In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the connection 214 between the connecting section 211 and the adjusting section 212 is approximately stepped, so that the adjusting range of the transmission rod 22 or the adjusting section 212 is limited to the length range of the adjusting section 212 when adjusting the position.
In an alternative embodiment, the connecting section 211 and the adjusting section 212 are made of a metallic material and are integrally formed, preferably an aluminum alloy material. It will be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3b and 3c, the connecting section 211 and the adjustment section 212 may also be secured to each other by means of a securing peg 204.
In an alternative embodiment, the transmission rod 22 includes a bottom wall 25 and two side walls 26 disposed opposite to the bottom wall 25, where the two side walls 26 are opposite to each other and convexly provided with a limiting wall 28; wherein, the bottom wall 25, the side wall 26 and the limiting wall 28 enclose a chute 29 for connecting the quick connector 21. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3a, the quick connector 21 further includes a locking block 23, where the locking block 23 is detachably mounted on the adjusting section 212, and the adjusting section 212 is connected to the chute 29 through the locking block 23, where the locking block 23 is disposed in the chute 29 and is clamped in the chute 29 by the limitation of the limiting wall 28, so that the adjusting section 212 is more stable when connected to the transmission rod 22. It will be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment, the locking block 23 may also be integrally formed with the adjustment section 212, for example, as shown in fig. 3b, with the locking block 23 extending from the adjustment section 212.
In an alternative embodiment, the quick connector 21 further includes a fixing member 24, the adjusting section 212 is provided with a first via hole 213, the locking block 23 is provided with a second via hole 231, and the fixing member 24 sequentially passes through the first via hole 213 and the second via hole 231; wherein, after the locking piece 23 is adjusted on the sliding groove 29, the fixing piece 24 is fed to enable the fixing piece 24 to pass through the second through hole 231 and press against the bottom of the sliding groove 29 so as to fix the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 on the transmission rod 22.
In an alternative embodiment, the distance between the locking block 23 and the adjustment section 212 is adjusted by means of a fixing 24. When the distance between the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 is gradually decreased, the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 gradually clamp the limiting wall 28 to fix the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 to the transmission rod 22, and when the distance between the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 is gradually increased, the locking piece 23 and the adjusting section 212 unclamp the limiting wall 28 to adjust the connection position of the transmission rod 22. In this embodiment, the fixing member 24 may be a locking screw, and is connected to the locking block 23 by a screw-fit.
In an alternative embodiment, the locking block 23 may also be mounted on the transmission rod 22, and correspondingly, the sliding groove 29 is formed on the adjusting section 212, so that the connection position of the adjusting section 212 to the transmission rod 22 is adjustable.
In this embodiment, the profile 10, the driving rod 22, the quick connector 21, the locking block 23 and the fixing member 24 are all hardware fittings. As shown in fig. 7 to 11, the hardware fitting to which the connection section 211 is connected may be an angle actuator 205, a latch 206, a rocker 207, a transmission case 208, a lock lever 209, or the like.
In this embodiment, the adjusting section 212 of the quick connector 21 is connected with the driving rod 22, and because the position of the driving rod 22 connected with the adjusting section 212 or the position of the adjusting section 212 connected with the driving rod 22 is adjustable, when the length of the driving rod 22 is in error, the influence of the error can be solved by adjusting the position of the driving rod 22 or the position of the adjusting section 212, the driving rod 22 does not need to be intercepted again, and the door and window structure is simpler and faster in installation.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and drawings of the present invention or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
