本发明一种双轨调节接地线夹,具有接地卡钳头和绝缘杆,接地卡钳头和绝缘杆相连接,接地卡钳头是由7字形上夹臂和L形下夹臂构成的半开放框体,7字形上夹臂包括有横臂A和竖臂A,横臂A外侧端头设有挡钩,竖臂A上开有滑动槽,竖臂A的滑动槽下方设有接地螺栓,L形下夹臂包括有横臂A'和竖臂A',竖臂A'的外侧壁上设有至少一个调节螺柱,调节螺柱穿过7字形上夹臂滑动槽用锁紧螺母固定,竖臂A'内壁设导轨,导轨与压块的一侧连接,压块底部与螺杆一端连接,螺杆另一端穿过L形下夹臂的横臂A'与弹簧一端连接,弹簧另一端与绝缘杆连接;本发明结构简单,使用方便,提高接地卡钳卡口开口度,能牢牢卡住矩形母线排旋紧时不打转。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备领域,尤其是一种双轨调节接地线夹。
背景技术
目前电力系统中,各类型电力设备从节约占地考虑,都朝着小型化紧凑型发展,设备正常运行没有问题,但是设备运行一段时间后都要停电进行检修,检修就要接地。常规电力工具在变压器低压母线桥矩形母线排临时接地,需要登高且接地钳口开口宽度有限,其上端钳夹为平直结构,夹接不是很牢固,导致矩形母线排接地困难,所以研制一种组装方便,安全可靠能在矩形母线桥上快速接地工具至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对以上缺点进行改进,提供结构简单,制作方便,既提高了接地卡钳卡口开口度,适用于不同规格厚度的母线排可靠接地,又能牢牢卡住矩形母线排旋紧时不打转的一种双轨调节接地线夹。
本发明一种双轨调节接地线夹,具有接地卡钳头和绝缘杆,接地卡钳头和绝缘杆相连接,其特征在于:所述接地卡钳头是由7字形上夹臂和L形下夹臂构成的半开放框体,7字形上夹臂包括有横臂A和竖臂A,横臂A外侧端头设有挡钩,竖臂A上开有滑动槽,竖臂A的滑动槽下方设有接地螺栓,所述L形下夹臂包括有横臂A'和竖臂A',所述竖臂A'的外侧壁上设有至少一个调节螺柱,调节螺柱穿过7字形上夹臂的滑动槽并用锁紧螺母固定,竖臂A'的内壁上设有导轨,导轨上与一压块的一侧配合连接,压块的底部与一螺杆一端连接,螺杆另一端穿过L形下夹臂的横臂A'与弹簧一端固定连接,弹簧的另一端与绝缘杆固定连接。
所述7字形上夹臂的横臂A内壁上设有凹口。
所述绝缘杆是由至少两根杆体构成,其中在头端的绝缘杆上装有与其同轴布置的绝缘子,绝缘子上设有若干层绝缘裙边,头端的绝缘杆顶端面上设有一圈LED灯,头端的绝缘杆内设有供电电源,供电电源与LED灯连接。
所述在7字形上夹臂的接地螺栓下方设有压线卡。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,钳口采用双轨调节滑道,使卡口大小在0-150毫米内任意调节,适用于不同规格厚度的母线排可靠接地固,钳口顶端鹰嘴设计,牢牢卡住矩形母线排旋紧时不打转,实现快速可靠接地的目的,绝缘杆上的绝缘裙边可防止杆体在空气较湿润的操作环境下发生爬电,保证操作人员的安全,绝缘杆上的LED灯可方便操作人员在较暗环境下的安全操作,绝缘杆上弹簧可使钳头和杆体能形成一定的弯折角度,便于在狭窄空间操作。

参见图1-2,本发明一种双轨调节接地线夹,具有接地卡钳头和绝缘杆1,接地卡钳头和绝缘杆相连接,所述接地卡钳头是由7字形上夹臂2和L形下夹臂3构成的半开放框体,7字形上夹臂包括有横臂A4和竖臂A5,横臂A外侧端头设有挡钩14,竖臂A上开有滑动槽6,竖臂A的滑动槽下方设有接地螺栓7,所述L形下夹臂包括有横臂A'8和竖臂A'9,所述竖臂A'的外侧壁上设有至少一个调节螺柱10,调节螺柱穿过7字形上夹臂的滑动槽并用锁紧螺母11固定,竖臂A'的内壁上设有导轨12,导轨上与一压块13的一侧配合连接,压块的底部与一螺杆15一端连接,螺杆另一端穿过L形下夹臂的横臂A'与弹簧17一端固定连接,弹簧的另一端与绝缘杆固定连接;所述7字形上夹臂的横臂A内壁上设有凹口16;所述绝缘杆是由至少两根杆体构成,其中在头端的绝缘杆上装有与其同轴布置的绝缘子,绝缘子上设有若干层绝缘裙边18,头端的绝缘杆顶端面上设有一圈LED灯,头端的绝缘杆内设有供电电源,供电电源与LED灯连接;所述在7字形上夹臂的接地螺栓下方设有压线卡20。
