An embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, or the like. For electronic devices, in order to mount a camera without opening a hole on a screen to realize a full screen, the electronic devices are generally provided with a retractable camera. When the camera needs to take a picture or take a picture, the camera can extend out of the electronic equipment under the driving of the driving device; when the camera does not need to take a picture or take a picture, the camera can be retracted into the electronic equipment under the driving of the driving device, so that the space of the screen is not occupied.
However, in the process of extending and retracting the camera, external static electricity is easily introduced, so that components inside the electronic equipment are damaged. In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which can solve the above problem.
The electronic device includes a housing 1 and a camera assembly 3. The housing 1 may include a front case 11 and a rear case (not shown), the front case 11 and the rear case may be fastened to each other, and the front case 11 and the rear case enclose a space for accommodating the camera assembly 3. The front housing 11 and the rear housing may be made of metal, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel. Alternatively, the front housing 11 may be made of metal, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, and the rear housing may be made of plastic.
The camera component 3 can slide to the camera extending casing 1 or retracting casing 1 under the driving of a driving device, which can be an electric driving device, and the camera component 3 is driven to slide by signal control or circuit control. The driving device may also be a mechanical driving device, and the camera head assembly 3 is driven to slide by the cooperation of a gear and a rack or other transmission mechanisms. The camera assembly 3 may include a camera bracket 31 and a camera (not shown), the camera is fixed to the camera bracket 31, the camera may be used as a front camera, and when a user needs to take a picture, the camera can extend out of the housing 1 along with the camera bracket 31 under the driving of the driving device; when the camera does not need to take a picture, the camera can be retracted into the shell 1 along with the camera support 31 under the driving of the driving device.
In the process of extension and retraction of the camera, static electricity is easily introduced into the shell 1. In order to avoid electrostatic damage to the electronics inside the housing 1, the housing 1 is provided with a conductive member 2. The conductive element 2 may be disposed on the front casing 11, and when the rear casing is made of metal, the conductive element 2 may also be disposed on the rear casing.
As a specific embodiment, the conductive member 2 may be disposed at the front case 11. The camera is used as a front camera, and the conductive piece 2 is arranged on the front shell 11, so that the electrostatic transfer path is short, and the aim of rapidly eliminating static electricity is fulfilled. Of course, the camera may be a rear camera as needed, and is not limited herein. However, when the retractable camera is used as a front camera, the occupied space of the screen can be reduced, thereby being more beneficial for the electronic device to be designed to be a full screen. The camera holder 31 may be made of metal, alloy, or stainless steel. Under drive arrangement's drive, when camera support 31 drove the camera and retract into casing 1, camera support 31 contacted with electrically conductive 2, and at this moment, the static that camera assembly 3 conducted conducts is conducted casing 1 through camera support 31, electrically conductive 2 inside casing 1, realizes effective ground connection, has eliminated the influence of static to electronic equipment.
Under drive arrangement's drive, when camera support 31 drove the camera and stretches out to outside the casing 1, camera support 31 contacted with electrically conductive 2, and at this moment, the static that camera assembly 3 conducted conducts is conducted casing 1 through camera support 31, electrically conductive 2 inside casing 1, realizes effective ground connection, has eliminated the influence of static to electronic equipment.
The conductive member 2 may be made of metal, stainless steel, or copper, and is fixed to the housing 1 by welding or other processes or other fixing methods.
The conductive piece 2 can be a part of integrated into one piece, and this part has the position that two places can electrically conduct simultaneously, and when camera support 31 drove the camera retraction to casing 1 in, camera support 31 contacted with a position of conductive piece 2, when camera support 31 drove the camera and stretched out to casing 1 outside, camera support 31 contacted with another position of conductive piece 2.
The conductive member 2 may also be two components separately provided, that is, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the conductive member 2 includes a first conductive member 21 and a second conductive member 22. The positions of the first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22 on the housing 1 can correspond to the positions of the camera holder 31 that is extended and retracted, respectively. The second conductive member 22 is positioned above the first conductive member 21 when the electronic device is in an upright position in use. When the camera bracket 31 drives the camera to retract into the housing 1, the camera bracket 31 contacts with the first conductive member 21. When the camera bracket 31 drives the camera to extend out of the housing 1, the camera bracket 31 contacts with the second conductive member 22.
The conductive elements 2 are set as the first conductive element 21 and the second conductive element 22 which are separately arranged, so that the distance between the first conductive element 21 and the second conductive element 22 is matched with the expansion stroke of the camera assembly 3, and the unconnected part between the first conductive element 21 and the second conductive element 22 can be used for arranging other parts, thereby saving the space in the electronic equipment and contributing to the thinning of the electronic equipment.
The first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22 may be in various structures, such as a conductive wire, or a conductive sheet, as long as electrostatic conduction between the camera holder 31 and the housing 1 can be achieved.
