本发明属于塑料颗粒干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种干燥机用流化床。
背景技术
流化床利用热风携带塑料颗粒运动,在热风携带其运动的过程中实现干燥,塑料颗粒容易存在聚集在一起不能均匀分散的现象,这种现象不利于塑料颗粒干燥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种干燥机用流化床,其能够使得运动中的塑料颗粒更加分散均匀进而干燥效果更好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种干燥机用流化床,用于干燥塑料颗粒,包括筒状的壳体,壳体的底部插有引风管,壳体的底部的侧壁设有出风管,风携带着塑料颗粒经引风管然后经过壳体内部再经出风管排出,引风管的侧壁设有用于通孔,通孔用于释放气流冲撞聚在一起的塑料颗粒,使得塑料颗粒更加分散均匀。
优选地,通孔的孔径小于等于5mm。
本发明的工作原理为:气流可经通孔释放,对引风管外的聚集在一起的塑料颗粒进行撞击,使得塑料颗粒更加分散均匀,有利于更好的干燥。
本发明的有益效果为:其能够使得运动中的塑料颗粒更加分散均匀进而干燥效果更好。
