The top end of the second lock shaft rod 2232 is rotatably connected with the inner end of the swing arm 224. Wherein, the two ends of the swing arm 224 are respectively an outer end and an inner end, and the inner end of the swing arm 224 is far away from the door body 13 relative to the outer end of the swing arm 224.
The lock shaft hanger rod 225 is located at the outer side of the second lock shaft rod 2232, the top end of the lock shaft hanger rod 225 is connected with the outer end of the swing arm 224, and the bottom end of the lock shaft hanger rod 225 is connected with the top end of the slide plate 24.
The mounting base 23 is provided with a chute 231, and the length direction of the chute 231 is substantially parallel to the height direction of the mounting plate 14. The mounting seat 23 is also provided with a mounting hole 232, and the mounting hole 232 is communicated with the bottom of the chute 231. The lever 21 is a plate body, and the lever 21 is fixed to an edge portion of the end surface of the earth-boring cutter spindle 11, that is, the lever 21 is offset from the axis of the earth-boring cutter spindle 11, and is revolved around the axis of the earth-boring cutter spindle 11. The handle 21 protrudes from the outer side surface of the door frame 12.
It should be noted that, when the grounding switch is in the on state, the operation handle 21 rotates below the axis of the grounding switch main shaft 11, and the operation handle 21 is substantially parallel to the width direction of the mounting plate 14. When the grounding switch is in the open state, the lever 21 is substantially parallel to the width direction of the mounting plate 14 above the axis of the ground blade spindle 11. Of course, the rotation state of the operation lever 21 may be appropriately adjusted, and the operation lever may be engaged with the slide plate 24.
The operation lever 21 penetrates the mounting hole 232 and the locking hole 241, and the operation lever 21 can rotate in the mounting hole 232 and the locking hole 241.
Specifically, when the lock shaft pin 25 is outwardly protruded, the slide plate 24 is downwardly moved, the overlapping area of the locking hole 241 and the mounting hole 232 becomes small, and the upper side of the locking hole 241 blocks the operation handle to restrict the rotation of the operation handle. When the lock pin 25 is retracted inward, the slide plate 24 moves upward, and the overlapping area of the lock hole 241 and the mounting hole 232 becomes large to cancel the restriction of the operation lever 21, which can move.
If the locking hole 241 is shaped like a Chinese character 'zhong', the upper bar portion of the locking hole 241 is fitted over the operation lever 21 when the slide plate 24 moves downward, and the rotation of the operation lever 21 can be prevented.
It should be noted that, the installation seat 23 only plays a role in guiding and installing the sliding plate 24, so that the up-and-down movement of the sliding plate 24 is more stable, and if the installation seat 23 is not provided, the sliding plate 24 is suspended or depends on the door frame, and still plays a role in limiting the rotation of the operating handle.
The door locking unit 3 is mounted on the mounting plate 14, and the door locking unit 3 includes a cam 31 fixed on the ground blade spindle 11, a first door locking link 32 located below the cam 31, a door locking crank arm 38 located below the first door locking link 32, a second door locking link 39 located outside the door locking crank arm 38, a blocking pin 33 located outside the second door locking link 39, and a stopper 34 fixed on the inner side surface of the door body 13.
The cam 31 rotates with the rotation of the main shaft 11, and it is worth mentioning that when the grounding switch is in the switch-on state, the cam 31 swings down, and similarly, when the grounding switch is in the switch-off state, the cam 31 swings up.
The first door locking link 32 includes a rod body itself and a plate body fixed on the top end of the rod body itself, the plate body is substantially parallel to the ground blade spindle 11, and the plate body abuts against the cam 31, the plate body increases the contact area between the top end of the first door locking link 32 and the cam 31, so that the cam 31 acts on the top end of the first door locking link 32 more stably. Of course, the first door locking connecting rod 32 may have other shapes, and only needs to ensure that the top end of the first door locking connecting rod 32 is connected with the cam 31, and can move downwards under the driving of the cam 31.
The first door locking connecting rod 32 is provided with a door locking guide hole 321, the door locking guide hole 321 is in a bar shape, and the length direction of the door locking guide hole 321 is parallel to the height direction of the mounting plate 14.
A door locking guide 35 is fixed to the mounting plate 14, and the door locking guide 35 includes a bolt and a washer.