The first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22 may have the same or different structures. The present embodiment takes the same structure of the first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22 as an example for explanation.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a first specific implementation of a first conductive component in an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the first conductive member 21 includes a body 211 and a contact piece 212 connected to each other. The body 211 is fixed on the housing 1 and can form surface joint with the housing 1 so as to occupy less space. The contact piece 212 is provided to be tilted up from the body 211 and is used for contact with the camera holder 31.
When the camera holder 31 drives the camera to retract into the housing 1, the camera holder 31 contacts with the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 21, and the static electricity is conducted to the body 211 of the first conductive member 21 through the contact piece 212 and then conducted to the housing 1.
When the camera holder 31 drives the camera to extend out of the housing 1, the camera holder 31 contacts with the contact piece 212 of the second conductive member 22, and the static electricity is conducted to the body 211 of the second conductive member 22 through the contact piece 212 and then conducted to the housing 1.
In the above structure of the first conductive member 21 and/or the second conductive member 22, the contact piece 212 is fixedly connected with the housing 1 through the body 211, and a surface fit can be formed between the body 211 and the housing 1, so that the reliability of connection of the contact piece 212 on the housing 1 is improved, and the contact piece 212 is prevented from falling off after the electronic device is used for a long time.
In a specific embodiment, the material of the contact piece 212 is an elastic material, and when the contact piece 212 is contacted with the camera holder 31, the contact piece 212 can be contacted with the camera holder 31 more tightly, so that the electrostatic transmission process is more reliable. The first conductive member 21 and/or the second conductive member 22 may be made of copper, and the first conductive member 21 may be a sheet-shaped structure as a whole, forming a copper sheet with a thickness of 0.1 mm. A part of the thin copper sheet is used as the contact piece 212, which has a better deformation effect and is in close contact with the camera bracket 31.
In a specific embodiment, the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 21 is arranged so that the deformation direction (the direction pointing from X to Y in fig. 3) is the same as the direction in which the camera holder 31 protrudes; the contact piece 212 of the second conductive member 22 is arranged in the same direction of deformation (direction pointing from Y to X in fig. 6) as the direction in which the camera holder 31 retracts. In this embodiment, when the first conductive member 21 is located on the housing 1 such that the camera holder 31 is retracted, the camera holder 31 contacts the first conductive member 21, and when the second conductive member 22 is located on the housing 1 such that the camera holder 31 is extended, the camera holder 31 contacts the second conductive member 22.
During assembly, because the contact piece 212 and the housing 1 have a certain angle tending to be vertical, the camera support 31 is installed in the housing 1 along the retraction direction of the camera, the contact piece 212 of the first conductive piece 21 is set to be deformed in the same direction as the extension direction of the camera support 31, during assembly, the contact piece 212 of the first conductive piece 21 can prevent the camera support 31 from continuing to advance, and the camera support 31 is reliably pressed by using the elastic force generated by deformation, so that the camera support 31 is ensured to be reliably contacted with the contact piece 212 of the first conductive piece 21, and static electricity is more sufficiently conducted.
The contact piece 212 of the second conductive piece 22 is set to be in the same deformation direction as the retraction direction of the camera support 31, when the camera support 31 is assembled, the contact piece 212 of the second conductive piece 22 does not obstruct the advance of the camera support 31, when the camera support 31 extends out, the contact piece 212 of the second conductive piece 22 can obstruct the camera support 31, and then the camera support 31 is pressed tightly, so that the reliable contact between the camera support 31 and the contact piece 212 of the second conductive piece 22 is ensured, and the conduction of static electricity is more sufficient.
The connection form of the body 211 and the contact piece 212 may be various, the body 211 may be a solid sheet structure, and the contact piece 212 is fixed on the solid sheet structure by welding or other processes, so as to form the first conductive member 21 and/or the second conductive member 22.
As shown in fig. 7, as a specific embodiment, a through hole 213 is formed on the body 211, and the contact piece 212 is integrally bent from the body 211 along a sidewall of the through hole 213. In this embodiment, the body 211 and the contact piece 212 are integrally formed, and this structure satisfies the strength requirement of the contact piece 212, and at the same time, the elastic deformation performance of the contact piece 212 is better, so that the contact with the camera holder 31 is more reliable, and the conduction of static electricity is more sufficient. The through hole 213 is provided to facilitate the process of the contact piece 212, and the through hole 213 may be a square hole or a hole with other shapes as long as the shape of the contact piece 213 can be matched.
