Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention and are not restrictive thereof.
The aqueous humor collecting apparatus according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides an aqueous humor collecting device 100, which includes an outer cylinder 1, a puncture needle 2, and a fluid collecting tube assembly 3. The outer cylinder body 1 is provided with a puncture needle mounting end and a liquid collecting pipe mounting end which are positioned at two axial ends. The puncture needle 2 is fixedly arranged at the puncture needle mounting end and is provided with an inner end of the puncture needle positioned in the outer cylinder cavity and an outer end of the puncture needle positioned outside the outer cylinder cavity. The liquid production pipe assembly 3 comprises a liquid production pipe 31 which is inserted into the outer cylinder barrel cavity from the liquid production pipe mounting end and can be axially inserted and pulled and moved, and a pipe plug 33 which is arranged in the outer cylinder barrel cavity and used for sealing the opening of the liquid production pipe. Wherein, the coefficient of static friction between stopcock 33 and the internal perisporium of outer barrel is mu 1, and the coefficient of static friction between stopcock 33 and the liquid production pipe mouth is mu 2, and satisfies: mu 1 < mu 2. Alternatively, the plug 33 may be spaced from the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder to ensure that the plug 33 and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder do not contact each other.
When the aqueous humor collecting device 100 according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is used for anterior chamber puncture, the fluid collecting tube assembly 3 can be pushed toward the inner end of the puncture needle, so that the inner end of the puncture needle punctures the flexible sleeve 8 and the plug 33 and then is inserted into the lumen of the fluid collecting tube, so as to drain the aqueous humor in the anterior chamber to the lumen of the fluid collecting tube through the outer end of the puncture needle and the inner end of the puncture needle. In this collection process, because the liquid collection pipe mouth of pipe is sealed by stopcock 33, the liquid collection pipe lumen is in negative pressure state all the time, but along with the liquid volume in the lumen increases gradually, the difference between lumen internal pressure and the anterior chamber internal pressure reduces gradually, consequently can make the drainage speed of aqueous humor reduce gradually to avoid appearing the dangerous condition of intraocular pressure shock, improve the security of puncture drainage greatly.
Further, after the aqueous humor is gathered and is finished, can wholly extract liquid sampling pipe assembly 3 from outer barrel chamber, then directly place liquid sampling pipe 31 in specific detecting instrument and carry out specific project and detect, compare with prior art, need not make further transfer to the aqueous humor after gathering, consequently can avoid aqueous humor in the liquid sampling pipe lumen and external environment to contact, guarantee the purity of the aqueous humor gathered, thereby improve the accuracy and the reliability of follow-up detection, and can avoid owing to shift the waste that the aqueous humor caused.
In addition, because the static friction coefficient mu 1 between the pipe plug 33 and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder body is limited to be less than the static friction coefficient mu 2 between the pipe plug 33 and the nozzle of the liquid production pipe, or the pipe plug 33 is arranged at intervals on the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder body, when the liquid production pipe assembly 3 is integrally pulled out from the cylinder cavity of the outer cylinder body, the pipe plug 33 can always tightly block the nozzle of the liquid production pipe, and the purity of the collected aqueous humor can be more reliably ensured.
In some embodiments, when the pipe plug 33 and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder are in contact with each other, in order to better avoid the pipe plug 33 from falling off, the pipe plug 33 and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder are preferably arranged to be in contact with each other through a smooth surface. For example, the radially outer end surface of the plug 33 or the outer cylinder inner peripheral wall surface may be set to a smooth surface, or both the radially outer end surface of the plug 33 and the outer cylinder inner peripheral wall surface may be set to a smooth surface.