The shank of the bolt passes through the door locking guide hole 321 to be fixed to the mounting plate 14.
The gasket is sleeved on the shank of the bolt and is positioned between the head of the bolt and the first door locking link 32. The outside diameter of the spacer is greater than the width of the door locking guide hole 321 to prevent the first and third door locking bars from being separated from the restriction of the door locking guide 35. Of course, flange bolts may be used for the door locking guide 35. In other words, the specification of the lock door guide 35 is identical to the specification of the lock shaft guide 226.
The first door locking link 32 is movable in the length direction of the door locking guide hole 321 with the door locking guide 35 and the door locking guide hole 321 engaged.
The lock lever 38 has a first end and a second end. The first end of the door lock lever 38 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the first door lock link 32.
The outer end of the second door locking link 39 is fixedly connected to the inner end of the blocking pin 33, and the inner end of the second door locking link 39 is rotatably connected to the second end of the door locking crank arm 38. The second door locking link 39 is substantially parallel to the width direction of the mounting plate 14.
The mounting plate 14 is fixed with a second baffle 36, and the second baffle 36 includes a second connecting plate and a second vertical plate perpendicular to the second connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is fixed on the mounting plate 14. The second vertical plate is perpendicular to the mounting plate 14, through holes are formed in the second vertical plate, and the second first vertical plate is perpendicular to the mounting plate 14 and perpendicular to the blocking pins. The second baffle 36 may be an L-shaped angle iron.
It will be appreciated that the second baffle 36 may also be a vertical plate welded perpendicularly to the mounting plate 14.
The length direction of the blocking pin 33 is substantially parallel to the width direction of the mounting plate 14, and the blocking pin 33 can move in the width direction of the mounting plate 14, so that the blocking pin 33 can be close to or away from the stopper 34 on the inner side surface of the door body 13 when the door body 13 is closed. The blocking pin 33 penetrates through the through hole of the second barrier.
A second baffle ring 331 is fixed to the baffle pin 33, and the second baffle ring 331 is located between the inner end and the outer end of the baffle pin 33.
The blocking pin 33 is fixed with a second anti-slip ring (not shown), and the second anti-slip ring and the second blocking ring 331 are respectively located at both sides of the second blocking plate 36, and the second anti-slip ring is blocked by the second blocking plate, so that the blocking pin 33 is restricted from moving outwards, and the blocking pin 33 is prevented from being separated from the through hole of the second blocking plate 36.
The blocking pin 33 is sleeved with a second pressure spring 37, the second pressure spring 37 is located between the second blocking ring 331 and the second baffle 36, one end of the second pressure spring 37 is connected to the second baffle 36, and the other end of the second pressure spring 37 is connected to the second blocking ring 331.
When the grounding switch is switched to be switched on, the cam 31 swings downwards, the first door locking connecting rod 32 is extruded to move downwards, the door locking crank arm 38 rotates, and when the blocking pin 33 moves inwards, the second blocking ring 331 moves towards the direction close to the second blocking plate so as to compress the second pressure spring 37, so that the blocking pin 33 has a trend of extending outwards. When the grounding switch is switched to switch off, the cam 31 swings upwards, a space exists between the cam 31 and the first door locking connecting rod 32, the second pressure spring 37 is restored to deform, the blocking pin 33 and the second door locking connecting rod 39 move outwards, the door locking crank arm 38 rotates, the first door locking connecting rod 32 moves upwards along with the locking crank arm, and the first door locking connecting rod 32 is kept in contact with the cam 31. The second compression spring 37 makes the first door locking link 32 always have a tendency to approach the cam 31, and thus makes the first door locking link 32 move up and down as the cam 31 rotates.
The limiting piece 34 is plate-shaped, the limiting piece 34 is fixed on the inner side surface of the door body 13, and the limiting piece 34 is perpendicular to the inner side surface of the door body 13. The stopper 34 moves with the door 13 and can move above and below the stopper pin 33. Of course, the stopper 34 may be a block-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the working principle of the embodiment of the present application is as follows: in the initial state, the grounding switch is in a switching-off state, the door body 13 is closed, the operating handle 21 is positioned above the axis of the grounding knife main shaft 11, the middle part of the locking hole 241 of the sliding plate 24 is aligned with the axis of the grounding knife main shaft 11, the overlapping area of the locking hole 241 and the mounting hole 232 is maximum, and the rotation of the operating handle 21 is not influenced; the cam 31 swings upwards, the first door locking connecting rod 32 is located at an upper limit position, the blocking pin 33 is in an extending state and located above the limiting piece 34 to block the limiting piece 34, so that the door body 13 cannot move upwards, namely the clamping piece cannot move to the movable position of the clamping part, the door body 13 cannot rotate, the door body 13 is effectively prevented from being opened when the grounding switch is opened, and the safety of workers is guaranteed.