Fig. 8 is a top view of the semi-finished structure of the first conductive member in fig. 7, and as a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, when the contact piece 212 is bent to completely fall into the through hole 213, the contact piece 212 and the body 211 have a gap 214 therebetween except for the connecting portion between the contact piece 212 and the body 211. The first electrically conductive member 21 is shown in fig. 8 as a semi-finished product before it is formed as an integrated part with the housing 1. The provision of the gap 214 facilitates the processing of the contact piece 212, and the contact piece 212 is bent through the gap 214 before the first conductive member 21 is fixed to the housing 1, thereby forming the structure shown in fig. 7. Moreover, the gap 214 allows the contact piece 212 to have a more flexible deformation space, so that the contact piece 212 is in contact with the camera holder 31 more closely.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a camera holder in an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 9, as a specific implementation, the camera holder 31 includes a fixing portion 311 and a conductive portion 312. The camera is fixed to the fixing portion 311, and the conductive portion 312 includes a first contact portion 312c and a second contact portion 312 d. When the camera bracket 31 drives the camera to retract into the housing 1, the first contact portion 312c contacts the first conductive member 21; when the camera holder 31 drives the camera to extend out of the housing 1, the second contact portion 312d contacts the second conductive member 22.
The camera may be embedded in the fixing portion 311, and the conductive portion 312 and the fixing portion 311 are made of metal, and may be integrally formed. The conductive portion 312 may have various structures, for example, the conductive portion 312 has a block shape with a certain length, or may have an irregular shape, as long as the conductive portion 312 has a first contact portion 312c and a second contact portion 312d, and the first contact portion 312c and the second contact portion 312d can contact with the first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22, respectively.
As a specific embodiment, the conductive portion 312 includes a rod 312a, and the rod 312a is provided with a slide hole 312 b. The end of the rod 312a away from the fixing portion 311 is a first contact portion 312c, and the bottom wall of the sliding hole 312b is a second contact portion 312 d.
When the camera holder 31 is retracted into the housing 1, the rod 312a is far away from the end of the fixing portion 311, i.e. the first contact portion 312c contacts the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 21. When the camera holder 31 is extended to the outside of the housing 1, the bottom wall of the slide hole 312b, i.e., the second contact portion 312d, contacts the contact piece 212 of the second conductive member 22.
As a specific embodiment, the electronic apparatus further includes a guide 4, see fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating a change in the operation of the camera head assembly in the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application, in which the guide 4 is accommodated in the slide hole 312b and can be slidably engaged with the slide hole 312 b. The guide 4 can be fixed on the housing 1, and the guide 4 can guide the sliding direction of the rod 312a, so that the camera can be retracted and extended along a predetermined track to prevent the camera from deviating from a set position. The arrangement of the guiding element 4 can also ensure that the contact positions of the camera support 31 and the first conductive element 21 and the second conductive element 22 are more accurate, and the insufficient contact surface caused by the deviation track of the camera support 31 and the insufficient static elimination are prevented.
The guide 4 may be cylindrical in shape, with an external profile able to match the aforementioned slide hole 312 b. When the camera holder 31 is retracted, the guide 4 is fixed, and the camera holder 31 moves in a downward direction in fig. 10 by the engagement of the slide hole 312b and the guide 4, so that the first contact portion 312c at the bottom of the rod 312a contacts the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 21.
When the camera holder 31 is extended, the guide member 4 is fixed, and the camera holder 31 moves in the upward direction in fig. 10 by the cooperation of the slide hole 312b and the guide member 4, and the guide member 4 cooperates with the bottom wall of the slide hole 312b to press the contact piece 212 of the second conductive member 22, so that the contact between the second contact portion 312d of the camera holder 31 and the contact piece 212 of the second conductive member 22 is tighter.
While the conductive member 2 includes the first conductive member 21 and the second conductive member 22 separately, the conductive member 2 may be an integrally formed component, which will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a second specific implementation of a first conductive component in an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As another specific embodiment, the conductive member 2 includes a main body portion 2a, a first contact member 2b, and a second contact member 2c which are integrally formed. The position of the first contact member 2b on the main body 2a can correspond to the first contact portion 312c of the camera holder 31, and the position of the second contact member 2c on the main body 2a can correspond to the second contact portion 312d of the camera holder 31.
When the camera support 31 drives the camera to retract into the shell 1, the camera support 31 is in contact with the first contact member 2 b; when the camera bracket 31 drives the camera to extend out of the housing 1, the camera bracket 31 contacts with the second contact member 2 c.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the structure of the conductive member 2 is realized by only one integrally molded component, and the cost of the components is saved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the deformation direction of the first contact member 2b may be the same as the deformation direction of the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 21 shown in fig. 3, and the deformation direction of the second contact member 2c may be the same as the deformation direction of the contact piece 212 of the first conductive member 22 shown in fig. 6, which is not described herein again.
To sum up, among the electronic equipment that this application embodiment provided, casing 1 sets up electrically conductive 2, and camera support 31 that sets up camera subassembly 3 all can contact with electrically conductive 2 when the two kinds of states that retract and stretch out, realizes effective ground connection to introduce the inside static elimination of casing 1 with camera subassembly 3, avoided the inside components and parts of casing 1 to receive the damage.
