The telescopic adjusting mechanism 2d comprises a circular ring 2da, a hand pulley 2db, a spool 2dc, a rotating shaft 2dd, a driven wheel 2de, a driving wheel 2df, a hollow shaft 2dg and a gear 2dh, wherein the hollow shaft 2dg is sequentially and excessively matched with the circular ring 2da, the gear 2dh and the driving wheel 2df from top to bottom, the gear 2dh is meshed with an internal tooth block of the hand pulley 2db, the hand pulley 2db is arranged on the circular ring 2da, the driven wheel 2de is respectively meshed with two sides of the driving wheel 2df, the driven wheel 2de is respectively connected with the rotating shaft 2dd, one end, far away from the driven wheel 2de, of the rotating shaft 2dd is in interference fit with the spool 2dc, the hollow shaft 2dg is sleeved on a hollow pipe 2cb in clearance fit with the hollow pipe, a small part of the hand pulley 2d protrudes out of the opening 2, and the telescopic adjusting mechanism 2d is arranged in a way that the length of the telescopic refrigerating pipe 2a can be adjusted and the length of the telescopic refrigerating pipe 2a can be stably adjusted .
