Description

Anterior cervical vertebral uncinate joint exposing and expanding system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a cervical vertebra anterior uncinate joint exposure and opening system.
Background
Anterior cervical fusion is the most widely used surgical technique in the cervical surgery field at present, is the gold standard for treating cervical spondylosis, but has the defects and limitations of treatment, and the loss of the activity of the surgical segment is an important point. Loss of surgical segment mobility may result in a decrease in overall cervical spine mobility and may also induce degeneration of adjacent segments.
Aiming at the cervical spondylosis of the nerve root protruding out of one side, the current operation mode still takes discectomy and bone grafting fusion as the main aspects, and the loss of the activity of the operation section is also unavoidable. For this type of patient, we explored treatments aimed at removing only the pressor, retaining the cervical disc, and also retaining the surgical segment mobility. The method can be used for the early treatment of anterior cervical approach fusion, and can delay or even avoid the possibility of anterior cervical approach fusion. In addition, it is also possible to achieve cervical fusion by fusion of one or both uncinate joints.