In some embodiments, the aqueous humor collection device 100 includes an anti-wobble structure for limiting radial displacement of the fluid collection tube assembly 3 along the outer cylinder bore. Under this structure, can guarantee that liquid sampling pipe assembly 3 only moves along axial displacement and radial rocking can not appear at the plug removal in-process, can not only guarantee puncture needle inner puncture stopcock 33 accurately in order to insert to the liquid sampling pipe intracavity in the puncture process, can also guarantee to extract liquid sampling pipe assembly 3 steadily after aqueous humor gathers finish to avoid the aqueous humor leakage in the liquid sampling pipe intracavity, thereby further improve the accuracy and the reliability of follow-up detection.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the shaking prevention structure may include a ring-shaped stopper 37 provided with a ring-shaped groove 35 formed on the outer circumferential wall of the production pipe assembly 3 and a ring-shaped groove 35 of a hoop, and a radially outer end of the ring-shaped stopper 37 abuts against the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder. It should be noted that, the annular limiting member 37 can not only prevent the radial shaking of the liquid collection tube assembly 3 to make the inner end of the puncture needle puncture the plug 33 more accurately and prevent deviation in the puncturing process, but also properly increase the insertion and extraction resistance of the liquid collection tube assembly 3 to make the operator feel a certain pushing hand feeling, thereby avoiding the situation that the puncture is not accurate due to too fast pushing speed when the liquid collection tube assembly 3 is pushed towards the inner end of the puncture needle, and further avoiding the inner end of the puncture needle from being inserted into the liquid collection tube cavity, i.e. effectively improving the stability and reliability of the puncturing and drainage process. In addition, the liquid collecting pipe assembly 3 can be prevented from being separated from the outer cylinder body and falling off when the aqueous humor collecting device 100 is taken, so that the reliability of the product is improved. Preferably, a plurality of sets of annular grooves 35 and corresponding annular stoppers 37 may be provided for better results.
In order to reduce the production difficulty and the production cost, the annular limiting part 37 can be preferably set to be a rubber ring or other elastic rings which are easy to obtain and cheap, and the elastic contact is formed between the annular limiting part 37 made of the elastic material and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder body, so that the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder body can be prevented from being abraded due to excessive friction.
Further, a groove vent hole 36 which is through along the axial direction of the outer cylinder barrel cavity can be formed on the groove side wall of the annular groove 35, so that the barrel cavity area of the outer cylinder barrel cavity between the pipe plug 33 and the puncture needle mounting end can be communicated with the atmospheric environment through the groove vent hole 36, thereby preventing the smooth plugging and unplugging of the liquid sampling pipe assembly 3 from being influenced by the formation of an air plug in the outer cylinder barrel cavity, and further improving the use reliability of the aqueous humor collecting device 100.
As shown in fig. 12 to 16, the shaking prevention structure may further include a limiting protrusion 6 protruding from the outer circumferential wall of the liquid production pipe assembly 3 or from the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder, and both radial ends of the limiting protrusion 6 are respectively connected to the outer circumferential wall of the liquid production pipe assembly 3 and the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder, so as to prevent the liquid production pipe assembly 3 from shaking radially.
When the limiting protrusion 6 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the liquid production pipe assembly 3, the limiting protrusion 6 can be integrally formed on the peripheral wall of the liquid production pipe 31. Or, a pipe kit 34 sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the liquid production pipe 31 can be arranged in the liquid production pipe assembly 3, and the limiting protrusion 6 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the pipe kit 34, because the pipe kit 34 is a detachable piece, the pipe kit can be reused, and the difficulty in forming the limiting protrusion 6 on the pipe kit 34 is relatively smaller, which is more beneficial to reducing the production cost.
Further, the tube set 34 may be provided as an elastic tube set to prevent the liquid production tube 31 from being broken due to rigid contact when subjected to a radial limiting action, thereby reducing the risk of aqueous humor leakage.
In some embodiments, the anti-shaking structure can include a plurality of spacing protrusions 6 arranged at intervals in sequence along the circumferential direction, and can ensure that the liquid collecting pipe 31 and the outer cylinder body cavity are coaxially arranged, so that the liquid collecting pipe 31 can be ensured to be smoothly inserted and pulled along the axial direction. In addition, because the exhaust gaps are formed among the plurality of spacing bulges 6 which are mutually spaced, the cylinder cavity area of the outer cylinder body between the puncture needle mounting end and the pipe plug 33 can be communicated with the atmospheric environment through the exhaust gaps, thereby avoiding the influence on the smooth plugging and unplugging of the liquid production pipe assembly 3 caused by the formation of the air plug in the cylinder cavity of the outer cylinder body. For example, referring to fig. 12 and 14, a plurality of the limiting protrusions 6 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction may be provided in a convex shape.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the limiting protrusion 6 may also be formed to extend continuously in the circumferential direction. When the limiting protrusion 6 is formed on the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder, an air discharge gap is preferably formed between the limiting protrusion 6 and the outer circumferential wall of the liquid production pipe assembly 3 to avoid air embolism. When the limit projection 6 is formed on the outer circumferential wall of the production pipe assembly 3, an air discharge gap is preferably formed between the limit projection 6 and the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder. For example, referring to fig. 13, 15 and 16, the circumferentially continuously extending stopper projection 6 may be provided in a corrugated shape or a helical tooth shape.
