Abstract

The water collecting device solves the problems that in the prior art I, the pressure in the water drain pipe is large, the water collecting opening is opened towards the upper part, and the water in the water collecting tank is easy to splash out of the water collecting tank due to huge water pressure; 2. the steam discharged from the water discharge pipe directly enters the air, so that the visibility near the water collecting tank is reduced, and the production environment of a factory is influenced; 3. the high-pressure water and steam discharged from the water discharge pipe are easy to generate huge noise at the pipe orifice.

Background
When the thermal power plant is shut down, water in the steam pipeline is required to be drained through the water drain pipe so as to prevent residual water in the pipeline from influencing maintenance when the thermal power plant is shut down and overhauled, in order to collect water drained by the water drain pipe, the prior device comprises a water outlet and a water collecting tank, the water collecting tank is a container with an upper opening, and the water outlet is communicated with the inner space of the water collecting tank. A problem with this prior art is that,

2. the steam discharged from the water discharge pipe directly enters the air, so that the visibility near the water collecting tank is reduced, and the production environment of a factory is influenced;
3. high pressure water and steam discharged from the water discharge pipe easily generate huge noise at the pipe orifice.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
compared with the prior art, the anti-splashing block can block water possibly splashed, gas can be kept to be discharged out of the water collecting tank through the anti-splashing block because the anti-splashing block is made of porous materials, and noise generated by high-pressure water and steam at the outlet of the water discharge pipe is greatly reduced because of the sound absorption effect of the porous materials. The invention has no liquid splashing problem, no visibility reduction near the water collecting tank caused by steam discharge, and greatly reduced noise.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, a shutdown drainage splash-proof tank of a thermal power plant comprises a water outlet 3 and a water collecting tank 2; the water collecting tank 2 is a container with an upper opening; the water outlet 3 is communicated with the inner space of the water collecting tank 2; further comprises: a splash-proof block 5 and a water inlet 1; the splash-proof block 5 is arranged at the upper opening of the water collecting tank 2 and seals the upper opening of the water collecting tank 2, and the splash-proof block 5 is made of porous material, wherein the porous material can be sponge; the water inlet 1 is arranged on the splash-proof block 5 and is communicated with the inner space of the water collecting tank 2.
The invention can not only block the water which can be splashed out through the splash-proof block 5, but also keep the gas discharged out of the water collecting tank 2 through the splash-proof block 5 because the splash-proof block 5 is made of porous material, and the noise generated by the high-pressure water and the steam at the outlet of the water discharge pipe is greatly reduced because of the sound absorbing effect of the porous material. The invention has no liquid splashing problem, no visibility reduction near the water collecting tank 2 caused by steam discharge, and greatly reduced noise.
The side part of the splash-proof block 5 is adhered and connected with the heat conducting fin 4, and the material of the heat conducting fin 4 can be metallic copper or iron.
The heat conducting fin 4 can reduce the temperature of the splash-proof block 5 so as to enable the water vapor passing through the splash-proof block 5 to be condensed into water faster and avoid the water vapor from leaking.
The lower part of the heat conducting fin 4 is adhered or connected with the water collecting tank 2 through bolts.
So that the splash-proof block 5 is more firmly connected to the water collection sump 2.
The bottom surface of the inner space of the water collecting tank 2 is inclined towards one end of the water collecting tank 2 in the length direction; the water outlet 3 is positioned at one end of the water collecting tank 2 with lower bottom surface.
During operation, due to the gravity of water, water in the water collecting tank 2 gathers towards the water outlet 3, so that the water in the water collecting tank 2 can be discharged out of the water collecting tank 2 in time.
