Description

Compression system for treating varicose veins of lower limbs
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of medical devices, and more particularly to a compression system for treating varicose veins in the lower extremities.
Background
When superficial or deep veins of the legs of a human body are blocked or the valves are not locked, chronic venous insufficiency is caused, and leg blood cannot effectively flow back to the heart through the veins. This can lead to varicose veins in the lower extremities. Varicose veins tend to occur first, typically in low-lying areas, such as the lower leg.
Some people are required to keep a similar posture for a long time due to various reasons such as professional needs in daily life, and the like, and the people are easy to suffer from varicose veins of lower limbs. Once the varicose vein condition continues to progress, a series of complications may occur, such as (1) nutritional changes in the skin: thinning of the skin, desquamation, itching, pigmentation, eczematous dermatitis and ulceration (e.g. the so-called old rotten leg (i.e. venous ulcer)). (2) Superficial thrombophlebitis: the varicose veins are painful, presenting red, swollen, hard nodules and cords, and have tenderness. (3) Bleeding: acute bleeding is caused by trauma or spontaneous rupture of varicose or small veins. (4) Secondary infection: secondary infections are likely to occur due to weakened patient resistance. The common symptoms are superficial thrombophlebitis, erysipelas, acute cellulitis, elephantiasis and the like. Therefore, it is very important to treat varicose veins.
The general method for preventing and treating varicose veins is to wear medical varicose socks with strong elasticity for patients, the socks are not suitable for wearing at the beginning, the whole lower limbs are wrapped airtightly, and special treatment can not be carried out on local positions. The summer is too hot, cannot be folded, is worn hard and has short service life (basically, new socks need to be bought every 6 months).
Therefore, a device for treating varicose veins of lower limbs caused by chronic venous insufficiency, which is more convenient and comfortable to wear and is effective in clinical treatment, is still lacking.

In another preferred embodiment, the adhesive regions are distributed on both side regions of the wrapping region, and the adhesive regions can be implemented by using Velcro, which has fine and soft fibers and round hairs (LOOP) on one side and harder barbed Hairs (HOOK) on the other side.
In another preferred embodiment, the compression system is a lightweight thin blend of polyurethane and nylon, or is made of polyurethane and Pebax, etc.
In another preferred embodiment, the wrapping region is composed of an outer layer of polyurethane and an inner layer of nylon.
The wrapping area of the invention mainly comprises a part wrapping the lower leg and a part wrapping the sole.
In another preferred embodiment, the interior of the wrapping region has a bladder made of nylon.

When the pressure is applied, the pressure medium can pass through the pressure limiting hole of the pressure channel and then the pressure limiting hole of the upper cover.
When the pressure limiting valve is not assembled on the pressure limiting valve assembling hole of the upper cover, the pressure medium can be communicated to the outside through the pressure limiting hole of the pressure channel on the pressure channel and then through the pressure limiting hole of the upper cover. This is the case when the zero pressure limiting region is not equipped with a pressure limiting valve, i.e. when the zero pressure limiting region acts as a vent.
When the pressure limiting valve is assembled on the pressure limiting valve assembling hole of the upper cover, the pressurizing medium passes through the pressurizing channel pressure limiting hole on the pressurizing channel and then passes through the pressure limiting hole of the upper cover to reach the pressure limiting valve, and the medium is blocked by the pressure limiting valve and can only extend to the air bag of the joint and finally reach the wrapping area from the connecting pipe. The set value and the actual value of the pressure can be observed through the pressure display area. The pressure setting area is provided with three keys of 'less', 'inverted V' and 'V' which are respectively used for selecting a certain pressure value required to be set, an 'increasing pressure value' and a 'reducing pressure value'. The air outlet port is connected with a connecting pipe 6, and the front end of the connecting pipe 6 is provided with a joint 7. The joint 7 may be connected to a non-return valve of the pressurized system.
The electric pressurizing ball is internally provided with a booster pump part and a built-in power supply part. The power line is communicated between the power supply and the booster pump, and then the built-in power supply part supplies power to the booster pump part, so that the booster pump part is in a working state. The booster pump is provided with a pressure monitoring module and a pressurizing module, and when the pressure monitoring module finds that the actual pressure does not reach the set pressure, the pressurizing module is signaled to pressurize. The booster pump pressurizes until a set value, and then stops pressurizing.