For further improving the plug stability of liquid production pipe subassembly 3, no matter spacing arch 6 is along the tube length direction interval setting in proper order of liquid production pipe subassembly 3, or is along the continuous extension shaping of tube length direction, all preferably sets up spacing arch 6 along the total span of tube length direction for not less than the half of liquid production pipe length. In other words, when the number of the arrangement of the restricting projections 6 in the pipe length direction is sufficiently large, the formation of the fulcrum on the outer circumferential wall of the production pipe assembly 3 can be avoided, thereby more reliably preventing the production pipe assembly 3 from shaking in the radial direction.
In some embodiments the production tubing assembly 3 further comprises a support tube rack 32 for fixedly mounting the production tubing 31. In this structure, the shaking prevention structure can be provided between the outer circumferential wall of the support pipe frame 32 and the inner circumferential wall of the outer cylinder, as shown in fig. 17 to 22, for example. This support pipe support 32 can improve the stability of production pipe subassembly 3 better and can reduce the risk that production pipe subassembly 3 breaks because of receiving the collision or pressing the lapse.
Because after aqueous humor gathers, need take out the liquid production pipe alone, consequently the connected mode between liquid production pipe 31 and the support pipe support 32 will satisfy stability and quick assembly disassembly's requirement simultaneously. Preferably, the production pipe 31 and the support pipe frame 32 can be fixed by screwing or snapping connection.
For example, referring to fig. 11, the liquid production pipe 31 is connected with the support pipe frame 32 by a snap fit, and when the liquid production pipe 31 needs to be inserted into the support pipe frame 32, the liquid production pipe 31 is pushed to the right until the pipe frame snap fit 321 is snapped into the liquid production pipe snap fit groove 311, so that the liquid production pipe 31 and the support pipe frame 32 can be mutually locked by the snap fit. When the production pipe 31 needs to be taken out, the pipe support buckle button 322 can be pressed, so that the pipe support buckle 321 is lifted to be separated from the production pipe clamping groove 311, and the production pipe 31 can be quickly taken out from the support pipe support 32.
In some embodiments, aqueous humor collection device 100 further includes a needle hub 4 for fixedly mounting the puncture needle 2. Wherein, the outer end of the puncture needle extends out from the outer end of the needle seat, the inner end of the puncture needle extends out from the inner end of the needle seat, and the inner end of the needle seat and the installation end of the puncture needle form quick plug connection, thereby being beneficial to reducing the installation difficulty and improving the assembly efficiency. For example, the inner end of the needle seat and the mounting end of the puncture needle can be in threaded connection or buckling connection.
In some embodiments, aqueous humor collection device 100 further comprises a puncture-proof barrier 5, wherein puncture-proof barrier 5 is used to isolate the inner end of the puncture needle from plug 33 in the axial direction of the outer barrel lumen to prevent the inner end of the puncture needle from puncturing plug 33 in the event that the anterior chamber puncture is not performed using aqueous humor collection device 100, i.e., to effectively prevent device failure before nonuse. The puncture-preventing barrier 5 prevents the aqueous humor collecting device 100 from being disabled, for example, during transportation or in the case of erroneous operation by medical staff. Of course, in order not to affect the normal puncture drainage of the aqueous humor collecting device 100, the puncture preventing spacer 5 is provided as a detachable member, and the puncture preventing spacer 5 can be detached before the puncture is performed.
