The working process and principle of the invention are explained in detail below: in an initial state, the first sector wheel 13 is not in contact with the second sector wheel 14, the electromagnet 20 is not electrified, and the baffle plate 17 retracts into the second shell 16 under the action of the first tension spring 18; during punching, the driving motor 30 and the punch press power supply 23 are started simultaneously, the driving motor 30 drives the second main shaft 9 to rotate through the second gear 28 and the third gear 29, and the second main shaft 9 drives the second sector wheel 14 to rotate clockwise at a constant speed; the sliding block 4 of the punch press is punched downwards at a fixed frequency, when the sliding block 4 moves downwards, the rack 6 is meshed with the first gear 10 to drive the first gear 10 to rotate clockwise, the first gear 10 drives the first rotating shaft to rotate for a circle through the ratchet 11 and the pawl 12, in the process, when the first sector wheel 13 rotates to the left side, the tail end of the second sector wheel 14 just rotates from the right quadrant point, the first sector wheel 13 and the second sector wheel 14 just miss but do not contact, the two metal sheets 15 are not communicated, the electromagnet 20 is not electrified, and the baffle 17 does not extend out; when the slide block 4 moves upwards, the rack 6 drives the first gear 10 to rotate anticlockwise, the first gear 10 idles without driving the first main shaft 8 to rotate due to the action of the ratchet wheel 11 and the pawl 12, the slide block 4 moves downwards and upwards to complete a working cycle, the second sector wheel 14 rotates for a circle, and when the slide block 4 moves downwards again, the next cycle is started.
If the sliding block 4 is punched at normal time intervals, the mutual dislocation relation between the first sector wheel 13 and the second sector wheel 14 cannot be broken, the electromagnet 20 is not electrified all the time, the baffle 17 does not act, and the driving motor 30 is provided with a control unit to enable the second sector wheel 14 to return to the original position after each shutdown; if the punching interval of the sliding block 4 is suddenly reduced, the sliding block 4 moves downwards to drive the first sector wheel 13 to rotate at a time interval which is reduced, when the first sector wheel 13 rotates to the left side of the first main shaft 8, part of the second sector wheel 14 is positioned on the right side of the second main shaft 9, therefore, the first sector wheel 13 and the second sector wheel 14 are tangent, the metal sheets 15 on the two sector wheels are contacted, so that a circuit of the electromagnet 20 is switched on, the electromagnet 20 is electrified, the electromagnet 20 pushes the permanent magnet 19 and the baffle 17 to extend rightwards under the action of the first tension spring 18, the positioning pin 24 extends upwards into the positioning hole 26 under the action of the second tension spring 25, the baffle 17 cannot retract, the baffle 17 extends to the lower part of the sliding block 4, the sliding block 4 is stopped to prevent an operator from being crushed, and the baffle 17 and the rubber pad 27 can elastically deform to buffer impact; the power supply circuit of the punch press can be linked with the circuit of the electromagnet 20, and the power supply 23 of the punch press can be automatically cut off when the electromagnet 20 is electrified, for example, two metal sheets 15 can be connected in parallel with the punch press load, and the punch press load is short-circuited to cut off the power supply of the punch press when the metal sheets 15 are connected, which is a common technology in the basic circuit and is not described herein again.
After an accident occurs, a maintenance person is arranged to maintain the punching machine, after the fault is eliminated, the top cover 31 at the upper end of the first shell 7 is opened, the first sector wheel 13 and the second sector wheel 14 are reset, the positioning pin 24 is pulled downwards to be withdrawn from the positioning hole 26, and the single plate is retracted into the second shell 16 under the action of the first tension spring 18.
According to the punching interval of the punching machine, the rotating speed of the driving motor 30 is adjusted to match the rotating speed of the second sector wheel 14 with the rotating frequency of the first sector wheel 13.
Note that both spindles are mounted in insulation with the first housing 7, avoiding direct connection of the two spindles without the two metal sheets 15.
The invention can effectively brake the punch 5 when the punching frequency becomes abnormally fast through the matching between the first sector wheel 13 and the second sector wheel 14, has stable and reliable work, prevents the damage to workpieces and workers, has simple structure, adopts common parts of mechanical equipment as components, has low cost and small equipment volume, and saves the installation space.
