Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of one or more embodiments of the present description as detailed in the accompanying claims.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding method are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described in this specification. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than described in this specification. Furthermore, individual steps described in this specification, in other embodiments, may be described as being split into multiple steps; while various steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of a community service implementation system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, a number of electronic devices, such as a cell phone 13, a cell phone 14, a cell phone 15, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. In the running process, the server 11 may run a program on the server side of a certain application to implement a relevant service function of the application, for example, when the server 11 runs a program of the mobile community service platform, the server may be implemented as a service end of the mobile community service platform. In the technical solution of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the server 11 may cooperate with the clients running on the handsets 13-15 to form a implementation solution of the community service.
In this embodiment, the mobile community service platform not only can realize a communication function, but also can be used as an integrated function platform of a plurality of community services, for example, an approval service (such as leave, office article claim, financial etc. approval service), an attendance service, etc. for a property person, for example, a take-out service, a neighborhood social service, a smart home service, etc. for an owner or tenant, for example, a management service, a monitoring service, etc. for public facilities in a community, which is not limited by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
More specifically, the mobile community service platform may be carried in an instant messaging application in the related art, such as an enterprise instant messaging (Enterprise Instant Messaging, EIM) application, for example Skype ForMicrosoft/> Etc. Of course, the instant messaging function is only one of the communication functions supported by the mobile community service platform, and the mobile community service platform can also realize more other community services such as the above, which will not be described herein.
The handsets 13-15 are but one type of electronic device that may be used by a user. Indeed, it is obvious that the user may also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, palm top computers (PDAs, personal Digital Assistants), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., as one or more embodiments of the present description are not limited in this regard. In the running process, the electronic device can run a program at the client side of a certain application to realize relevant service functions of the application, for example, when the electronic device runs a program of the mobile community service platform, the electronic device can be realized as the client side of the mobile community service platform.
It should be noted that: an application program of a client of the mobile community service platform can be pre-installed on the electronic device, so that the client can be started and run on the electronic device; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-15 and the server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the network 12 may include a public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) and the internet.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for implementing community services according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-15 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
step 202, according to a logged-in user on a client of a communication application, displaying a service display interface corresponding to a community to which the logged-in user belongs, wherein the service display interface comprises at least one function entry of community service.
In one embodiment, the communication application may be any communication application in the related art, which is not limited in this specification; for example, the communication application may include the enterprise instant messaging application described above, and the like. In an embodiment, when the communication application carries the community service of the present specification, the communication application may be implemented as the mobile community service platform described above. By integrating the functions of the community service into the communication application, a user does not need to independently install an application program for realizing the community service, and the management and operation of the community service are convenient to realize.
In an embodiment, a service display interface is presented to a logged-in user, and the service display page includes a function entry of a community service, so that the logged-in user can conveniently know community services available for implementation in a affiliated community, and can quickly implement corresponding community services through the function entry included in the service display interface, thereby being beneficial to improving the operation efficiency of the logged-in user on the community services.
Step 204, responding to the selection operation for the function entry, and triggering the processing flow of the corresponding community service.
In an embodiment, by triggering a processing flow of the community service, a corresponding community service may be implemented. According to the actual situation of the community service, a corresponding processing flow may be adopted, for example, processing is performed by the client corresponding to the logged-in user, or processing is performed by the server of the communication application, or interaction processing is performed by the client corresponding to the logged-in user and the clients of other users, which is not limited in this specification.
In an embodiment, the communication application may maintain a community personnel organization architecture corresponding to a community to which the logged-in user belongs, and the service display interface includes a function entry that matches community personnel information corresponding to the logged-in user in the community personnel organization architecture.
In an embodiment, the community personnel information corresponding to the logged-in user in the community personnel organization architecture includes at least one of: the person category of the logged-in user; when the personnel category is business or tenant, the room information corresponding to the logged-in user; when the personnel category is property personnel, department information and position information corresponding to the logged-in user are obtained; when the person category is a member of the industry commission, the job information and the like corresponding to the logged-in user are not limited in this specification.
In an embodiment, community staff in the community to which the logged-in user belongs is divided into a plurality of staff categories, such as the above-mentioned owners, tenants, property staff, industry commission members, etc., wherein at least one manager exists in the community staff of each staff category; correspondingly, the function inlets included in the service display interface are uniformly configured by the manager of the personnel category to which the logged-in user belongs. For example, at least one property manager exists in property personnel of a community, and the property manager is used for uniformly configuring community services which can be realized by all property personnel of the community, so that function inlets contained in service display interfaces seen by the property personnel are adjusted; for another example, at least one owner manager exists in the owners of the community, and the owner manager is used for uniformly configuring community services that can be implemented by all owners of the community, so as to adjust function entries included in service display interfaces seen by the owners. Because community personnel of different personnel types have different service demands, by providing each personnel type with corresponding management personnel, different management personnel can reasonably configure community services according to the actual situation of the personnel type corresponding to the management personnel.
In an embodiment, when the logged-in user is not a manager, an addition request related to a target community service may be sent to a corresponding manager, so that the manager adds and configures the target community service to a community to which the logged-in user belongs by triggering the addition request. In another embodiment, when the logged-in user is a manager, an addition request related to the target community service sent by other community personnel may be triggered to add and configure the target community service to a community to which the logged-in user belongs.
In an embodiment, the community service may be derived from a native function of the communication application, that is, after the logged-in user installs and runs the client of the communication application, the community service may be directly implemented. In another embodiment, community services may originate from an extended functionality of a communication application, such as by installing a micro-application on a client of the communication application, thereby implementing a corresponding extended functionality based on the micro-application; the micro-application may originate from a developer of the communication application, or may originate from a third party other than the developer, which is not limited in this specification.
For ease of understanding, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described by taking an enterprise instant messaging application "enterprise WeChat" as an example. Assume that an enterprise WeChat server is running on the server 11, an enterprise WeChat client 1 corresponding to the user A is running on the mobile phone 13, an enterprise WeChat client 2 corresponding to the user B is running on the mobile phone 14, and an enterprise WeChat client 3 corresponding to the user C is running on the mobile phone 15. The user A, the user B and the user C are community personnel in a residential 'cell AA', wherein the user A is a property personnel of the cell AA, and the user B and the user C are residents (owners or tenants) of the cell AA.
After each community personnel in the community AA joins the community, the enterprise WeChat account number of each community personnel can be bound to the community AA, and the enterprise WeChat server can acquire information of all community personnel in the community AA according to the enterprise WeChat account number, so that a community personnel organization architecture corresponding to the community AA is maintained, and the community personnel organization architecture records community personnel information of each community personnel. The community personnel information can comprise any information of corresponding community personnel, and the specification does not limit the information; for example, community personnel information may include personnel categories such as households (owners or tenants), property personnel, industry commission personnel, and the like, and further such community personnel information may include room numbers of the households, department information and position information of the property personnel, position information of the industry commission personnel, and the like.
Therefore, when the users A-C view the service display interfaces through the enterprise WeChat clients 1-3 respectively, the enterprise WeChat service end can provide corresponding interface data according to the community personnel information corresponding to the users A-C in the community personnel organization architecture so as to be used for displaying corresponding service display interfaces on the mobile phones 13-15.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a business presentation interface provided by an exemplary embodiment.
