剂量的浓缩液包;
S6、为上述单次服用剂量的浓缩液配置适宜的矫味剂组成单次服用组合装即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,浓缩的条件如下:浓缩压力为0.1 MPa-3MPa,浓缩温度小于60℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,制得的浓缩药液与水的相对密度为1.15-1.35,测定温度为40℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中医临床传统合煎汤剂浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述矫味剂包括白砂糖、冰糖粉、红糖粉、果糖、木糖醇中的至少一种。
