本发明涉及农药技术领域,更具体的说,它涉及一种植物源杀虫剂组合物。
背景技术
桉叶油是桉树(Eucalyptus)叶油腺细胞分泌出来的芳香精油,含有挥发油、苦味质、鞣质和树脂等多种成分,是清澈具有芳香味的液体。研究发现,一些桉油精对马尾松害虫有较高的活性,幼虫期施用导致畸形变态,幼虫死亡率较高,成虫羽化率较低,部分不孵化;成虫期施用有不育效应;孵化期施用有抑孵作用,可作为一种无毒、安全的新型杀虫剂。经进一步研究发现,桉油精中活性最好的组分为1,8-桉叶素。通过精油类物质对电鳗和赤拟谷盗离体条件下AChE的活性的抑制,发现1,8-桉叶素是电鳗AChE最具潜力的抑制剂。
苦皮藤的根皮和茎皮均含有多种强力杀虫成分,目前已从根皮或种子中分离鉴定出数十个新化合物,如苦皮藤酯I一Ⅳ、苦皮藤素I—V,这些苦皮藤中的杀虫活性成分均简称为苦皮藤素。近年来研究发现,苦皮藤的杀虫活性成分具有麻醉、拒食和胃毒、触杀作用,并且不产生抗药性、不杀伤天敌、理化性质稳定等特点。苦皮藤素Ⅰ对害虫具有拒食作用,苦皮藤素Ⅱ、Ⅲ对小地虎、甘蓝夜蛾、棉小造桥虫等昆虫有胃毒毒杀作用,苦皮藤素Ⅳ对昆虫具有选择麻醉作用。我们研究发现,以1,8-桉叶素和苦皮藤进行复配,可起到增效作用,大大提高植物源农药防治病虫害的效果,此项研究尚未见到相关报道,开辟了高效植物源农药研究运用的先河。
辣根素是指从辣根等十字花科植物中提取出来的一类次生代谢产物,在化学结构上都含有-N=C=S活性基团的化合物,在常温下可以挥发的、外观似油状的液体。由于其粗提物的强烈熏蒸活性一般用于土壤处理,其中其主要成分异硫氰酸烯丙酯作为一种生物熏蒸剂近年来已引起了同行的广泛关注。但辣根素和桉油精复配进行叶面喷施用于防治植物病虫害的研究不多。
印楝素是复杂的大分子物质,分子结构中有许多能够发生反应的官能团。它易分解,不污染环境,有利于生态平衡和发展可持续农业,生产绿色食品。印楝素的应用不易产生抗药性,防治害虫范围广,而且它只对那些植食性昆虫起作用,对以昆虫为食的益虫、蜘蛛、蜜蜂以及高等动物无害。
天然除虫菊素是从除虫菊花中分离萃取的具有杀虫效果的活性成分,含有六种杀虫活性物质,具有广谱高效、环保低毒及昆虫不易产生抗药性等优点,是国际公认的安全的杀虫剂。
藜芦碱对害虫具有触杀、胃毒作用。其作用机理为激活害虫的Na通道,使用害虫肌肉瘫痪、僵硬直至死亡。
阿维菌素是一种大环内酯双糖类化合物,是土壤微生物中分离的天然产物,具有胃毒和触杀作用,不能杀卵。作用机制是干扰神经生理活动,刺激释放γ-氨基丁酸,而氨基丁酸对节肢动物的神经传导有抑制作用。
蛇床子素是从中药材蛇床子中提取的具有杀虫、杀菌活性物质。杀虫机理:其有效成分作用于害虫神经系统,导致昆虫肌肉非功能性收缩,最终衰竭而死。杀菌机理:影响细胞壁的生长导致菌丝大量断裂,同时抑制病菌菌丝的生长。
小檗碱是中草药植物提取的生物碱杀菌剂,能迅速渗透到植物体内和病斑部位,通过干扰病原菌体代谢,抑制其生长和繁殖,达到杀菌作用。
本发明以桉叶油为主要有效成分,也可同时辅以苦皮藤素或辣根素或印楝素或天然除虫菊素或藜芦碱或阿维菌素或蛇床子素或小檗碱等植物源农药的一种或多种混合物制备桉油精系列植物源杀虫剂组合物。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种植物源杀虫剂组合物,其不仅具有广谱的杀虫效果且防治效果好,而且环境友好、对人畜无害,有利于生态环境的保护、增加了处理后水体的安全性。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
植物源杀虫剂组合物,包括1-20重量份的有效成分A和0.1-10的有效成分B,所述有效成分A包括桉叶油,所述有效成分B包括苦皮藤素、异硫氰酸烯丙酯、印楝素、除虫菊素、藜芦碱、阿维菌素、蛇床子素、小檗碱中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述桉叶油采用下述方法制备:
(1)将蓝桉或大叶桉的枝叶加入到提取罐中,向提取罐通入水蒸汽,通气时间为1-1.5小时;停至通入水蒸汽,并冷却提取罐,待提取罐的温度降为室温时,将罐内液体通过过滤装置通至油水分离器,得到粗桉叶油;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粗桉叶油通至蒸馏塔,收集175-180℃的馏出液,即桉叶油。
进一步,还包括10-60重量份数的表面活性剂。