The grounding switch is switched to a closing state, the operating handle 21 rotates downwards to the lower part of the axis of the grounding knife main shaft 11, meanwhile, the cam 31 swings downwards to squeeze the first door locking connecting rod 32, so that the first door locking connecting rod 32 moves to a lower limit position, the door locking crank arm 38 rotates, the second door locking connecting rod 39 and the blocking pin 33 move inwards, the blocking pin 33 is far away from the limiting piece 34 to cancel the limitation of the limiting piece 34, the second pressure spring 37 compresses, and at the moment, a worker can lift the door body 13 upwards to enable the clamping piece to be at the movable position of the clamping part, and then the door body 13 is opened.
When the door body 13 is opened, the elastic piece 26 releases the elastic force, so that the lock shaft pin 25 extends outwards, the first crank arm 222 rotates anticlockwise, the lock shaft connecting rod 221 moves to the upper limit position, the swing arm 224 rotates, the tension spring 29 is stretched, the lock shaft suspender 225 and the sliding plate 24 are linked, the sliding plate 24 moves downwards along the sliding groove 231, the sliding plate 24 and the mounting seat 23 are clamped on the operating handle 21 together, the operating handle 21 is blocked from moving upwards, the ground knife main shaft 11 is prevented from rotating, and finally, when the door body 13 is prevented from being opened, the ground switch is opened, so that the safety of workers is effectively ensured.
After the cable room is overhauled by a worker, the door body 13 can be closed, the lock shaft interlocking unit 2 and the door body 13 recover to an initial state, the limiting piece 34 is positioned below the blocking pin 33, the grounding switch is controlled to be separated, the cam 31 swings upwards, the first door locking connecting rod 32 moves to an upper limit position, and the second pressure spring 37 releases pressure, so that the blocking pin 33 is recovered to an extending state, and the door body 13 is limited to be opened.
In other embodiments, not shown, the swing arm is replaced with a fixed rod, the lock shaft hanging rod is omitted, two ends of the fixed rod are respectively an inner end and an outer end, the inner end of the fixed rod is far away from the door frame relative to the outer end of the fixed rod, the inner end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the lock shaft connecting piece, and the outer end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the sliding plate. An inclined angle is arranged between the fixed rod and the lock shaft connecting piece. Thus, the first crank arm 222 rotates under the driving of the lock shaft pin, the lock shaft connecting piece is lifted, the sliding plate, the fixing rod and the lock shaft connecting piece are lifted synchronously, and the restriction or the cancellation of the restriction of the sliding plate on the operation handle is realized.
In other embodiments, which are not shown, when the grounding switch is closed, the operating handle rotates below the axis of the grounding knife main shaft, the door body is opened at this time, the lock shaft pin extends outwards, the lock shaft connecting rod assembly acts, the sliding plate moves to the lower limit position, the upper side edge of the locking hole presses on the operating handle, so that the operating handle cannot rotate, and locking and unlocking of the operating handle can be achieved without a mounting seat.
In other embodiments, not shown, the handle may also have other structures, such as a cube, where the handle is fixed at the axis or the edge of the end surface of the main shaft of the ground knife, and the shape of the locking hole on the sliding plate matches with the shape of the cross section of the handle, so that the sliding plate is in snap fit with the handle. When the door body is opened, the upper side edge of the locking hole is pressed on the operating handle, the sliding plate is clamped with the operating handle in a clamping way, and when the door body is closed, the upper side edge of the locking hole leaves the operating handle, and at the moment, the operating handle is allowed to rotate.
In other embodiments, not shown, the first blocking ring may be fixed between the inner end of the lock shaft pin and the first baffle, and at this time, the elastic member adopts a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the first blocking ring and the first baffle, so that the lock shaft pin still naturally extends outwards after the door body is opened.
