The invention relates to the technical field of filters, in particular to an efficient filter air supply outlet of an experimental animal house.
Background
The experimental animal management regulations prescribe that the experimental animals should be managed according to the corresponding microorganism monitoring standards, and in order to provide qualified experimental animals, reliable experimental results of the animals are obtained, and animal raising environments meeting the requirements must be created. An important element of environmental control is to limit the microorganisms in the air to a minimum number. Generally, the requirement of environmental sterility is guaranteed by adopting purified air, and when the existing filter air supply outlet is replaced, people are required to enter a room for replacement, so that the people can easily bring microorganism particles and dust particles in the air into a feeding room. The traditional high-efficiency filter of the air supply outlet is required to be replaced after the dispersion plate and the mechanical pressing device are detached from the bottom of the high-efficiency air supply outlet in the feeding room, but the height of some feeding rooms is very high, the replacement at the bottom of the air supply outlet is difficult, the steps are complex, and the efficiency is low. For the above reasons, it is necessary to design an efficient filter air outlet for laboratory animal houses.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the air supply outlet of the efficient filter of the experimental animal house, which realizes isolation of the experimental animal house from the outside when the filter is replaced, prevents particles such as dust from entering, disinfects and seals, increases the replacement speed, has good sealing effect and prolongs the service life.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an efficient filter air supply outlet of an experimental animal house, which comprises a shell, an air exchanging plate arranged at the bottom of the shell, a cover plate arranged at the bottom of the air exchanging plate and an air receiving pipe orifice arranged at the top of the shell, wherein the air receiving pipe orifice is communicated with the inside of the shell, a replacement opening is formed in one side surface of the shell, and a door body is arranged on the replacement opening;
a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft which are parallel to each other are arranged in the shell, a connecting rod is arranged at the bottom side of the middle parts of the second rotating shaft and the first rotating shaft, and the connecting rod is perpendicular to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft;
the inner wall is provided with the mounting around the casing, the inboard of mounting sets up the rotation piece, rotate the piece with first pivot reaches second pivot fixed connection, the second pivot with the both ends of first pivot wear to establish respectively on the mounting.
Preferably, the rotation angle of the rotating member is 90 degrees, and the outer side of the upper end of the rotating member is provided with an arc-shaped structure.
Preferably, the connecting rod is a three-connecting rod, the connecting rods at two ends are respectively arranged on the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft in a penetrating way, the length of the connecting rod is smaller than the width of the inner cavity of the shell, and the connecting rod is equal to the distance between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
Preferably, limiting plates are arranged on the left side wall, the right side wall and the rear side wall of the shell, and the distance between the bottom of the limiting plates and the bottom of the shell is larger than the thickness of the filter.
Preferably, the bottom of the shell is provided with an outer edge, the air exchanging plate is buckled on the outer edge, and the outer edge is fixed on the top of the animal house through bolts.
Therefore, the high-efficiency filter air supply outlet of the experimental animal house with the structure realizes isolation of the experimental animal house from the outside when the filter is replaced, prevents particles such as dust from entering, disinfects and seals, increases the replacement speed, has good sealing effect and prolongs the service life.

Thus, the isolation between the outside and the animal house is realized, and viruses and bacteria are prevented from being brought by people; when the filter is replaced, the inside and the outside are isolated, so that harmful particles are prevented from entering, and the filter can be sterilized in a closed space; the replacement speed is improved, and the number of users and the technical level requirements on technicians are reduced; the sealing effect is improved by using jelly glue for sealing; and the three-connecting-rod transmission is used, so that the three-connecting-rod transmission is not easy to break, and the service life is prolonged.
The rotation angle of the rotating member 11 is 90 degrees, and the outer side of the upper end of the rotating member 11 is provided with an arc-shaped structure, so that the filter can slide downwards to be in a horizontal state.
The connecting rods 9 are three connecting rods, the connecting rods at two ends are respectively arranged on the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8 in a penetrating mode, the length of each connecting rod 9 is smaller than the width of the inner cavity of the shell 1, and meanwhile the connecting rods are equal to the distance between the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8.
Limiting plates 12 are arranged on the left side wall, the right side wall and the rear side wall of the shell 1, and the distance between the bottom of the limiting plates 12 and the bottom of the shell 1 is larger than the thickness of the filter.
The bottom of the shell 1 is provided with an outer edge 13, the air exchanging plate 2 is buckled on the outer edge 13, and the outer edge 13 is fixed on the top of the animal house through bolts.
Therefore, the high-efficiency filter air supply outlet of the experimental animal house with the structure realizes isolation of the experimental animal house from the outside when the filter is replaced, prevents particles such as dust from entering, disinfects and seals, increases the replacement speed, has good sealing effect and prolongs the service life.