For example, referring to fig. 4, a spacer cartridge slot 11 may be provided in the circumferential wall of the outer barrel 1 such that the spacer cartridge slot 11 and the outer barrel bore communicate with each other in the bore area between the inner end of the puncture needle and the plug 33, and the puncture-proof spacer 5 may be inserted into the bore area through the spacer cartridge slot 11 and interposed between the inner end of the puncture needle and the plug 33, thereby isolating the inner end of the puncture needle and the plug 33 from each other. When the anti-puncture isolating piece 5 needs to be removed, the anti-puncture isolating piece can be quickly pulled out from the isolating piece inserting groove 11, and the operation is quite convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, in order to better avoid the formation of air lock in the outer cylinder cavity and thus the influence of the smooth insertion and extraction of the liquid production tube assembly 3, a plug air vent channel 331 arranged along the extending direction of the outer cylinder cavity may be formed at the radial outer edge portion of the plug 33, and the cavity region of the outer cylinder cavity between the plug 33 and the puncture needle mounting end may be communicated with the atmosphere through the plug air vent channel 331 and the peripheral wall air vent gap between the liquid production tube 31 and the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder. In other words, the outer cylinder chamber communicates in sequence with the chamber region between the plunger 33 and the puncture needle mounting end, the plunger vent passage 331 and the circumferential wall vent gap, and the atmosphere.
In order to improve the ventilation effect and make the structure of the pipe plug 33 more uniform and reasonable, a plurality of pipe plug exhaust channels 331 are arranged along the axial extension of the cylinder cavity of the outer cylinder body and are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the pipe plug 33.
The specific shape of the plug vent passage 331 may be determined as needed, and for example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a plug vent groove provided with a groove opening facing radially outward may be formed as the plug vent passage 331 on the outer peripheral wall of the plug 33. In other words, the plug exhaust passage 331 may be provided as an exhaust passage whose peripheral wall is open. Alternatively, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the passage peripheral wall of the plug exhaust passage 331 may be provided as a closed peripheral wall, that is, the plug exhaust passage 331 may be provided as an exhaust passage whose peripheral wall is closed. In addition, the cross section of the plug exhaust path 331 may be formed in various shapes such as a semicircle, a square, or an arc.
In some embodiments, the plug 33 includes a plug central portion for sealing the opening of the production pipe and a plug outer ring portion located radially outside the plug central portion and provided with a plug exhaust channel 331, and in order to ensure the inside and outside ventilation, the plug outer ring portion may be at least partially configured as a loose ventilation structure, but it is still necessary to ensure the sealing performance of the plug central portion.
In order to ensure that the inner end of the puncture needle does not shake when puncturing the pipe plug 33 to affect the puncturing accuracy, a puncturing guide blind hole 332 for guiding the inner end of the puncture needle to penetrate through can be arranged at the end part of the pipe plug 33, and the outer contour shape of the inner end of the puncture needle is matched with the shape of the puncturing guide blind hole 332. For example, referring to FIG. 3, the needle inner end and blind puncture hole 332 can be configured in matching elongated conical shapes.
It should be noted that during the process of the inner end of the puncture needle puncturing the plug 33, the axial water outlet hole 22 at the inner end of the puncture needle may be blocked by the plug material, so that the drainage is blocked and the device cannot work normally. Therefore, in order to avoid the situation of flow interruption, the peripheral wall water outlet hole 21 communicated with the needle cavity of the puncture needle 2 can be arranged on the peripheral wall at the inner end of the puncture needle, and under the structure, even if the axial water outlet hole 22 is blocked by a pipe plug material, aqueous humor can also flow out of the pipe cavity of the liquid collecting pipe through the peripheral wall water outlet hole 21, so that the working reliability of the device is ensured.
In addition, the axial distance between the peripheral wall outlet hole 21 and the axial outlet hole 22 should not be too large, otherwise, after the axial outlet hole 22 is inserted into the tube cavity of the liquid production tube, the peripheral wall outlet hole 21 is still located in the plug 33 and is blocked, so that the peripheral wall outlet hole 21 is not effective. For this reason, the axial distance between the hole center of the circumferential wall outlet hole 21 and the hole center of the axial outlet hole 22 may preferably be set to be not more than 3mm, so as to ensure that the circumferential wall outlet hole 21 can be located in the production pipe cavity without being blocked after the axial outlet hole 22 is inserted into the production pipe cavity.
