Description

Combined video power cable, cable assembly and anti-interference analog video system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of videos, in particular to a combined video power cable, an anti-interference analog video system and a cable assembly.
Background
In an analog video system, an analog video camera transmits an analog signal to a hard disk video recorder, and the analog signal is relatively easy to interfere. Any disturbing signal affects the video signal itself or the reference ground of the video signal, which affects the image effect. Wherein the interference source may come from the system itself or may be introduced from the outside.
Currently, for disturbances outside of analog video systems, the existing approach in engineering is to cut off the source path of the disturbance. In engineering, the direct cutting is inconvenient and brings additional cost increase. For the interference inside the analog video system, a video ground isolator, an isolated power supply and other schemes are commonly used at present. However, the video ground isolator may cause the video signal to be attenuated more, which affects the image effect. In addition, the isolated power scheme increases the cost of the overall system, and the isolated power also increases the incidence of system failure.
Patent document CN 205081873U discloses an anti-interference analog video system. The anti-interference analog video system adds a low-impedance path between the power supply and a Digital Video Recorder (DVR), so that an interference signal can directly return to the power supply end from the digital video recorder end through the low-impedance path.
The scheme has the defects that a hard wire is added outside the power wire and the video wire, the hard wire is connected with the power supply and the hard disk video recorder, and corresponding connection ports are correspondingly arranged on the power supply and the hard disk video recorder. This increases the costs on the one hand and the complexity of the operation on the other hand. Furthermore, if the distance between the DVR and the power supply is large, it is difficult to route the additional hard wire.
It is therefore desirable to have a solution that overcomes or at least alleviates at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

The invention provides a combined video power cable, a combined video power cable assembly and an anti-interference analog video system, which are used for simplifying the connection mode of the anti-interference video system and expanding the application range.
The technical scheme of the invention can solve the video interference phenomenon existing in the existing analog video system, and simultaneously solve the obvious defects and shortcomings existing in various existing anti-interference analog video systems.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the combined video power cable includes one power line 101 and one video line 102. The power line 101 may be a three-core power line or a two-core power line. The power supply line 101 comprises at least one live line and one ground line, in other words the power supply line 101 comprises at least one live line and at least one ground line. The video line 102 may be a three-core video line or a two-core video line. The video line 102 includes at least one video signal line and one video ground line, in other words, the video line 102 includes at least one video signal line and at least one video ground line.
The power line 101 extends between a power supply terminal T1 and a camera power supply terminal T2, the power supply terminal T1 of the power line 101 is adapted to be connected to a power supply, and the camera power supply terminal T2 of the power line 101 is adapted to be connected to a camera. The power terminal T1 and the camera power terminal T2 may be ports of any suitable configuration and type. The power supply and camera may be of any suitable construction and type.
The video line 102 extends between its storage device end T3 and a camera end T4, the storage device end T3 of the video line 102 being adapted to be connected to a DVR (hard disk recorder, but also other storage devices) and the camera end T4 of the video line 102 being adapted to be connected to a camera. The storage device side T3 and the camera side T4 may employ any suitable configuration and type of ports.
The ground line of the power supply line 101 and the ground line of the video line 102 are connected to each other through a low impedance path. Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the ground line of the power supply line 101 and the ground line of the video line 102 are shorted to each other by the shorting line 103. Shorting stub 103 is a wire, particularly a shorter wire, or conductive bump or other low impedance electrical conductor. Of course, other low impedance paths may be used to interconnect the ground of the power line 101 and the ground of the video line 102. Advantageously, the distance between the ground of the power line 101 and the ground of the video line 102 at the connection is small, for example less than 20mm. Alternatively, the length of the shorting bar 103 is 20mm or less.
In an alternative embodiment, the power line 101 and the video line 102 are secured to each other at a set location, and more specifically, at the connection block 104. The connection block 104 is a non-conductive material, and the shorting wire 103 is disposed within the connection block 104. That is, the ground line of the power supply line 101 and the ground line of the video line 102 are shorted to each other at the connection block 104.
Advantageously, the distance between the set position (or connection block 104) and the storage device end T3 of the video line 102 is smaller than the distance between the set position and the camera end T4 of the video line.
In one example, the video line 102 has a length of 18 meters, and the distance between the connection block 104 and the storage device end T3 of the video line 102 is less than or equal to one half the distance between the connection block 104 and the camera end T4 of the video line. In other words, the distance between the connection block 104 and the storage device end T3 of the video line 102 is 6 meters or less. More preferably, a distance between a point on the ground line of the video line connected to the ground line of the power line and the storage device end of the video line is 3 meters or less. That is, the distance between the connection block 104 and the storage device end T3 is 3 meters or less.
