Claims (8)

1. A brush holder, comprising:
a brush holder support (100);
and a conductive circuit sheet (200) embedded in the brush holder support; the surface of the brush holder support is provided with a plurality of injection molding positioning grooves (33), and the bottoms of the injection molding positioning grooves are provided with plastic bottom plates formed by injection molding; the middle part of the brush holder support is provided with a wiring groove (9) which runs through the front surface and the back surface; the conductive circuit sheet comprises a first part (1) and a second part (2) which are disconnected with each other, one ends of the first part and one end of the second part are integrated and exposed in a wiring groove, a first punching groove (6) is formed between the parts, exposed in the wiring groove, of the first part and the second part, the first part and the second part on two sides of the first punching groove are respectively provided with an arched reinforcing rib (10) which is formed by punching and protrudes outwards towards the front face of the brush holder support, and the extending direction of the reinforcing rib is basically vertical to the extending direction of the first punching groove;
a second wiring end (12) is fixedly connected to the second component, the second component is an arched bending sheet with two ends positioned on the same side, the second wiring end is provided with an arch back area of the bending sheet, and the second wiring end is provided with a first welding ring (13); a first welding fixing groove (14) matched with the first welding ring is formed in the brush holder support, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the first welding ring are partially exposed; one end of the bending sheet, which is far away from the wiring groove, is provided with a first connecting sheet contact part (15); a convex first contact piece (16) is arranged on the inner side of the arch belly of the bending piece, a convex transverse contact piece (17) is further arranged on the inner side of the second part, the transverse contact piece has a height position different from that of the first breaking groove, and two ends of the transverse contact piece are embedded in the wiring grooves; and a limiting supporting block is further arranged in the wiring groove and is positioned between the cross contact piece and the first punching groove.

A brush holder according to claim 1, wherein the conductive trace further comprises a third member (3) disconnected from the first member and the second member, the third member being integrated with and exposed in the wiring groove at one end thereof, the portion of the third member exposed in the wiring groove being located on the side of the portion of the second member exposed in the wiring groove and away from the portion of the first member exposed in the wiring groove; the second part and the third part are exposed between the parts of the wiring grooves and are provided with a second punching groove (7) formed by punching, and the third part at one side of the second punching groove is also provided with an arched reinforcing rib which is formed by punching and protrudes outwards towards the front side of the brush holder support; the reinforcing ribs on the two sides of the first punching groove and the second punching groove are positioned on the same extension straight line.

A brush holder according to claim 2, wherein the other end of the first member is fixedly connected to a first terminal (11), the brush holder support has two carbon brushes (28) at one side of the wiring groove, the carbon brushes have brush holes (29) formed therethrough, the brush holes of the two carbon brushes are spaced apart from each other, and the first terminal and the second terminal are embedded in one end of the carbon brushes.

A brush holder according to claim 3, further comprising a fourth part (4) and a fifth part (5) disconnected from the first and second parts, the fourth and fifth parts each having one end integral with and exposed in the wiring groove, and the fourth and fifth parts each having a third punched groove (8) formed by punching between the parts exposed in the wiring groove, the fourth and fifth parts on either side of the third punched groove each having a punched arched reinforcing rib projecting outwardly from the front face of the holder support.

A brush holder according to claim 4, wherein the other end of the fifth part is bent around the terminal groove to extend away from the first solder ring and is fixedly connected to a second solder ring (18); a second welding fixing groove (19) matched with the second welding ring is formed in the brush holder support, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the second welding ring are partially exposed; a second connecting sheet contact part (20) is arranged on one side of the second welding ring and opposite to the first connecting sheet contact part; the brush yoke support is provided with a connecting piece accommodating groove (21), the first connecting piece contact part and the second connecting piece contact part are locally installed in the connecting piece accommodating groove, and the front surface and the back surface of the connecting piece are at least locally exposed.

A brush holder according to claim 2, 3, 4 or 5, characterized in that the other end of the third member is provided with an arc-shaped welding arc (22), and the holder base is provided with a third welding holder groove (23) adapted to the welding arc, in which third welding holder groove the welding arc is fixed and partly exposed.

A brush holder according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the other end of the fourth member extends towards the soffit of the bent piece and is provided with a second contact piece (24) arranged opposite the first contact piece, and the wiring groove is provided with a fixing frame for fixing the first contact piece and the second contact piece such that the upper and lower surfaces of the first contact piece and the second contact piece are partially exposed.
8. A brush holder according to claim 2, 3, 4 or 5, characterized in that a terminal lug (25) is welded between the second part and the third part, and the front side of the brush holder support is provided with a convex terminal barrel (26), and the terminal of the terminal lug extends into the terminal barrel.