进一步,还包括0.3-0.5重量份的增效剂。
更进一步,所述增效剂采用下述方法制备:将包含六甲撑二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油的混合料加热至90℃,聚合反应1小时;降温至85℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,扩链反应3小时;加入三羟甲基丙烷,交联反应1小时;加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,封端反应1.5小时;降温至20-30℃,加入丙烯酸六氟丁酯和溶剂,自由基聚合反应0.25小时,除去溶剂,即得所述增效剂;以重量份数计,六甲撑二异氰酸酯20-22份、二甲基硅油9-10份、二羟甲基丙酸6-7份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5-1.7份、丙烯酸羟乙酯3-5份、溶剂30-50份、丙烯酸六氟丁酯7-10份。
更进一步,所述自由基聚合反应的引发条件是加入5-10重量份数的重量百分比浓度为30%的双氧水。
更进一步,所述溶剂为去离子水。
进一步,所述植物源杀虫剂组合物制成可溶液剂、水剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水可分散粒剂、油剂、展膜油剂、脂剂、油乳剂、油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂,油分散粉剂、水分散片剂、乳粉剂、乳粒剂的剂型。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物不仅具有广谱的杀虫效果且防治效果好,而且环境友好、对人畜无害,有利于生态环境的保护、增加了处理后水体的安全性。
第二、本发明提供的增效剂显著提高了本发明植物源杀虫剂组合物的杀虫效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
增效剂的制备例1:将包含六甲撑二异氰酸酯0.20Kg、二甲基硅油0.10Kg的混合料加热至90℃,聚合反应1小时;降温至85℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸0.065Kg,扩链反应3小时;加入三羟甲基丙烷0.015Kg,交联反应1小时;加入丙烯酸羟乙酯0.03Kg,封端反应1.5小时;降温至20-30℃,加入丙烯酸六氟丁酯0.07Kg和溶剂0.30Kg,加入重量百分比浓度为30%的双氧水0.1Kg引发自由基聚合反应0.25小时,除去溶剂,即得增效剂。
增效剂的制备例2:将包含六甲撑二异氰酸酯0.21Kg、二甲基硅油0.09Kg的混合料加热至90℃,聚合反应1小时;降温至85℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸0.07Kg,扩链反应3小时;加入三羟甲基丙烷0.017Kg,交联反应1小时;加入丙烯酸羟乙酯0.05Kg,封端反应1.5小时;降温至20-30℃,加入丙烯酸六氟丁酯0.085Kg和溶剂0.40Kg,加入重量百分比浓度为30%的双氧水0.5Kg引发自由基聚合反应0.25小时,除去溶剂,即得增效剂。
增效剂的制备例3:将包含六甲撑二异氰酸酯0.22Kg、二甲基硅油0.09Kg的混合料加热至90℃,聚合反应1小时;降温至85℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸0.06Kg,扩链反应3小时;加入三羟甲基丙烷0.016Kg,交联反应1小时;加入丙烯酸羟乙酯0.04Kg,封端反应1.5小时;降温至20-30℃,加入丙烯酸六氟丁酯0.10Kg和溶剂0.50Kg,加入重量百分比浓度为30%的双氧水0.75Kg引发自由基聚合反应0.25小时,除去溶剂,即得增效剂。
实施例1
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油1Kg、苦皮藤素10Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、十二烷基苯磺酸钙10Kg。
实施例2
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油1Kg、异硫氰酸烯丙酯10Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、木质素磺酸钠聚氧乙烯醚5Kg。
实施例3
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油1Kg、印楝素10Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚25Kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5Kg。
实施例4
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油10Kg、除虫菊素5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10Kg。

植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油10Kg、藜芦碱5Kg、非离子EO/PO嵌段共聚物1Kg、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐14Kg。