According to one not shown embodiment of the present invention, a tamper resistant analog video system is provided. The anti-interference analog video system comprises: a power supply, DVR (digital video recorder); at least two analog video cameras (also referred to as cameras); and at least two combined video power cables. The combined video power cables are the combined video power cables in the embodiment, the power end of each combined video power cable is connected with a power supply, and the power supply end of each camera is connected with a corresponding camera; the storage equipment end is connected with the DVR, and the camera end is connected with the corresponding camera.
Thus, the power supply, DVR, and at least two analog cameras are connected into one tamper resistant analog video system in the same manner as a conventional analog video system. No additional connecting terminals are required to be arranged on the DVR and the power supply, and no additional anti-interference hard wire is required to be connected.
Preferably, the DVR is powered by a power supply other than the power supply. Thus, it is advantageous to reduce the power of the power supply source to avoid unnecessary cost increases.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention also provides a combined video power cable assembly. The combined video power cable assembly comprises a power line 101 and at least two video lines 102. The combined video power cable assembly is provided with a first bifurcation point M and a second bifurcation point N. The first branching point M and the second branching point N divide the combined video power cable assembly into a first branching section 11, a combining section 12 and a second branching section 13 which are sequentially connected.
The combined section 12 is located between the first and second bifurcation points M and N. In the combining section 12, the power line 101 and the at least two video lines 102 are combined together. For example, the power line 101 and the video line 102 are encased within the same insulating layer or insulating jacket; for another example, the power line 101 and the video line 102 are bound together by an insulating tape.
The first bifurcation section 11 is located outside (left side in fig. 2) the first bifurcation point M, where the combined video power cable assembly is split into at least two camera branch cables to connect the respective cameras or analog video cameras. In fig. 2, three camera branch cables are split: camera branch cable 111 (corresponding to first analog camera 401, CAM 1), camera branch cable 112 (corresponding to second analog camera 402, CAM 2), camera branch cable 113 (corresponding to third analog camera 403, CAM 3). In the first bifurcated segment, the power line is divided into at least two power branch lines. Each camera branch cable includes one of the video lines and one of the power branch lines branching from the power line.
The second bifurcation section 13 is located outside (i.e., to the right in fig. 2) the second bifurcation point N. In the second branching section, the combined video power cable assembly is divided into a power line and a video combined line formed by combining the at least two video lines together; or split into a power line and at least two video lines.
Wherein, at the set position (at P in the figure) of the combined section, the ground line of the power line 101 and the ground lines of the at least two video lines 102 are shorted to each other.
In one embodiment, at the second bifurcation point N, the ground line of the power line and the ground lines of the at least two video lines are shorted to each other. In an alternative embodiment, an insulated connection block is provided at N, within which the shorting line is encased.
Preferably, at the combined segment, the ground of the power line and the ground of the at least two video lines are collinear. Referring to fig. 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the external boxes are collinear ground lines, and the lines within the boxes are three video signal lines and one power hot line. It will be appreciated that fig. 3 is a schematic diagram and that the specific cross-sectional shape of the lines in fig. 3 may be set as desired. Advantageously, the collinear ground lines separate the three video signal lines to avoid the video signal lines interfering with each other. It is further advantageous to separate the three video signal lines from the power hot line each, as shown in fig. 3. For example, the outer contour of the ground line may be configured in a circular shape, including a cross-shaped structure therein to separate the video signal line from the power hot line. The three video signal lines, the power supply live line and the ground line are all made of conductive materials, for example, copper materials. The insulating layer may be made of any suitable insulating material. It will be appreciated that an insulating layer (not shown) is also provided on the outer periphery of the ground line.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides an anti-interference analog video system, which includes: a power supply 200, a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) 300; and at least two analog cameras. The at least two analog cameras are connected to the power supply and the hard disk video recorder through a combined video power cable assembly. Wherein the combined video power cable is a combined video power cable assembly as described above.
The video line ground wire and the power line ground wire of the combined cable are connected through the low-impedance path, so that an interference signal returns to an interference source through the low-impedance path, in addition, no extra cost is added, no extra hard wire is needed to be used for connecting the DVR and the power supply, and the installation mode is the same as that of a conventional video system, so that the convenience in use is greatly improved.
Finally, it should be pointed out that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: the technical schemes described in the foregoing embodiments may be modified or some of the technical features may be replaced equivalently; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
