The paint is filtered by the screen 12 on the inner side of the receiving hopper 2 and then is conveyed by the pump body back into the paint box 10. Meanwhile, the risk that the paint is deteriorated or polluted by dust due to long-time storage of the paint at the furnace mouth is reduced, and the surface quality of the product is improved. The paint is ensured to be new paint which just passes through the filtering system all the time, and the paint nodule forming probability is reduced.
The lacquering device adopts a similar pipeline nozzle type lacquering panel, each lacquering pipeline at one end of the lacquering panel 5 is branched into 4-5 lacquering pipes 23, a three-position two-way valve control is used, normal work of other lacquering pipes 23 cannot be influenced by closing any one of the lacquering pipes in actual work, limitation is smaller, the lacquering mode is more diversified, and work efficiency is improved. The redundant paint can be drained to the return opening through the apron board and returns to the paint box, and any paint storage position is not provided, so that the paint can flow rapidly.
And in use, the painted sleeves 7 with different sizes can be replaced according to the diameters of the actual aluminum wires, and the through holes 18 in the painted sleeves 7 can be adjusted to control the thickness of the paint film. When the paint sleeve 7 is removed, the screw shank 14 is screwed out of the interior of the thread groove 28, pushing the paint sleeve 7 out of the interior of the fixing groove 13. When the painting sleeve 7 is mounted, the turning rods 19 on both sides of the painting sleeve 7 are placed inside the connecting grooves 15 and push the painting sleeve 7 inwards until reaching the inside. The bolt shank 14 is screwed into the interior of the thread groove 28 and the catch plate 17 is carried along the thread groove 28 to move inwardly. The upper end and the lower end of the clamping plate 17 are clamped in the upper thread groove and the lower thread groove 28, and the bolt rod 14 rotates on one side of the clamping plate 17 through the bearing 16 during screwing. The painting sleeve 7 is pushed to rotate around the rotating rod 19, the inclination angle is adjusted, and after the adjustment is finished, the painting sleeve is rotated. The bolt bar 14 drives the catch plate 17 to abut against one side of the rotating lever 19, and the position of the rotating lever 19 is restricted so as not to rotate. The inclination angle of the painting sleeve 7 can be freely adjusted, so that the aluminum wire painting device is suitable for painting different aluminum wires, and the aluminum wires are not easily worn by the painting sleeve 7.
During painting, the nut 26 is screwed to drive the adjusting bolt 24 to rotate, two ends of the adjusting bolt 24 enter and exit the upper and lower threaded seats 25, and the paint spraying pipe 23 is driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 27 in the middle from one end. So that the inclination angle between the paint spraying pipe 23 and the paint outlet groove 8 is changed, and the flow speed and the spraying direction of the paint in the paint outlet groove 8 are changed. The mode of the paint for painting the aluminum wire is changed, different painting modes can be adjusted, and different working requirements can be met. And the angle of the paint spraying pipe 23 is conveniently and quickly adjusted, the stability in adjustment is good, and the paint is not easy to leak.

the paint spraying device is characterized in that a plurality of paint outlet grooves (8) are formed in the bottom end of the upper portion of the paint supply panel (5), a through hole (9) is formed in one end, close to the paint box (10), of the inside of each paint outlet groove (8), a paint spraying pipe (23) is installed inside each through hole (9), two sides of the middle of each paint spraying pipe (23) are rotatably connected with the inside of each through hole (9) through a rotating shaft (27), threaded seats (25) are connected to the bottom of one end of each paint spraying pipe (23) and the top of the inside of one end of each through hole (9), the two threaded seats (25) correspond to each other in position and are coaxial, and an elastic adjusting bolt (24) is in threaded connection between the two threaded seats;
one end of the connecting plate (6) close to the paint supply panel (5) is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (13), both sides of the inside of each fixing groove (13) are provided with connecting grooves (15) along the length direction, thread grooves (28) are formed in the middle parts of the upper end and the lower end of each connecting groove (15) along the length direction, a painting sleeve (7) is installed inside each fixing groove (13), a through hole (18) penetrates through the middle end of the inside of each painting sleeve (7) along the height direction, each painting sleeve (7) is arranged right above each paint outlet groove (8), both ends of each painting sleeve (7) are connected with rotating rods (19), the two rotating rods (19) are respectively inserted into the inside connecting grooves of the connecting grooves (15) on both sides, the inside of each connecting plate (15) is connected with a bolt rod (14) through the thread grooves (28), one end of each bolt rod (14) is connected with a clamping plate (17), and a bearing (16, and the clamping plate (17) is rotatably connected with the bolt rod (14) through a bearing (16), and one side of the clamping plate (17) is abutted against the rotating rod (19).