植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油10Kg、除虫菊素5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10Kg、由增效剂制备1提供的增效剂0.3Kg。
实施例14
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油10Kg、藜芦碱5Kg、非离子EO/PO嵌段共聚物1Kg、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐14Kg、由增效剂制备2提供的增效剂0.4Kg。
实施例15
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油10Kg、阿维菌素5Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、由增效剂制备3提供的增效剂0.5Kg。
实施例16
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油20Kg、蛇床子素0.1Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、由增效剂制备1提供的增效剂0.3Kg。
实施例17
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油20Kg、小檗碱0.1Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、由增效剂制备2提供的增效剂0.4Kg。
实施例18
植物源杀虫剂组合物:包括桉叶油20Kg、苦皮藤素0.1Kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚5Kg、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚20Kg、由增效剂制备3提供的增效剂0.5Kg。
采用实施例1-18提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物对茶小绿叶蝉、枸杞蚜虫、黄瓜白粉虱、茄子白粉虱进行防治试验,试验结果见表1-2。
试验于2018年10月20日在南昌市江西省蚕桑茶叶研究所茶园进行,茶树秋梢期、茶小绿叶蝉低龄若虫发生始盛期。
施药方法:将实施例1-18提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物进行稀释500倍进行喷淋施药,施药次数为1次。
药前(10月20日)调查虫口基数,药后1d(10月21日)、3d(10月23日)和7d(10月27日)各调查1次残存虫量。并采用邓肯氏新复极差(DMRT)法对试验数据进行统计分析。

由表1可以知,本发明提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果显著,尤其是加入本发明提供的增效剂,显著提高了本发明植物源杀虫剂组合物对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果。

由表2可以知,本发明提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物对枸杞蚜虫、黄瓜白粉虱、茄子白粉虱的防治效果显著,尤其是加入本发明提供的增效剂,显著提高了本发明植物源杀虫剂组合物对枸杞蚜虫、黄瓜白粉虱、茄子白粉虱的防治效果。
除此之外,本发明提供的植物源杀虫剂组合物对环境友好、对人畜无害,有利于生态环境的保护、增加了处理后水体的安全性。
应该理解的是,本发明实施例所述制备方法仅仅是用于说明本发明,而不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明制备方法的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,包括1-20重量份的有效成分A和0.1-10的有效成分B,所述有效成分A包括桉叶油,所述有效成分B包括苦皮藤素、异硫氰酸烯丙酯、印楝素、除虫菊素、藜芦碱、阿维菌素、蛇床子素、小檗碱中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述桉叶油采用下述方法制备:
(1)将蓝桉或大叶桉的枝叶加入到提取罐中,向提取罐通入水蒸汽,通气时间为1-1.5小时;停至通入水蒸汽,并冷却提取罐,待提取罐的温度降为室温时,将罐内液体通过过滤装置通至油水分离器,得到粗桉叶油;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粗桉叶油通至蒸馏塔,收集 175-180℃的馏出液,即桉叶油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,还包括10-60重量份数的表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苯乙烯苯酚多聚甲醛缩合物聚氧乙烯醚、植物油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐、木质素磺酸盐、丙烯酸系高分子分散剂、山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、硫酸醋盐、磺酸盐类、聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、高分子聚羧酸盐、磷酸酯盐、改性端烯烃磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠聚氧乙烯醚、非离子EO/PO嵌段共聚物和经修饰的羧酸酸盐复合物、新型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,还包括0.3-0.5重量份的增效剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增效剂采用下述方法制备:将包含六甲撑二异氰酸酯、二甲基硅油的混合料加热至90℃,聚合反应1小时;降温至85℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,扩链反应3小时;加入三羟甲基丙烷,交联反应1小时;加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,封端反应1.5小时;降温至20-30℃,加入丙烯酸六氟丁酯和溶剂,自由基聚合反应0.25小时,除去溶剂,即得所述增效剂;以重量份数计,六甲撑二异氰酸酯20-22份、二甲基硅油9-10份、二羟甲基丙酸6-7份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5-1.7份、丙烯酸羟乙酯3-5份、溶剂30-50份、丙烯酸六氟丁酯7-10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述自由基聚合反应的引发条件是加入5-10重量份数的重量百分比浓度为30%的双氧水。
8.根据权利要求6所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为去离子水。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的植物源杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述植物源杀虫剂组合物制成可溶液剂、水剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水可分散粒剂、油剂、展膜油剂、脂剂、油乳剂、油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂,油分散粉剂、水分散片剂、乳粉剂、乳粒剂的剂型。
