As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, the disclosed anterior cervical vertebra uncinate joint exposure and distraction system comprises a distraction arm 1 and a handle 2, wherein the surface of the distraction arm 1 is smooth, the upper end of the distraction arm 1 is connected with the handle 2, a drag hook 3 is arranged at the lower end of the distraction arm 1, the drag hook 3 bends towards the front side of the distraction arm 1, and the surface of the drag hook 3 is smooth and has no acute angle. There is drainage channel 4 in the strut arm 1, and the lower extreme of drainage channel 4 runs through the lower extreme of strut arm 1, and the upper portion lateral wall of strut arm 1 has the opening 6 with drainage channel 4 upper end intercommunication. When the LED lamp is used, the direct-current power supply inputs direct-current voltage to the touch switch, the touch switch outputs direct-current voltage to the LED lamp after sensing touch signals, the touch switch can output different driving voltages according to different sensed touch times, intelligent touch control of the LED lamp is realized, the brightness of the LED lamp 9 can be selected according to actual lighting requirements, the operation is convenient, the hand feeling is good, and touch can be realized. The LED lamp is embedded in the side wall of the supporting arm 1, so that the surface of the LED lamp is flush with the surface of the supporting arm 1, and the surface of the supporting arm is kept smooth.
The invention can expose the uncinate joint from the side to reach the intervertebral foramen at one side, is convenient for taking out the protruded intervertebral disc, can realize the effect of cervical vertebra fusion in the later stage by the uncinate joint fusion mode, is beneficial to reducing the operation wound and shortens the operation time. The invention is especially suitable for exposing and expanding the outer side of the uncinate joint during the anterior approach operation of the cervical vertebra.
